Spectre introduced the idea of the government listening in and knowing everything about everyone. This episode introduces the idea that Spectre's plot failed for two reasons, one, that it was the government that had all the information, and that two, they never explained the nefarious ways this information could be used.  This episode explores the idea that it is not the government that is listening and watching, but that private enterprises are capturing everything about you all the time and turning you into a product.  Secondly, we explore different ways this vast amount of data collection can be utilized to predict and manipulate people to the highest bidder.  What if the Bond 26 villain sells manipulation to the highest bidder?  What if through vast data collection and artificial intelligence analysis, companies, governments, nefarious actors can purchase spheres of influence to control masses to win them over through sophisticated manipulation?  Join myself, and Marc Harold, a former law professor, CNN, Fox News, HLN and CourtTV contributor, who authored a fantastic book Out of the Blue as we discuss all the implications of what this thing we call privacy actually is.   --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/donald-waldron/support

After a months long ordeal of exhaustive debates, hundreds of brackets, and weeks of voting, that question has finally been answered. To determine this, I created a 64 Bond Girl bracket. The Bond girls were ranked and set into their own regions. Each week I set up a 24 hour polling where voters from all over the world were able to vote on head to head matchups between Bond girls. The matches were intense, and to be crowned the greatest Bond girl of all-time you would have to defeat every opponent on your way to being the best. With the help of Being James Bond, Aussie Bond Guy, The Bond Armory, and Dressing Like Bond the epic showdowns began and each week was a new surprise. In this video I recap the dozens of matchups that took place that ultimately lead to winner being crowned. Along the way I determined which Bond had the best female ensemble, as well as who had the worst. What did the voting mean about what we as Bond fans like about our Bond girls? The video is fun, funny, extensive and full of thoughts and in-depth analysis of the voting and of our Bond girls. Want to know what the hell is going on right now with the Game Stop, Reddit, hedge funds? Everything is explained as well as explaining how this was how Le Chiffre was trying to get rich in the same way by shorting a stock only to have it blow up (or in his case not blow up) in his face.
