Sam hangs out with oodles and oodles and toaster strudels of family, friends, and fiends, covering everything from funny stories to life to music to religion to sports to politics to not knowing how to end this sentence. It's probably gonna get pretty nuts up in here, folks.
NEW EPPY ALERT! This week Sarah is shopping, so Hannah hangs out with me on the podcast. I cough my way through the first few minutes, and Hannah keeps her distance. We reminisce on our different kid and teen phases over the years, Hannah pranks me with risqué imagery of Shrek, and I'm not sure I'm ready to spend the rest of my life with my doctor. Hannah laughs at my lack of physical activity, I'm convinced my AirPods are making me deaf in one ear, and Sarah and my dad crash the podcast halfway through, sending the show into a tailspin. Enjoy it if you can, we won't be mad if you don't, just incredibly depressed.
WE'RE BACK IN STYLE!!! In this week's episode, the girls and I enjoy our new microphones. We discuss weddings, Sarah and I admit our disgust of crab cakes, Dad gets a raw steak, and the bride and groom spend their life savings on their reception. My grandpa and I lead the longest conga line of all time, I hate on after-parties, and Hannah falls down the stairs in high heels. We replace Sarah's DidYouKnow segment on the show with something special, and I recall one of the most disturbing nightmares I've ever had. Watch and learn ladies and gentlemen.
What a juicy one we've got here. In this week's episode, my mom heckles the podcast, and I fail to solve the problems at hand. Hannah is knee deep in "The Office", and I enjoy stocking groceries as a customer. We dish on what retail products need to be rebranded, and I have a hot take on Pitbull. Hannah wants to die in any awesome fashion, I want to save my girlfriend that doesn't exist from a fire, and we both agree that the stage production of "Ain't Misbehavin'" is kinda awful. I reminisce on the good ol' 18th century, Hannah wants to talk to Robin Williams, and I simultaneously love and am wary of Tom Hanks. Meanwhile, Sarah is too tired to process any of it. Check it out!
Aaaaand here's part two. In THIS episode, Hannah, Sarah, and I dish on our experiences using a bidet. I pull out a Trump impression while discussing how useless the Space Force sounds, Hannah struggles to grasp the fidget spinner craze, and Sarah's breath smells. I have ideas that could revolutionize shopping and galactic travel, Olivia Rodrigo impresses me, and none of us can decide where the pain would be located if we cut off our feet. Eat it up, content this classy is once in a millennia.
She's a chaotic one today! In this episode, Hannah, Sarah and I get in a heated debate over making sandwiches. Hannah wants to know what a hot dog is, I want to try warm milk, and Sarah doesn't cut her grilled cheese. We cover getting dressed, and the order in which that process should go down, Hannah doesn't want to be buried alive, and I mentally check out of the conversation. Enjoy part one, its the best you were going to get out of us while recording at midnight.
YOOOO NEW EPPY! Emily is back from college, which means we absolutely needed to have both her and Jacob on the podcast. In this week's episode, Emily has Hannah and Sarah try "Cheerwine" for the first time. Sarah wants to continue the "Sibling Hate" series, but we instead choose to go around giving hot takes. Emily hates flip flops, hot dogs deserve more love, Jacob and I disagree about Beyonce, and I think Roo from Winnie the Pooh has an unfortunate secret. Emily can never get a good night's sleep, I push my family out of our dream car, and the mic gets unplugged and starts popping like a pot of Kettle Corn. It's a good one, watch or let the bed bugs bite.
WE'RE BACK AND WE'RE DEFINITELY HERE TO STAY! In today's episode, Hannah and Sarah and I can't stop laughing. Sarah details the time she pooped at the beach, and we discuss our pet peeves involving each other. Hannah danced for our neighbor Kevin, and I want my car to get wrecked. We can't decide when to end the show, and Sarah can't say enough about how little she enjoyed Charli's drink at Dunkin Donuts. It's a whopper folks, listen at your own risk.
MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY CHRYSLER! We're back just in time for the most magical day of the year folks! In this week's episode, Sarah is being a Scrooge. I call out the Hallmark Channel for a lack of creativity, and then I ask them to sponsor the show. The girls and I discuss our longstanding lack of luck when it comes to Christmas trees, and I recap our most recent tree excursion...to a human poop farm. A new segment is introduced to the show, and I'm very ticked off about it. Sarah doesn't like when people fake smile at her through their facemasks, Hannah thinks she looks like E.T., and I dream of being a radio D.J. Finally, I have a cabbage joke to send us off. It's a killer eppy, give er' a listen!
IT'S SEASON THREE, WE'RE BACK!!! In this week's episode, Hannah and Sarah become the two official co-hosts of KonCast. The girls teach me how to talk in cursive, and we reflect on Thanksgiving. Hannah got her driver's permit, but she doesn't know how to drive, and Sarah wants to plug her blog without interruption. I have an existential crisis when my fly is down at the mall, and nobody can stand the "Vegan Teacher". No I was not on something while writing this description, this episode is just that weird. BEAR WITH US WHILE WE SHAKE THE RUST OFF FOLKS, IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK!!!
EPISODE 20, what a milestone. THIS WEEK, Hannah and Sarah rejoin me on the podcast just like back in the good old days, and we kick off the episode with quite possibly the funniest intro yet. Hannah, Sarah and I discuss Chuck E. Cheese, the pizza controversy, and how we're surprised it has outlasted Toys R Us. Sarah won't stop kicking the desk, and we get a little testy. We talk TikTok, and how the U.S. is threatening to take away our greatest source of quarantine entertainment. I reminisce about how my past Instagram posts tell my life's story, and I recall the legendary tennis ball story, and how I once managed to clog my elementary school's entire plumbing system in a matter of seconds (not really). It's just a crazy episode you guys, I don't really know how else to describe it, so give it a listen yourself!!!
Oh BOYYY!!! We've got an honest episode on our hands to say the least, folks. This week, I dive once again into our country's current state of social and political divide. However, this time around, I do not just cover the racial conflict, I instead go for the bigger picture. Together, we explore woke culture, political correctness, and how our country is going insane trying to find solutions in all of the wrong places. I have to admit my friends, I was brutally honest in this one, but sometimes we all need a reality check. Give er a listen!!!
HEY everyone! I hope and pray you all are staying safe in this crazy time! This week, amidst all of the insane current events that are transpiring, I have the absolute honor of welcoming my friend, and one of the kindest people on Earth, Taisie Harrington to the podcast!!! In this episode, Taisie describes what it is like living as a black person in America. She shares her experiences of being adopted into a white family, her bond with her brother Thomas, and what it is like trying to stay positive in this time while also encouraging effective social change. Taisie talks about the opportunities that Christians are being given to spread the Gospel in this time, and how people who aren't black can help to ensure that we are working together for good. Together, Taisie and I try to reflect on what is truly at the heart of this issue that has existed for far too long, and we join in saying a prayer for our country. What a joy it was to record this one, the message is so important folks, give it a listen!!! My Special Thanks to Taisie Harrington for her willingness to appear on the podcast this week, as well as for her pure joy, admirable faith, and for the friendship that we share!!! You can find Taisie on Instagram @taisie_amelia , and most importantly you can find links to charities that you can support within her bio!!!
Hey everybody, we're back with another episode and another AMAZING guest! This week, I welcome my good pal, Christian TikToker and "Tackler of Tough Topics", Ahsia Godfrey to the podcast! In this episode, we discuss our music interests, Ahsia reminisces on a breakup song that she had written a few years back, and I give Colony House a free plug (you're welcome boys!). Ahsia shares what missionary work is truly like, and how bringing VBS and the Good News to the people of El Salvador is a serious reality check for some people in America. She goes in-depth on her upbringing, and shares how her parents' differing faiths allowed her to make hers more personal and intentional. We dive into the controversial social topics of racism and LGBT sexual orientations, and how we as Christians should be approaching any situation we are involved in pertaining to them. Ahsia lays out her plans to bring Jesus to her secular university this fall, and finally, we discuss dating as a Christian, and how it is more of an opportunity for growth than a waste of time. It is the longest episode in the show's history but not a second is dull, you won't be disappointed! MY SPECIAL THANKS to Ahsia Godfrey, for her willingness to appear on the podcast, and for her kindness and amazing conversation skills! You can find Ahsia on TikTok (@ahsiag) and Instagram (@ahsia.g)!!!
