The most under-rated benefit of operating in one's purpose, is the character development that comes as a result. The best people that walk amongst us, are those that have said "yes" to the call; and you can be one such person too.
We're each called to live it out our purpose in different professions, depending on which one(s) will render us most effective. Not everyone is meant to be an entrepreneur, you know? (Although in this economy, it'd probably be very beneficial), and Corporate is not always a bad thing. The possibilities are endless. You just have to be open-minded and prepared to be blown away by all the doors your purpose will let you walk through. Listen up to determine which profession best suits you.
I'm sure you've heard people say it is wrong, or selfish, or ungodly to make money from your gifts, right? That you shouldn't expect to make a profit from your purpose? Well have I got news for them (and you) because that is quite an absurd thing to believe. This episode tells you exactly why I think so. Let's be honest: When you accept the assignment of your life, it tends to get lonely at times. Largely because not everyone sees the vision. Not everyone understands the mission. It was a personal call anyway; not a conference call. The applause don't always sound. The accolades are given to others. Support doesn't often make its way to you. So do you abort mission? No! Please no! What do you do then? The answer is in this week's episode. Enjoy. PS. Remember to sign up for the 5-Day Challenge. Click right here.

Does one's purpose change over time or are we given one purpose to live out our entire life? Does discovering your purpose box you into one boring life or is there room for excitement and exploration? This is the question we tackle in this week's episode. Music by
We spend so much time at our jobs that its sickening how comfortable we've gotten with doing arduous, unfulfilling work that does not even serve our purpose. Maybe it's cos we don't understand that we're the Creator's most prized possession, and that we have so much to offer the world. I need us all to take ourselves, and our assignment seriously. PS. I don't normally speak with such a stern tone. I'm usually gentle. But this subject requires the passion that I'm addressing it with. So sorry; not sorry. It'll mean more to me that I pushed you into your purpose, than that you liked for allowing you to settle. Episode 41 unpacks why you should make your purpose your profession.
In this episode we dispel the myth that passion and purpose are synonymous. We define what purpose is, what it means to be purpose-built and purposeful, and all the feelings and realities of being purposeless. We then go on to define passion. And why it is problematic to confuse it with purpose
In this episode, I get real about my career journey, and the road that led me to what is now my purpose story. Enjoy, and be honest in your reflections of what it is you truly want to do.

I need to issue this warning to EVERYONE who dares to make the bold move of seeking their purpose and living it out unapologetically.No-one is exempt from going through a variation of any of the experiences mentioned in this episode, but no-one who allows the process to do what it is meant to, comes out on the other side ever regretting the decision to be relenting with their purpose. This purpose journey is not easy, but nothing is as meaningful and fulfilling as it is.Enjoy the episode. To join the prayer circle, click here

It's time for you to be 10X better than your industry standard! This week's podcast episode teaches you how to be exactly that! Nomzamo Mbatha often says: There is no glory in playing small! And there really isn't. In fact, one outstanding writer, Ellen G. White, once penned: "The Lord is disappointed when His people place a low estimate upon themselves... ... He has a use for them, and He is well pleased when they make the very highest demands upon Him, that they may glorify His name. They may expect large things if they have faith in His promises." --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/purposepractitionersclub/message

You'll hear me sing! Don't be startled. When I'm done, we'll talk. Today's message will prod you to do something totally counter-intuitive; yet the results of it will be amazing. I'm talking against the "hustle" and "I'll rest when I'm dead" mentality. We weren't design to go hard and never take a moment to rest. I hope you'll be resting as you listen to this :) We'll chat again soon. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/purposepractitionersclub/message

This one will make you really introspect on the people you've allowed to take residence in your inner circle. Should they be there? Are they adding the right kind of value? Oh, oh, oh, wait... Are you the kind of friend anyone should have? Hmmm. Listen to the game-plan and start making up your mind about where you want to be and whether who you have (and are) will get you there. Enjoy. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/purposepractitionersclub/message
Today's Game-plan is critical. We are praying about one of the most important decisions you will ever make in your life, after choosing Christ as your personal savior - it is choosing someone to spend you entire life with. Prayer for our partners is extremely important. We have to do it if we want to have good living. So in this episode, find some prayer points from me, and let me know what else you believe I left out (info@mpumikmbonane.com) --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/purposepractitionersclub/message
Given that family was designed, by God, to be the center of love and morality, it goes without saying that it should be part of our prayer strategy. If we want to play a part in helping society at large, we have to play a part in holding up our family units. Hope you enjoy this game-plan. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/purposepractitionersclub/message

A number of people ask me how I maintain a strong relationship with God and what they can do to start one. So to heed that request, I've put together, in sound-clips, the game-plan I use everyday to bring certain areas of my life in focus, and co-develop strategies with God on those very areas. While I let Him perform His Godly, Fatherly duties, I allow Him to equip me for the parts of the prayer that I am responsible for, to fulfill my requests. I hope you enjoy the journey with me, and don't be shy to reach out to me with your thoughts and contributions.
