Share Life Today, in stories from real-life encounters, challenges lay people to learn to share the Gospel every day in an ordinary conversation, to know how to ask great questions, and to testify to the life-changing truth of Jesus Christ.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Rev. Shah Ahmadi with Iran Alive Ministry has seen persecution firsthand—but he's also seen God's unstoppable power. “Iran is against Christianity. This person is jail this year. So they are right now is really, you know, backing up because the, the number, this is exactly what we were talking about yesterday about power multiplication and be multiply. Even they touch us. They can't touch the generation. It's too late.” That's the truth of the Gospel—Governments can try to put it out, but they can't stop the Holy Spirit. When one believer is silenced, ten more rise to speak. So let's take courage from our brothers and sisters in persecuted places. The Gospel is being shared in every corner of the world, and it can't be stopped. So let's join God in what He is doing in taking the Gospel to the nations, and share it with those around us. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Rev. Shah Ahmadi with Iran Alive Ministry shares one unforgettable moment when the Gospel reached someone completely unexpected. “And I found out secret police is listening. It was too late, and I couldn't do anything. And I said, okay, sister, do one thing for me. I dunno what's gonna happen to you, but maybe this person is listening to, maybe this is God plan for him to listen. Let us to share Gospel. And I start weeping and crying. He's just, just the love of God came. I said, ‘Look, I don't know why you came on the, you know this, you know, God loves you. If you die, do you know where you're gonna go?'” Even when danger was close, Rev. Ahmadi chose faith over fear—and trusted that God could reach even the persecutor. That's the courage God calls us to have—to love boldly and to share the Gospel, even when it costs something. To watch the full interview with Rev. Shah Ahmadi, visit our website sharelife.today. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Rev. Shah Ahmadi with Iran Alive Ministry knows what it means to follow Jesus in difficult places. “Seems in the history opposite the places more persecution, God works, grows stronger. Seems persecution is a key. We see in the book of Acts. We see in China, we see in Iran, we see in Nepal, we see there…not just God Himself intervene. God works in a way supernaturally. And people, they lay down their life.” When the world tries to silence the Church, God makes it speak louder. In persecution, the Gospel doesn't weaken. Believers who stand firm in their faith they know to be absolutely true inspire others to follow Jesus, no matter the cost. So whatever opposition you face today, remember—God's work can't be stopped. Let's join Him in what He is doing and stand for Jesus and share the Gospel. To watch the full interview with Rev. Shah Ahmadi, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Rev. Shah Ahmadi with Iran Alive Ministry reminds us that the Church of Jesus Christ is one family—united around the world in the mission of sharing the Gospel. “Share the Gospel and pray and just go and say, you are my brother. You are my sister. We are from same nation. But above from that, even when I'm not from same nation, we are children of God. We are saved by grace of God. Jesus died on the cross for us. Let's do together.” That's what the body of Christ looks like—believers standing shoulder to shoulder across nations and languages, proclaiming the same Good News. Some face challenges and danger, yet they continue to share because they know that every person needs to hear what Jesus has done. We are one Church with one message and one mission: that the whole world might hear and know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. To watch the full interview with the Rev. Shah Ahmadi, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Rev. Shah Ahmadi with Iran Alive Ministry knows what it means to keep sharing Jesus—even when it's hard. “That's why I encourage many people: sow a seed of the Gospel. Don't give up. It's not about me and you; it's about the power of the Gospel. And that is God's work, not our works.” The results don't depend on us. Our job is to tell others about Jesus—and trust God to bring the harvest. Even in the toughest places on earth, like Iran, the power of the Gospel is transforming lives. Maybe there's someone in your life that seems closed off or uninterested. Keep praying, keep loving, and keep sharing. Because our efforts to share the Gospel and what Jesus has done for us on the cross is never a failure. Every Gospel conversation can be used for His glory and in the life of the person that you're sharing with. For resources and to watch the full interview with Rev. Shah Ahmadi, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Do your Halloween plans this evening involve the Gospel? As believers, we should try to do everything that we can to point people to the Gospel. Last year, my church held a big event on Halloween with more candy than you could count! It was open to the community so there was a huge crowd. The focus, however, was not on candy, though every child left with more than they could eat. The focus was the Gospel. Every child and parent heard a clear Gospel presentation and an invitation to accept Christ as Lord and Savior...all before they got to the candy and to the carnival attractions! And while your event may be different, the message can be the same. Be thinking about how you can share the hope you have tonight. Perhaps it starts with candy and leads to a Gospel conversation or perhaps an opportunity to share your testimony. Whatever it is, let your light shine! For more, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. You know, we often say at Evangelism Explosion that witnessing without prayer is presumption. Before we ever start looking for opportunities to share the Gospel, we should be coming before God, asking