HAPPY SUMMER Y'ALL!!! It's so great to kick off the latest string of episodes during the best season of the year, and leading the pack this week is my very special guest, Christian TikToker Joe Navarro!!! In today's episode, Joe and I dive headfirst into our mutual love of all things Star Wars, and Joe elaborates on an underrated character that has most recently become his favorite. Joe talks with me about faith, as well as his personal desire to continually grow in his relationship with God. We discuss TikTok, and how impactful a Christian community on social media can be to the platform at large. Also, we cover the unavoidable topic of quarantine, and Joe and I share experiences and lessons that we have been through and learned that may help anyone listening who is in need of a little love! It's one of my favorite episodes I've recorded folks, enjoy every second of it!!! My Special Thanks to Joe Navarro for his willingness to appear on the show!!! You can find Joe on TikTok (@joechristianguy) and Instagram (@joe.navarro_)!!!
WE'RE BACK AGAIN EVERYBODY, and with another amazing episode! This week, I welcome my friend, and up-and-coming Christian TikToker, Abby Schank!!! Abby and I talk Veggie Tales, our favorite silly songs, and Abby's fear of the Fib from Outer Space. We discuss TikTok, and Abby explains to me how the social media site has been an outlet for her to take a step away from social anxiety and to be herself. Abby details her admirable faith in God, how her relationship to Him is that of a friend, and she shares the time that God was able to speak to her during a tough time. We talk Coronavirus, and Abby shares with me what it was like to contract the virus and to completely heal from it. And finally, we talk about Abby's book, "The Era of Eve," and how quarantine has allowed her to finish several more books that she has been working on! It's a phenomenal episode and it was a wonderful experience to be able to get to know Abby. Give it a listen folks, you'll be glad you did!!! (My very Special Thanks to Abby Schank for appearing on the podcast, "The Era of Eve" is now available on Amazon.com!!!)
OHHH BOY we've got a HUGE episode this week! In this episode, I welcome Josiah Hughes, A.K.A. "The TikTok Bob Ross", to the podcast!!! Josiah sits down to talk about what it's like to hit it big on social media, and about how imitating Bob Ross simply for laughs has actually sparked a personal interest in painting. Josiah tells me about how he's keeping himself occupied during quarantine, and I admit to a serious lack of exercise on my part. We break down the Star Wars saga, Josiah shares how sick he is of having to show his friends the first three episodes, and we dive a bit deeper into the movie industry in general! Josiah shares how he uses his growing TikTok fame as an opportunity to spread the Gospel, and I confess to how excited I am to hug the greeters at my church when Corona finally goes away. It's a great episode, give er' a listen! (SPECIAL THANKS to Josiah for joining me on the show for an afternoon!)
It's Season Two of KonCast! In today's episode, Hannah and Sarah join me to talk our way through quarantine. I decide to run through everything my family and I have accomplished since Corona hit the U.S., from the building of puzzles to the installation of hardwood flooring. My sisters and I try to figure out if China started Corona or if it was a bat, Sarah attempts to do ASMR on my mic with a knife, and Hannah is praised for her artwork. I confess to doing online school without pants, and I try to wrap my head around going viral on TikTok. And finally, Sarah discovers what space smells like. It's good to be back folks, listen up or be square!
In this episode, Sam sits down solo to talk about the life of Kobe Bryant, and how we can all take an important lesson from Kobe about building our own legacy that lasts.
WE'RE HOME FROM VACATION!!! It feels great to be getting back into the swing of things. In this episode, Hannah and Sarah join me. We grumble about the cold that is travelling around the Kondracki home, and we do some nasally voice impressions. I thank my fan from India, I discuss my first hate-mail, and the girls and I try to determine if "Tiktok" is bad-news-bears. I attempt to find ways to avoid the dentist, get slime stuck on my arm, and hint at a potential charity fund I may be starting soon!!! It's not a professional one but it is a fun one so lend your ears and enjoy!!!
