I got a iPhone finally. for my iPhone fans and people who know people who inspired me to "started" with a iPhone. but if you listen to my losing thing episode. I lost a lot of thing on my way to riches, but losing this iPhone I could not afford to lose, and I was so excited to open it that I throw away the box and going in the garbage for a box is not the thing at this point. as lost of garbage throwing way. so save the unboxing iPhone for the more sanitary times

growing up you have your family to help you if you get sick. but your're and adult post university and want to live that first world working person life. what I would tell anyone coming out of university is to do a health check to see if you have any of the ailments that you grew up with. in your early years it feels like the most dumbest purchases of course because you have so little money barely can make a travel to X without making the bank etc. in these years, but having that check would save you a lot of money in the years you are not making money as you can reconfirm if you have any of the health issues you had growing up (or new ones if lucky) and you can do basic things (like wearing a mask in dust area when roads are being built) to prevent your health from affecting you in your low or non-income years.

Sometimes in your buying journey things get hoarded up in your space so much that it becomes valuable and you make money and when you try go get rid of it as people find value in it to give you money

screen protectors save you a lot of money but if you have it for a long time and feel like your phone is invincible because of it. it too can break over time

When I started the podcast start with basic things saying that food shelter clothing is an essential. but in the home ownership phase I realized that before internet. electricity is a basic need without that you may not even hear of the podcast HAHA. So once you get your shelter over you head working on getting electricity is very essential.

Lessons from this year of home ownership. resource management, A breadfruit tree fell and lots of breadfruits went to waste because I was thinking i could use it all but I could not. experiences learn going forward not to be more aware of the space you have and the ability manage the fruits.

So hearing her stories of how she converted is always something to hear I, love to hear her stories. and one of the thing to hear is her life before christ. And her life before christ is one thing. but once you go to christ what keeps you to go to christ? is actually going back to the old ways and seeing how primitive it was. So with everything you're going to realize that the way before was primitive compared to the new way. So, the old way will always be there but because you experience the benefits of the right side. you'll never want to go back to go the other way. as it's like moving back to the get to. HAHA. so, the stories is to tell us about how We were the time before but knowing that it's because we lived that live you don't see us going back to those days. because compared to the life we are living now those times would be more primitive

fresh home from university, with my ps4 and I'm having issues with my grandmother and the entire family over tv or something to watch, or giving my heart to God. etc. and what happens is. you have to learn where u are. we don't come from riches so these family tensions are normal but they are better way to solve the issues. The best way is to acknowledge that is they are not wrong but with the episode churches can upgrade they is better way to do what you like you have to acknowledge that's what you like. and the future tech will enhance your abilty to do what you love

4th year of homeownership. the door mesh prevented grass from entering the home when the yard was being cut. so that was more convenient.

After learning to cook etc. getting rid of bad meals is the next issue cooking for multiple days and all these things are good but for one based on your income you can't afford to buy certain meals. and not only that during the working world based on the location certain food areas are way out of reach.So two important things to learn so far in your working career. is to know how to store food but know when to get rid of bad food. the bad food can cause a lot of health issues. So get into the habit of getting rid of bad food will make one you're more aware of the food your wasting, and prepare meals accordingly as your income will not be able to sustain you throwing away meals like that. but at the same time it will get you to learn more about the limits of the items you have. e.g. fridge spaces etc. and able to manage meals accordingly

After you have the basic requirements for getting income. you need to be able to properly account for the time that you were not working. to be able to do that then get valid people to verify that can account for better gap times in your resume

in the working world you'll realize that overtime is the thing to make extra bank in the 9-5 world. but you'll realize that working the over time will take you away from using the money at all the places u want it to be use. or use effectively. doesn't mean that overtime is wrong you definitely should be compensated accordingly, if you are overly reliant on the overtime, its a signal for you to either look for promotions or a better job. but before you look for the promotion remember the lifestyle inflation sometimes more money gives more problems when certain things needs to be decluttered

SO being able to cook is something you have to be able to do. but from you passed the stage of learning to cook, cooking will varies each level e.g cooking for your self cooking for others cooking at someone's home or cooking at your home. So it's not that your skills change its just that your cooking skills is being tested at different phases of life. able to cook and work etc.

4th year of home ownership you have issues with every single thing in the home until you actively learn about that. Door issues was the thing but it could be anything else. but that was the simple lesson to say the more you learn about these things your self the less it becomes and issue when problem arise

4th year of homeownership level. having garbage pans for each rooms makes garbage collection easy. and building the habit of a less cluttered home

when you get the credit card you'll realize that using the credit card is more Beneficial that to not use it. so your cash is less important but cash and coins maybe still be relevant because some places may only take those items. so know how to effectively get rid of them when you have them is vital. able to use the Credit card effectively.P.S use the advise sparingly as to do these in real life you're affecting people's progress.

another rookie mistake. some times buying things from stores closer to you saves a lot of time than walk miles to a loyal shop close to you. in your road to glory. These will be early career struggles you'll look back and say its obvious. now but we had to do it to know why now