for His guidance and wisdom. Jesus Himself told us in John 15, "If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you." Elisabeth Elliot said, "Prayer lays hold of God's plan and becomes the link between his will and its accomplishment on earth." And you know what the Bible says is part of God's will for our lives? It's that we would be bold witnesses and share with others what Christ has done for them. So let me challenge you: start praying for your friends and family that you'll see over the holidays and watch God orchestrate ways you can start spiritual conversations and then share the Gospel with them. For more tips and resources on how you can share your faith, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. It's that time of the year again! Many events are happening this week in communities across the country. Whether it's a trunk-or-treat, a Fall Festival, a pumpkin patch, or trick-or-treating, I want to encourage you — look for opportunities to share the love of Christ. The Gospel is always needed, no matter the time of year, holiday, or circumstance. We need to be intentional as Christians and share what Jesus has done with those around us. If you're attending a party, seek out meaningful conversations that could lead to sharing how Christ has changed your life and given you eternal security. If you're giving out candy, consider handing out some Gospel tracts, too. Pray for the Holy Spirit to give you opportunities to share; and when they come, talk about the hope you've found in Christ. Our world desperately needs it. Not sure where to start? Well, we'd love to help! For more Gospel tips and resources to help you share during this season, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Are you afraid of the dark? Well, during this time of year, there is a lot of emphasis on the spooky and dark side of things. But don't be scared of it! Instead, shine the light of Jesus on the darkness in our world. Now, how do you spread some light? First, we need to know God's Word. Psalm 119 and verse 105 says: “Your Word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path...” So don't dwell on the darkness! Walk with your path illuminated by God's Word and take every chance you can to spread His Word to others, especially in times like we're in right now. Here's a tip: this Halloween, light up someone's night by sharing a Bible verse that God has laid on your heart. Ask them engaging spiritual questions that could lead to a Gospel conversation. If you need help getting started learning how you can be ready to share your faith, visit our website at sharelife.today. That's sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Candy, ghosts, goblins and... the Gospel? How are these things related? Well, they're not, BUT we are coming up on Halloween, and that means we are surrounded by all things black and orange and full of sugar. How should Christians choose to respond to this holiday? It's really a controversial topic and while you should always listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and pay attention to the convictions He places on your heart, every believer ought to be able to agree that we are here to bring the light of Jesus into the darkness. One of the ways you can do that this week is by taking advantage of the holiday. Take advantage of the fact that friends are getting together or your neighbors are out and about more. Use the opportunities you are given this week to bring up the hope you have found in Jesus! If you need help learning how to do that, visit sharelife.today. That's sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Roger Lonnquist, founder of the New Life Africa Satellite Network that broadcasts Share Life Africa to 53 radio stations in 15 countries, has a deep passion for reaching people with the message of Jesus. He said, “There is an immense hunger in Africa for the Gospel… and we need to present the Gospel so they can hear it, present teaching so they can grow, and go forward in their faith.” That same hunger exists all over the world — people searching for truth, for hope, for a Savior. And God has called each of us to be part of meeting that need. When we share the Gospel, God uses it to change lives. The Holy Spirit knocks on the door of their hearts and invites them to be transformed through trusting in what Jesus did on the cross for them. Let's not keep this hope to ourselves — let's take it to a world that's desperate to hear it. To watch the full interview with Roger Lonnquist, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Brad and Doug Hutchcraft have a heart for discipling young believers, especially among indigenous communities. Brad shared, “And so to see some of those that we work with saying, ‘I wanna reach my people, but I also want to not just be the mission field. I want to be part of the mission force. Because I've got hope to share.'” That's the power of discipleship. When people encounter Jesus, He not only saves them—He sends them. Around the world, indigenous young people are taking the Gospel back to their tribes, their towns, and even across nations. They're showing what it looks like to turn from being the mission field into being the mission force. And that's exactly what Jesus called us to do: to make disciples who make disciples. The next generation of Gospel-bearers is already rising up—let's be the ones to equip them as they take the hope of Christ to their people and beyond. To watch the full interview with Hutchcrafts, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Doug Hutchcraft reminds us that sharing our faith isn't something we do alone. He said, “When you say, ‘I'm gonna obey the Great Commission, I'm gonna share His heart and I'm gonna share my faith.' He will show up.” That's the promise Jesus gave us — “Go and make disciples of all nations... and surely, I am with you always.” When we obey His call to share the Gospel, God's presence and power go with us. It's in those moments of faith-filled obedience to share our faith that we see Him work — softening hearts, opening doors, and changing