OHHHHH MAN, WE MADE IT TO THE DOUBLE DIGITS FOLKS!!! In this week's episode, I would like to thank everyone for making KonCast a top 100 comedy podcast on Podomatic!!! I react to the 2020 Golden Globe's, and I wish Ricky Gervais all the safety and happiness in the world, as he is now most likely currently being hunted by Hollywood's finest. I discuss political correctness, my sisters stop by to talk Disney World, and I confuse Hannah's sickness for a trip to Florida. Only the best from this podcast you guys, only the best. GIVE IT A LISTEN FOLKS, IT AIN'T HALF BAD!!! (Special thanks to Podomatic, Apple Inc., and Pond5 for making the show roll smoothly, and thank you to the LISTENERS, who give me every reason to want to come back and record again every week!)
HAPPY NEW YEAR FOLKS!!! Ahhh 2020, the year of perfect vision. In this very special New Year's edition of KonCast, I sit down with Hannah and Sarah, and I attempt to convince them that "Little Women" is a cinematic achievement. I also take the mic solo just to sit down with you guys and talk about 2019, where I've been, what I've learned, and how we can all take these lessons with us into the new year AND decade!!! Also we got that theme song ROCKING, so enjoy this you guys, it's a good one!!!
WOOOOOHOOOO!!! This is a BIG episode you guys. In this eppy, I sit down and give you all the latest on the podcast as a whole. I discuss the HUGE upcoming changes to the show, what you can all expect in the near future, and to finish off the episode, I unveil the OFFICIAL THEME SONG of "KonCast: With Sam Kondracki"!!! ENJOY FOLKS, BECAUSE I'M ONLY JUST GETTING STARTED!!! (Special Thanks to Podomatic, Yeti, TakeTones, Pond5, and of course Apple for allowing me to live out the dream of hosting a podcast!)
Well, it happened. I done made a comeback. It feels GOOD to be back folks, and after such a long time away from podcasting, it was nice being able to shake off the rust and dust and record with my people!!! Today, thanks to Thanksgiving, I have Emily and Jacob Pitts on the show, as well as a BUNCH of other family members coming in and out of our makeshift studio! We talk Thanksgiving food and about how cranberry sauce may or may not be overrated. Emily explains to me what college in Virginia is like, and what she was pleasantly surprised to find about being away. We dissect Kanye West and his miraculous Christian transformation, if it's legit, and if it's even our place to say. Jacob and I discuss video streaming, and if it is the future of entertainment, and if that's even a good thing. Hannah substitutes for Emily and Jacob while they talk to relatives, and Sarah makes an iconic return to the podcast to give everyone her heartwarming "DidYouKnow" fact of the day. ENJOY IT FOLKS, AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! SPECIAL THANKS TO JACK AND AUNT KATHLEEN FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS TO MAKING THE EPISODE RECORDING AS WONDERFUL AS IT WAS!!!
WE'RE BACK AGAIN!!! Today, Hannah, Sarah, and I return to the podcast scene. Hannah's got jokes, and Sarah has an alarming laugh. I discuss my thoughts on the social networking scene, and I describe trying to navigate adulthood while also staying true to who I am, and what that means for what I'm putting out onto the world-wide-web. I announce several projects I'm working on, including my first documentary, "The Most Controversial Picture Ever," and the return of "Selfies with Barbies." Hannah and Sarah read off some "icebreakers," and we all rank our top five restaurants. We all think of people we want to put in an asylum but won't admit who they are, and we all discuss why Toy Story is the greatest movie franchise of all time. And of course, Sarah's "DidYouKnow" fact of the day returns not once, but TWICE. YOU MIGHT WANT TO TUNE IN FOLKS, CAUSE IT'S PROBABLY GONNA GET PRETTY CRAZY!!!
