Children are struggling beyond belief in today's post-COVID-19 world. Suicide is increasing in the adolescent populations faster than in every other demographic.  We have real solutions to this epidemic; it's called the Trauma Resiliency-Protocol (TR-P).  In our first groundbreaking study with 66 children, 100 percent of the children qualified for a clinical diagnosis of PTSD per the DSM-V. After 1-3 sessions, 100 Percent fell to an average score of .66 from 46—nonsymptomatic across the board.  We are healing our heroes regularly and now, children.  I love this mission.  www.22zero.org dan@22zero.org (863) 221-6304

    No FEAR!

Play Episode Listen Later Apr 15, 2020 9:49

Fear based behavior drives us to make irrational and negative emotions.  There are a couple things you can do in order to manage fear and anxiety. Breath work-Breath from the belly, like an infant or your dog does, almost till you look pregnant.  Four second inhale, four second hold, four second exhale (Belly button to spine/compress) four second hold and repeat as often as you need to.  Belly to spine exhale compresses the vagus nerve signaling your brain to stop producing cortizol (stress hormone).  30 percent reduction in cortizol production. A lite headed feeling is normal as O2 is getting to the brain.   LifeLine- determine which direction you see your past and future in. Ex. yesterday is behind me and tomorrow is in front of me.  When in a fear state, sit somewhere quietly and disassociate and float out of your body and look down into the present moment.  Turn and face your past and float above your LifeLine all the way back to the very first time you were afraid.  Look down into the event at 4, 10, 15 or however old you were at the time.  FLoat higher up until you can no longer feel the emotion.  Then educate your younger self with a new learning that will allow you to let go of the (Fear, Anger, Sadness, Shame or Hurt) all through your LifeLine. Ex. you are loved, you are awesome, you don't have to keep feeling that way) whatever you may need to tell that younger you to let those emotions go easily and effortlessly.  What happens is you go into your active imagination where the unconcious memories store.  It's the background of the programming.  You will notice once you drop down on your LifeLine before that event occured you won't be able to feel the emotion.  If you do that means there is an earlier event.  Go back even further maybe even to birth and apply those learnings all the way through your LifeLine, stopping at the first event you remember and apply the new learning.  Then apply it to multiple other similar events through your LifeLine to the present.  Shake it off after each one and then think back over your past and see if you can find the emotion.  Most times you can't.  If you still do you must ask if the event you still feel the emotion on is a negative memory or traumatic memory. If traumatic park the event (RTM Protocol is needed) call us.  You will be amazed at how this works. If you have questions call me at 863-221-6304 or email dan@22zero.org.  I'll see you all on the high ground.