lives. You may not feel qualified or confident, but remember this: when you take the step to speak about Jesus, you're never stepping out alone. The God who sent you goes with you — and He will show up. So today, I encourage you...share your faith, and watch what God will do. For resources and to watch the full interview with Brad and Doug Hutchcraft, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Brad Hutchcraft has seen what happens when we take Jesus' command to share the Gospel seriously. He said, “It's when we share Jesus with someone that we get to see the impact it has on their lives and how the lights come on for someone. And it's infectious.” When you tell someone about Jesus and watch their life change, it fuels your own faith. The joy of seeing God work in another person's heart is contagious—it makes you want to keep going. So today, let's share Jesus with someone who needs the hope found only in Him. It's exciting to join God in the work He is already doing. And when you step out in faith and share the Gospel, you never know how God might use your obedience to ignite faith in another life. For resources to help you share your faith and to watch the full interview with Brad and Doug Hutchcraft, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Ron Hutchcraft, evangelist and founder of Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, reminds us that sharing the Gospel isn't optional — it's our calling. He said, “You are here on mission for Jesus. He has literally placed you in your friend's life. Would you tonight look in the mirror and say these words, ‘I am someone's chance. I am someone's chance at Jesus.'” That's a sobering thought — and an inspiring one. God has strategically placed you in your workplace, your school, your neighborhood, even your family. None of those relationships are accidents but opportunities to be a living witness for Him. When we realize that, every conversation takes on eternal significance. You are a messenger of hope, carrying the Gospel to a world that desperately needs Jesus. Let's ask today, “Lord, who's my someone?” And then as God shows us, let's take the opportunity to share our faith. For resources and to watch the full interview with Ron Hutchcraft, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Jim Sanders, Executive Vice President of Ambassador Advertising, shared about how He has seen God's faithfulness in his own life, “God's blessing has been beyond anything I could have imagined. In between, we started a satellite delivery company called Ambos. And it's clear based on who I am and who we are, that God's hand was in it every step of the way.” Through Ambos, God used Jim and his team to help Christian radio grow—pushing Gospel content to stations around the world. Jim could see God's hand in it all. And the same is true in our lives. When we look back, we see God's faithfulness—how He's guided and transformed us since we placed our trust in Him alone. And sharing our “God stories” can open doors to Gospel conversations. So today, tell someone how God's been faithful to you—and then share the Good News. For help and to watch the full interview with Jim Sanders, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Jim Sanders, Executive Vice President of Ambassador Advertising, shared a powerful quote. “I love the quote from the new chairman of Home Depot, who coming on board, met with all his senior staff, and they were all talking about how wonderful it used to be, how the glory days. And he said, when your memories exceed your dreams, the end is near. And I added the corollary—when your dreams exceed your memories, the future is bright.” What a great quote! You know, it's good to look back and remember God's faithfulness. The stories of what He's done encourage us and build our faith. But we can't stay there. God's mission moves forward — and there are still so many who need to hear the Gospel. So let's thank God for His faithfulness yesterday and keep working for His Kingdom today. Let's keep sharing the Greatest News. To watch the full interview with Jim Sanders, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Jim Sanders, Executive Vice President of Ambassador Advertising, says something every believer needs to remember: “We want them to know us by our love. We want be a good representative of the Lord. But more importantly, this is part of our mission.” You and I are called to be ambassadors for Christ — living examples of His love, grace, and truth in a world that desperately needs Him. When people see how we love, forgive, and serve, they get a glimpse of Jesus through us. But our mission doesn't stop there. As we love, forgive, serve, and walk beside people, we share the Gospel with them. We can back up our actions with our words. There are so many we see everyday that are longing for the hope and peace found only through Jesus. So let's represent Him well today — and take seriously this mission to share the Good News with everyone we can. To watch the full interview with Jim Sanders, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Jim Sanders, Executive Vice President of Ambassador Advertising, has watched God turn ordinary days into extraordinary opportunities. He said, “As I've watched you over and over and over again, demonstrate how the Lord orchestrates—you would never imagine in a million years. And yet, if you're obedient and take that first step and get past that fear you might have, the result is incredible.” God's Divine Appointments have been one of my favorite things to witness in my walk with God. He arranges moments that connect hearts and advance the Gospel in ways we could never plan on our own. So today, pause and ask the Lord to orchestrate your steps. He delights in aligning your path with someone who needs to hear about Jesus. And when He does, I'd encourage you to step out and share the Gospel. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Jim Sanders, Executive Vice President of Ambassador Advertising, has seen God's hand in the most unexpected moments. He said, “The fact that there are these divine serendipities, there are no chance meetings.” Every encounter—whether with a neighbor, a stranger in line, or someone sitting next to you—may be an appointment set by God Himself. I remember meeting a young man at a bus stop when I was out with a team in Arizona, who shared that he was just sitting there thinking about what was shared at his AA meeting, that having a relationship with God could change everything. He asked us if we knew what that meant. And we were able to share the Gospel with him. So the next time you meet someone unexpectedly, remember—it's not coincidence, it's divine design. So be ready to share the Gospel as God leads you! For resources to help you share the Gospel or to watch the full interview with Jim Sanders, visit sharelife.today

