You've probably noticed how much fake content is popping up everywhere - right? It's hard to know what's real anymore, especially as AI becomes part of the mix in business and marketing. In this episode, I'm tackling one of the biggest questions I get from my clients and often hear at industry events: How can you use AI in your marketing without losing the authentic, human voice your clients connect to? I get it - we all want to save time and make things easier in our business, but does letting AI do the heavy lifting mean we lose that unique “spark” our audience loves? I share real examples from my own business (and my clients), showing that it's possible to blend smart automation with genuine, personal connection. My goal is for you to walk away with some practical ways to use these tools without sacrificing your authentic energy - or turning into a robot yourself! Curious what we unpack in this episode? Here's a sneak peek: Why is authenticity so much more powerful than we might think, even more than love? I share fascinating studies on the energy that comes from something real. What are my go-to ways to use AI to help with content creation, without letting it overtake my voice? (Hint: It still starts with YOU.) How can you use AI bots to boost your client's experience, like creating a client avatar or handy calculators - while keeping things personalized? What's the smartest way to use an AI chatbot on your sales page, so it helps prospects instantly, but never tries to impersonate you? If you're wondering how to make technology your friend (not your clone!) and keep your marketing authentic, this episode has the answers. Catch it now and start using AI the smart, human way. ...................................................... Feeling unclear about your niche? The brutality of combat strips away his youthful ideals, replacing them with disillusionment and a desperate will to survive. Have you ever wondered why, even when your coaching program or service feels like the perfect fit on paper, your ideal clients still aren't buying? Maybe you've heard the usual reasons: “I can't afford it right now,” or “It's not the right time.” But in reality, those surface-level excuses are rarely the true reason behind the hesitation. What's really happening? That gut feeling your potential clients experience - the intuitive “yes” or “no” - has little to do with your pricing, your inclusions, or even how well-crafted your marketing message is. Instead, it's often something much deeper that even they can't fully articulate. And unless you know how to uncover and address it, you'll keep bumping into those same frustrating objections. In this episode of She's The Business Podcast, I'm diving into the hidden reasons why female entrepreneurs, online coaches, and consultants struggle to convert ideal clients into paying clients - even when the offer itself is amazing. Fresh from a business retreat surrounded by established online coaches from around the world, I couldn't help but notice the complete polarity in the levels of success felt this year: some businesses are booming with sales while others are barely scraping by. "Why is this so?" I asked myself. Looking for patterns and clues, I noticed that there are 4 hidden influences harming sales conversions, even in those who have experienced great success in the past. It isn't the economy, the algorithm, or even the size of their audience. It comes down to something much more human - and invisible - unless you know what to look for! Here's a glimpse of what you'll learn in this episode: The silent deal-breaker: Why a mismatch between your audience and your offer makes sales almost impossible - even if the offer is fantastic. The trust gap: What's really missing if your ideal client doesn't trust themselves enough to invest in your program. Authenticity in marketing: How showing up in a way that isn't fully aligned with you can unintentionally repel the exact people you want to attract (especially important now in the age of AI content). The energy of your offer: How your own doubts or lack of excitement about your program quietly send signals that stop clients from saying yes. If you've been wondering why your marketing feels solid but sales aren't flowing, this conversation will open your eyes to what's really happening behind the scenes.

Here's what we cover in this refreshingly down to earth chat: Why you don't need to be a professional speaker - or have thousands of followers - to land a TEDx talk or write a book that creates real impact. What organizers and publishers are really looking for right now (hint: it's authenticity and a fresh perspective, not perfection or big stages). How the TEDx pitch process works today, and the key changes you need to know -including the real number of applications it takes and the evidence you now need in every submission. What types of messages and stories make you memorable - and which mistakes hold most would-be thought leaders back? How to avoid the AI “shortcut” that could damage your trust and what truly builds credibility in a world overflowing with content. If you're craving a bigger audience for your message and wonder if TEDx or a book is actually within reach, don't miss this episode. Sara's advice is practical, honest, and will spark you into action - without all the “shoulds”. Ready to rethink what's possible for your voice? Tune in now! Are you struggling to nail down who your ideal client actually is? While it's very normal to have this struggle, it's also one of the most important things for you to master because - think about it, how can you create the right offers, messaging or sales processes if you don't know who they are? How much easier would it be to decide which marketing platforms to focus on if you knew exactly who you wanted to reach? Unfortunately, the advice