fresh home from university, with my ps4 and I'm having issues with my grandmother and the entire family over tv or something to watch, or giving my heart to God. etc. and what happens is. you have to learn where u are. we don't come from riches so these family tensions are normal but they are better way to solve the issues. The best way is to acknowledge that is they are not wrong but with the episode churches can upgrade they is better way to do what you like you have to acknowledge that's what you like. and the future tech will enhance your abilty to do what you love

4th year of homeownership. the door mesh prevented grass from entering the home when the yard was being cut. so that was more convenient.

After learning to cook etc. getting rid of bad meals is the next issue cooking for multiple days and all these things are good but for one based on your income you can't afford to buy certain meals. and not only that during the working world based on the location certain food areas are way out of reach.So two important things to learn so far in your working career. is to know how to store food but know when to get rid of bad food. the bad food can cause a lot of health issues. So get into the habit of getting rid of bad food will make one you're more aware of the food your wasting, and prepare meals accordingly as your income will not be able to sustain you throwing away meals like that. but at the same time it will get you to learn more about the limits of the items you have. e.g. fridge spaces etc. and able to manage meals accordingly

After you have the basic requirements for getting income. you need to be able to properly account for the time that you were not working. to be able to do that then get valid people to verify that can account for better gap times in your resume

in the working world you'll realize that overtime is the thing to make extra bank in the 9-5 world. but you'll realize that working the over time will take you away from using the money at all the places u want it to be use. or use effectively. doesn't mean that overtime is wrong you definitely should be compensated accordingly, if you are overly reliant on the overtime, its a signal for you to either look for promotions or a better job. but before you look for the promotion remember the lifestyle inflation sometimes more money gives more problems when certain things needs to be decluttered

SO being able to cook is something you have to be able to do. but from you passed the stage of learning to cook, cooking will varies each level e.g cooking for your self cooking for others cooking at someone's home or cooking at your home. So it's not that your skills change its just that your cooking skills is being tested at different phases of life. able to cook and work etc.

4th year of home ownership you have issues with every single thing in the home until you actively learn about that. Door issues was the thing but it could be anything else. but that was the simple lesson to say the more you learn about these things your self the less it becomes and issue when problem arise

4th year of homeownership level. having garbage pans for each rooms makes garbage collection easy. and building the habit of a less cluttered home

when you get the credit card you'll realize that using the credit card is more Beneficial that to not use it. so your cash is less important but cash and coins maybe still be relevant because some places may only take those items. so know how to effectively get rid of them when you have them is vital. able to use the Credit card effectively.P.S use the advise sparingly as to do these in real life you're affecting people's progress.

Close the toilet to prevent keys or rag from falling into it and other lessons

another rookie mistake. some times buying things from stores closer to you saves a lot of time than walk miles to a loyal shop close to you. in your road to glory. These will be early career struggles you'll look back and say its obvious. now but we had to do it to know why now

you going to reach a point when your starting and your going realize that separating business and personal you have to do it right in that you have to open business accounts etc. you can do it with personal accounts. but if your not able to do it as yet. doesn't hurt to get into the practice but know that eventually you have to actually do have to open business accounts

Reusable bags are great. you have to invest in it but it can get dirty

4th year of home ownership Learn to clean a fan. because you'll never know when you get your AC but when you to talking about fans will be a folk tale HAHA

Well I've done some episode with some podcast guest and what happened is from back then until now things changed some was aspiring to be the thing back then now they doing it and doing more some was doing what they doing and thanks to their service I could do things more. so just and update episode to say this was where some of the guest are today to say thanks to them the podcast reach this far. but more things to come as well

So you have your ideal shopping list and you out there shopping. After a while you're going to realize that somethings you'll buy at the market is sold in grocery stores in a different form and because you're in a certain mindset you'll be why will I buy it and. The reason is because your product knowledge has changed. so now you know the product etc. now you can experiment and use short cuts like buying in a can powdered etc. what happens is someone is already out there doing it. The only difference is when you're doing it you know why and can also afford to do it.P.S didn't get to go to church today due to recording this episode. but I got to iron my clothes. So you may only see me in Jacket and tie alone going forward HAHA

Simple items breaking on these things make the whole product useless. you have to find a away to fix or replace them so you never have these issues again

After you face the fear a few times. you become tolerant to it. but because you had to face the fear that means the various approaches you did not try or when you try they did not do it. So now that you face the fear you have, There is a civil and a uncivilized way to approach the solution. the uncivilized way will land you in jail and you'll be a statistics but you can approach it civilized.Not because the 99% is doing it uncivilized, means you must be uncivilized also

slow steps to me owning an animal. These are the small steps I'll use so when you see me owning a fully trained dog these are the small steps I used HAHA

Everything thing you see in the house was once bought. and over time it got old, Due to the users lack of knowledge of how to store it or its time has come. but if you never bought it you'll never know that. Best thing so far able to complete many thing in one day with efficient planning for preventive care. while get the most fun in the day.