LISTEN UP EVERYBODY, IT'S YOUR BOY SAM!!! Today, Sarah joins me at the mic in Josh's absence! We talk Easter and Sarah gets offended with me about her triple-decker carrot cake. Sarah's done with school but won't wrap up until August, and I'm straight up confused. Sarah calls me out on my cheesy podcast endeavors and she just want's to start over. I can't stop sniffing, and Sarah chokes on Big League Chew. We talk the state of society, the internet, and how we think people can fill the hole inside of themselves. Sarah shocks me with her wisdom, and then brings it back down by wanting to be a "strawberry filled with happiness". Finally, Sarah throws down her "DidYouKnow" fact of the day, and I try to sing along to her theme song. YOU MIGHT WANT TO TUNE IN FOLKS, CAUSE IT'S PROBABLY GONNA GET PRETTY CRAZY!!!
LISTEN UP EVERYBODY, IT'S YOUR BOY SAM!!! In today's episode, WE'RE BACK FOLKS!!! Josh returns to the podcast as the very FIRST recurring guest, with a VERY special announcement!!! We talk Marvel movies...A LOT. Josh and I give our thoughts and opinions on Captain Marvel, and on the future of Marvel as a whole. We compare heroes, villains, and imagine a scenario where Nick Fury is an alien because he cuts his toast wrong. Josh brings a SLEW of theories about the upcoming Avengers: Endgame, and Hannah and I are just mind-blown by the whole thing. We can't help but go WAY over the usual podcast time limit, and finally, Sarah returns for her DidYouKnow fact of the day. YOU MIGHT WANT TO TUNE IN FOLKS, CAUSE IT'S PROBABLY GONNA GET PRETTY CRAZY!!!
LISTEN UP EVERYBODY, IT'S YOUR BOY SAM!!! This week, my cousin Emily joins me at the mic, with Hannah and Sarah once again making an appearance!!! In this episode, Emily is fascinated with ASMR. I perform a a slightly racist vocal impression. Emily has a bone to pick with a Christian radio station, and I get called out by Hannah for saying a slang word. Sarah can't stop coughing. I discuss the concept of "homework hangover". We discuss our favorite smells, and Emily takes smelling gasoline to a whole other level. Emily gives advice for getting out of your comfort zone, and she tries to explain dancing to me. Finally, I ask Sarah to give me her "DidYouKnow" fact of the week in my best Dr. Phil impression, and Sarah and Emily won't let me stop the episode. YOU MIGHT WANT TO TUNE IN FOLKS, CAUSE IT'S PROBABLY GONNA GET PRETTY CRAZY!!!
LISTEN UP EVERYBODY, IT'S YOUR BOY SAM!!! In today's episode, I FINALLY held Josh hostage long enough to talk for a hot minute. Josh plays with a fidget spinner, but never wants them to ever be relevant again. I forget if McDonald's has an "s" in it's name. Josh presents his case for hockey being the best sport, and he is positive that Rampage is the worst movie of all time. We try to figure out if NASCAR is more entertainment than sport, and Josh can't stop checking his watch so he can leave. Josh and I both decide that the South is the best place to be, but we don't have a car to get there. I wonder aloud whether Donald Trump or Fortnite is more notorious. Finally, Sarah stops by with a bone to pick with Inside Out and then to roast my teeth. YOU MIGHT WANT TO TUNE IN FOLKS, CAUSE IT'S PROBABLY GONNA GET PRETTY CRAZY!!!
LISTEN UP EVERYBODY, IT'S YOUR BOY SAM!!! Today, I'm joined by my grandparents (on the padre's side), Mema and Poppy!!! They reminisce on their favorite past vacation spots. Pop recalls the time he gave a piggy back ride to a big injured woman. Mema claims she was left alone in the mountains. I ask Pop about the time he fished in a basement flood, and Pop pays tribute to his pet alligator. The grandparents and I decide if the moon landing was real, and then if bad words in the Bible are really bad words. Finally, Pop gives the three tips on being a real man, and we cant stop finding morals in stories. YOU MIGHT WANNA TUNE IN FOLKS, CAUSE IT'S PROBABLY GONNA GET PRETTY CRAZY!!!
OHHHHHH MYYYYYYY GOSH everybody, we did it. KonCast is BACK. I figured 4 eppy's on Instagram TV just wasn’t quite enough for you rednecks, so I went and got myself a mic and some friends and we're about to TAKE OFF...we're just getting started fam!