that's out there when you search Google, or ask your AI for help, sends you in the wrong direction! They say to review your past clients - yet if you're focused on your past clients when you define your future ideal client, you'll find yourself attracting more of the same – clients who are “okay,” but not inspiring, committed, or the right fit for what you truly love to do. And that's why so many feel stuck, or run a business they don't love, because they never allowed themselves to step away from what has been and define the future from a place of vision. Imagine - feeling excited about the people you work with, not drained by the “meh” average! In this episode, I challenge the usual advice and share practical questions you should be asking yourself to spot the person who actually lights you up. We talk about imagining the dream scenario – not just who will pay you, but who genuinely clicks with your values and brings out your best work. Here's a taste of what you'll hear when you listen in: Why following the standard advice to analyse your current clients can limit your future success What separates your ideal client from “just anyone who will pay” (spoiler: it's more than their wallet) How to flip your thinking from focusing on broad demographics to zeroing in on traits and values that matter most to you What questions I use to get beyond the surface and really uncover what makes someone the perfect fit If you're tired of generic advice and want real, actionable steps to finally build your business around people you actually want to help – you won't want to miss this episode. Are you still the “best kept secret” in your niche? Maybe your clients often tell you you're a hidden gem, but you just can't seem to get the recognition as the go-to expert… yet. If you feel like you're holding back from stepping into the spotlight, you're not alone (and you're exactly who I made today's episode for). In this episode, I'm sharing why so many high-achieving women hesitate to claim their expertise - even when they're more than qualified, and how our own minds (and those “Tall Poppy” cultural stories) keep us playing small. You'll hear exactly what you need to know so you can move past those doubts and start being seen for who you really are. Here's a sneak peek at what's included in this episode: Why do so many smart, capable women question their expertise? I unpack the stories we tell ourselves about needing more proof, experience, or qualifications - and why waiting for “enough” never works. What's really stopping you from calling yourself an expert? From the pressure to know “everything” to the fear of choosing the wrong thing, I break down the hurdles that keep us stuck on the sidelines. How do you know if you're ready to be seen as an authority? I share my own journey of feeling like I had to fit into a box and how true confidence actually comes from trusting what you already know. What if your niche evolves (or you want to pivot)? Spoiler: your expertise isn't fixed - and I'll show you how refining your focus can make stepping up so much easier. If you're ready to stop second-guessing yourself and finally claim your authority, you'll love this episode. Plus, I invite you to a brand new challenge designed to help you zero in on your expert zone (details inside!). Ready for that next step? Dana and Tom with returning guests Klarissa (I've Seen That One (IG)) and Ralph Esparza (Film Producer) re-revisit Jaws (1975) for its 50th Anniversary: directed by Steven Spielberg, written by Peter Benchley and Carl Gottlieb, cinematography by Bill Butler, score by John Williams, starring Roy Scheider, Robert Shaw, and Richard Dreyfuss.Plot Summary: Jaws is a masterclass in cinematic suspense, a film that grips the audience with primal fear and refuses to let go. Directed with surgical precision by a young Steven Spielberg, it tells the story of a seaside town terrorized by a great white shark—an unseen menace that lurks beneath the surface both literally and metaphorically. Roy Scheider's Chief Brody, caught between political pressure and his own conscience, anchors the human drama, while Richard Dreyfuss and Robert Shaw provide texture as a scientist and a grizzled fisherman, respectively. But the real triumph of Jaws is its restraint. The mechanical shark's frequent malfunctions forced Spielberg to show less, and in doing so, he created more: more tension, more imagination, more terror. John Williams' iconic score doesn't just accompany the action—it is the shark. What emerges is not just a thriller, but a work of art that understands the mechanics of fear and the anatomy of heroism. It's not about a shark; it's about the people who must confront it—and, by extension, themselves.Guests:KlarissaI've Seen That One (IG)Previously on Roman Holiday (1953) RevisitRalph Esparza (Film Producer)Credited on Tollbooth, Mad House, Killer Date, An Occasional Hell, and One Degree Celcius@ralph_esparza on IGPreviously on Magnolia (1999)Chapters:00:00 Introduction and Welcome Back Klarissa and Ralph03:11 Relationship(s) with Jaws15:34 Cast of Jaws16:32 Why Doesn't Jaws Seem to Age as Much as Its Comtemporaries?23:23 What is Jaws About?33:07 Background for Jaws38:33 Jaws Success - Accident or Genius?40:35 Plot Summary for Jaws42:05 Did You Know?45:51 First Break46:48 What's Happening with Klarissa and Ralph49:38 The Stanley Rubric - Legacy52:20 The Stanley Rubric - Impact/Significance54:22 The Stanley Rubric - Novelty59:24 Second Break01:00:07 The Stanley Rubric - Classicness01:06:28 The Stanley Rubric - Rewatchability01:15:15 The Stanley Rubric - Audience Score and Final Total01:17:57 In Memoriam01:19:55 Remaining Questions for Jaws01:33:22 Thank You to Klarissa and Ralph01:35:30 CreditsYou can also find this episode in full video on YouTube. You can now follow us on Instagram, Twitter,