Cherrish that. post pandemic something to take for granted. but for time we could not do that. so, we Should not take that for granted

With the actual new platform I realize some changes I have to actually change some stuff....

being asked something to do in real life for profit what your learn in school you have to be able to do it. but the time when you are able to do it and when asked is two different timelines. but all those things a foundational in the early years. Its fun to laugh about those things now. but those things actually happen

Time spent without certain luxury's or seeing people living a life make you want to go live the life. but you live the life to say I I don't want to go back to those days I didn't have this life. I just want a better version of this lifeGood to understand the struggle to get this life and that you can live a life without these things but saying when we leave this life behind you don't even see us back without this life

you'll realize you'll a have the same need. but different things just enhance those things so trying different premium versions of different things will just show why the product you go full premium version for is the best product.

funny stories about visiting the family back in the earlier days with and relates to now in that who you were back then and now is not different in that you can change but the skills you add can update. But travelling is one of the greatest Hassel each year and bonding with family is something as well but you have to make effort into it as when things goes wrong its the only thing you have sometimes. But going forward each year the load you travel with is the difference. your going to realize you as an individual have individual tendency and needs at everywhere you go. so the ease of translating that from one home to the next relates to how long you'll like it there. and each year thing changes. hurricane etc. so having access to things multiple locations decrease the reliance of one and make you much more mobile. So now matter the size of the house its one you. but with every thing the new term is shelf life. when I actually apply the idea I'll get a better one but its good to know about these days

Before we can get critics haters etc. you have to actually do something. but after you do it you have critics and all theses things. and what happens is. All those critics are valid because you brought the product to them. But those critics would even matter if you didn't do anything. No one would care about the podcast or any of the projects if I didn't put effort into it but before putting effort into it. no one care if I didn't do it . So first you have to do it then actually Do it right. This relates with anything your do. You actually have to do it. then do it right. but the First step is the hardest.The reason you go to the next level is to do something revolutionary not to be the same

getting rid of old hangers can declutter your home. but acknowledging when a hanger gets old how to keep it long and then what is the best quality hanger is the difference better making the home less clutter in the 4th year

using it for while basically actually nullifies every thing I was saying back in the days. makes things 10 times easier. getting groceries etc.

You out there ironing your formal clothes and reaching the level of doing more casual. the next level is ironing your casual clothes to make it more professional.Make business casual and all those fashion wear more relevant

In the the employee days your locker is one the most important thing along with your ID it shows who you are so just like your home you have to take care of it. So this new level is you taking care your home then take care of your locker

one of the lessons I Realized the shoes I wore affect my performance so in driving like working everything goes into making the perfect driving feeling

Sometimes the place u want to be is right there. But you're not mentally prepared for there. This is with every thing and what happens you play your hand and you become a statistics. Don't become a statistics

I record the episode but as I was try to apply it it seems harder as I said but the more you can separate plastics vs paper. Recognize what is plastic vs paper, and separate them you can get get rid of garbage in home effectively and use plastics more effective until you are able to buy the real plastics container

gas stove problems. if you're like me you'll experience it

when your working based on the type of work you tend to get a certain sickness but based on your health card you can just go and buy products every time. what you can do is if you like the work and tend to stay long you can predict the illness you'll get from it and get things to prevent it from early and save the card for higher sicknesses

this episode I'm richer better in many ways than before. but before on this journey I started with something small. so like with every journey you over gain so this phase is me again trying to maintain where I am at. which is doing I should be doing in the 3year of home owner ship now and properly quality it so that it could be better. these various episode seems like rambling but I guess when u reach a level so much ideas is coming and your executing them that you have to stop actually do them. so who knows you the listener may not hear from me awhile. Because I have to actually do the things saying and that takes more focus each level

Finally reaching closer to driving I realized the lesson my grandmother teach me about staying in the house. becomes more apparent the more go on the road the more you go on it. you in the comfort of your home and people are driving when you see them on the road you don't know what reason they are on the road they could be practicing etc. but in the home is not aware of the reason but. the road is for every one. so being cognizant of the time you go close the home etc. becomes more apparent.

4th year of home owner ship found the solutions for the chicken and realize its a good use case for many parts of the home

you get your identifications. now the task is to reestablish who you are. when you go out in the streets you are who ever some once says you are some where so basically the identification is to reestablish who you say you are. as in Reality no one cares who you were until you become who you were so every thing has to be reestablished if you don't like the position you were

Just as painful has being removed. as basically as you send in the letter. you essentially seeing all your privilege's being removed instantaneously . Saddest things ever. you feeling special and one letter just triggers every event you worked to build up. but you have to quit while your ahead.