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Larry, who serves on the I Am Second Executive Team and is the Hollywood Liaison for Cru, told me about a remarkable moment with Justin Bieber. At one of his concerts, Justin stopped the show and said, “I want my pastor to come up and share more with you. But I thought, that is so powerful for Justin Bieber to do that, and to make a statement about, ‘Hey, Christ is important to me.'” Larry went on to explain the impact: when someone with influence takes a stand for Christ, people listen. Young fans who already love Bieber suddenly hear about a greater love — the love of Jesus Christ. And here's the truth: you don't have to be a pop star to make that kind of impact. Each of us has a platform we can use to share the Gospel. So today, use your influence to make a bold statement: “Christ is important to me.” For resources and to watch the full interview with Larry, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Barry McGuire, the businessman behind McGuire's Car Wax, had all the success he could ask for. But he discovered there was something even greater than building a company or seeing his name on products around the world. Barry shares about the joy he has found in his life: “When you bear fruit, then you're my disciple. Now you're there. My joy remain with you, and your joy will remain full. I mean, that's one of the great scriptures of the entire Bible. Who doesn't want to have their joy full every day!” Real joy doesn't come from possessions or accomplishments — it comes from obedience to Christ. When we share the Gospel, our faith is strengthened, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, others are changed. So today, don't miss out on the joy of living on mission. Look for opportunities to share the Gospel with someone God places in your path. To watch the full interview with Barry McGuire, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. When it comes to evangelism, Barry McGuire doesn't mince words. He says, “I say, all of us are witnesses. Some of us are witnesses for the prosecution.” That should stop us in our tracks. If we know the hope of the Gospel, of what Jesus has done for us, but keep silent, we're being witnesses for the wrong side. And in doing so, we may even be testifying against the very truth we claim to believe. But there's another way. Barry shares, “It's how do we get as many people into heaven as we can in the amount of time we have left?” When we choose to open our mouths and point people to Christ through telling them the Good News of the Gospel, we become faithful witnesses for Him. So let's reject apathy and fear and embrace the calling to witness. For resources to help you get started and to watch the full interview with Barry McGuire, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. When Troy Miller, CEO of the National Religious Broadcaster, talks about media, he doesn't just talk about technology — he talks about mission. He says, “And look at where we're at today, today, we can instantly communicate to anybody around the globe, um, right now from where we're sitting, Uh, we could be talking to anybody on any continent.” What a time to be alive and share Christ! Every conversation, every post, every interaction is an opportunity to point someone toward Christ and share the Gospel with them. And the message we share matters. The question isn't whether you're broadcasting a message. The question is: what message are you broadcasting? Every Christian has been called to take the Gospel to the world — and it starts with us sharing it with the people He has put in our own circle of relationships. So today, let's choose to use the platforms God has given us to broadcast hope found in Jesus boldly. To watch the full interview with Troy Miller, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Troy Miller, CEO of the National Religious Broadcasters, has seen firsthand how God can use media to reach the world. He says, “We make plans, but God does order our steps. I never thought that this kid from Nebraska Farm Boy techie would end up in Christian broadcasting, but I really feel like that's what God trained me for 20-30 years ago. He had a plan for this—not me.” And that is so true—God has a plan for each of us to use whatever means we can—and in Troy's case, media!—to share the Gospel with the world. So whether it's online, over the airwaves, or in everyday conversations, the opportunity is right in front of us. But it's up to us to be faithful to use the platforms God has given us. Let's not wait—the best day to start is today. For resources to help you get started and to watch the full interview with Troy, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Let's suppose I stood before a judge with fifty thousand parking tickets; and in my opportunity to speak, I asked the judge, "your Honor, would you please let me go? I promise I'll be a perfect driver from now on." Do you think that judge should declare me free? If he or she did, they couldn't be considered a just judge. The reason I share this illustration is that it is the same decision God is faced with when looking at our sin. Yes, He loves us and doesn't want to punish us; but on the other hand, He is just and must punish sin. Do you see the problem? Well, God solved this problem in the person of Jesus Christ, who lived an absolutely perfect life, died on the cross to pay for our sins, and all we have to do is put our trust in Jesus alone to be declared righteous in God's sight. What amazing grace — that Jesus would do that for us! For more, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Have you ever put your hope in another person? Well, if that person is trustworthy, it's fine! But here's the problem with placing your hope in other people: sometimes, they let you down. But I am here to tell you that placing your hope in Jesus will never result in you being let down. Lamentations 3 says this: "Therefore I have hope. Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness." What a wonderful thing, to know that your hope for eternal life in Heaven can be certain because Jesus is faithful! If you don't have this hope yet, look to Jesus. His mercies never fail. To learn more about this never-failing hope and to learn how pass it along to others, friends, relatives, coworkers...visit us at sharelife.today. That's sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. What are you completely certain about? You can be sure the sun will rise to the east and set to the west. You can be sure that one plus one will always equal two. And you can be absolutely certain that you cannot get into Heaven because of the good things you've done. Now, before you write that off as a calloused statement or simply an opinion, consider what the Bible says. The Bible tells us that no one is good, not even one. It also says to be perfect, just as your Father in Heaven is perfect. It is a real problem for us if no one is good, yet we are expected to be perfect. We simply cannot do it! This problem is solved by the Person of Jesus Christ who was both God and Man - perfect, just and full of grace. You can be certain that placing your faith in Jesus is enough for eternal salvation. Have you accepted that grace? Find out more by visiting sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Do you ever wonder what happens after death? Does it worry you? Don told us on What's My Story Dot Org that he used to be pretty scared of dying. As a teenager, his best friend died suddenly in a car accident and at his funeral, he became overwhelmed with fear. Don didn't know where he would spend eternity. That has all changed now! Someone shared the Good News of Jesus with him, he accepted it and now he says that his fear of death has been replaced by peace with God! Now Don is living his life full of peace and telling others about the peace he has found in Jesus. Is this something you need? You know, Heaven is a completely free gift. You just have to accept the gift God has given you through Jesus Christ. If you need more information about how you can have peace in this life now, and certain eternal life when you die, visit our website at sharelife.today. That's sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Have you ever thought, "that may be true for them, but that's not my truth"? But if something is actually true...then, it is in fact...true! Jesus Christ said, "You will know the truth and the truth will make you free." In fact, He declared that there is truth and not a relativistic truth. He didn't say you will know “a truth” or “your truth” but He said, you will know “the truth.” Today, people will say that we can't know anything for certain but, again, the Bible tells us in 1 John 5:13, that “These things have I written that you may know that you have eternal life." Now this is something you can count on to be true: Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever and He alone can save you. By believing the truth that Jesus took your sin upon Himself and broke down the wall that kept you from a relationship with God, you can have eternal life. Visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Just like adults, children need the hope of the Gospel. When they come to faith in Jesus, it changes everything for them. Jesus told His disciples in Luke eighteen, "Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, many churches attended a training to learn how to disciple the children of their churches with the Gospel. As practice for the training, they went house to house sharing the Gospel. Children all along the way decided to follow them up to the church where the workshop was being held. In two afternoons, they shared the Gospel to four hundred and eighteen children and adults; and among them, three hundred and fifty-five made professions of Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Many of the parents of the children asked the Sunday school teachers to come back and share with the families as well! To learn how to share your faith, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. In a rural village in Peru, a church decided to start to prioritize discipling the children in their church. They decided to teach them in all the ways to grow—from Bible reading to knowing the key points of the Gospel and how to share their faith. And these third through fifth graders boldly went back to their village and started sharing with the adults in their community—from shop keepers to neighbors of theirs. And guess what? Adults started making professions of faith in Jesus! These children have had a tremendous impact in their village. And their mentors said this about them: "We thank God for this generation that stands in the gap and takes on the challenge to go and share with those who still do not know Jesus." And guess what? God calls us to be disciple makers too. What children has God placed in your life that you can disciple? For resources to help you get started, visit our website at sharelife.today. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Torosso is a humble village with a large population of children in Africa. The "little g" god of that village is named “kilè.” The pastor, who's the head of all of the churches in this area, said, “People are looking for the good God, but they don't know how or where [to find Him]. So they're living in spiritual darkness from generation to generation.” However, something big happened! One year, the church grew to over two hundred children. The children of the village started to understand that “kilè” is not the good or true god, so most of them joined the church to find out more about Jesus. And at their new church, the Gospel was not only shared with the children, but they're also being discipled in it. This will impact these children's lives for eternity, and the pastor believes these children will change their village to the glory of God. To learn more about how you be a part of sharing your faith, visit our website at sharelife.today. That's sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Did you know that children are thirsty for the same Living Water that Jesus offers to all? They experience the same broken world that we as adults do—and they need the hope and love found only in Jesus. By The Hand, a non-profit that operates in Chicago, believes this whole-heartedly—so much so that they hold a Hope For Kids club for more than five hundred children every year. And as they walk through the Gospel each week, they see many of those children give their hearts and lives to Jesus. Bethany, a child who received Christ as her Savior through coming to the club, said, "I gave my life to Jesus because He died on the cross for me, He cares for me, He listens to me when I'm down." Her relationship with Jesus has changed everything for her. So, let's be intentional to share with the children in our communities and churches the Gospel, bringing them life, truth, and hope. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Have you ever thought about how many people one child interacts with throughout the course of his or her life? Children have their whole lives ahead of them. And everywhere they go, they meet people. So, just think, when a child is equipped to share their faith, the Gospel goes everywhere they go. And, have you noticed that children don't seem to have the same hang-ups talking about Jesus that we adults often have? They don't worry about what someone will think. They just want their friend or their mom or dad or grandparent to know Jesus – and so they tell them about Him. And in case you're wondering if it's really possible for children to share the Gospel, I can tell you from experience with Hope For Kids, our children's evangelism discipleship program, that children can share the Gospel and, dare I say, sometimes even better than some adults. So, don't forget that once children know Jesus, they can share Jesus. To learn more about sharing the Gospel, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. It's time to get creative! The truth is, as a body of Christ, we all bring different skills and passions. And so do the younger people in the church! And we can meet them in the middle and use their passions as a way to disciple them. In Romania, every summer they hold a national camp for a week where they focus on discipling teenagers. And every year, there are around one hundred and twenty students from across Europe—and the world!—who join. They focus on three key areas: equipping them with how to share the Gospel, street evangelism and reaching the community, and sports activities like zip lining, competitions, mountain climbing, and all kinds of sports. Not only are these young people sharing their faith and seeing other's hearts and lives changed, they are also having a blast doing it! Now what can we do to disciple the young people in our churches in how the Gospel? Let's meet them where they're at. For resources, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. When we say yes to God and faithfully share the Gospel, something powerful happens—He uses us as messengers of hope, and we get to witness lives transformed firsthand… just like He once changed ours. In the Czech Republic, a group of believers recently completed evangelism discipleship training. Peter, one of the students, shared that his fear of rejection is now gone—and the door to evangelism has opened for him. Another trainee, Romana, described it as “a breakthrough.” She went from hiding during outreach to boldly sharing her testimony—even with her own family. During the training, they were able to share the Gospel was shared 33 times, and saw 13 people place their trust in Jesus. And then, they got to see all thirteen's lives changed instantly! When we're faithful to go, God is faithful to move. God can use you as part of someone's story too. Let's get going! Visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Christianity has always been just one generation from extinction. I mean — think about it. All it takes is for one generation to drop the ball for the next generation to miss the opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. They cannot pass along what they do not have. And it can happen in just one generation. In Judges 2, an entire generation grew up not knowing the Lord and what He had done for nation of Israel, because the previous generation did not pass it along. So what do we do? How can we engage the younger generation with the Gospel in a way that's real and personal? Well firstly, we can start by giving children and young adults a strong foundation in the Gospel. And secondly, we can allow them be an integral part in building God's Kingdom right now by helping them share the most exciting gift that they have: their faith. For more on discipling the next generation, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. The focus of Jesus' Great Commission is not in making converts, but rather in making disciples. This was the mark of His ministry on earth, and this is the mark of the mentors we need in the Church today. So, please don't hear me wrong. It is absolutely vital that we share our faith and that everyone gets an opportunity to hear the Gospel. But once they do make a decision to give their life to Christ, we want to equip and disciple them as a new believer. We can't just leave them were they're at and carry on with our lives! It's important for us to give the new believer a track to run on — as Paul modeled for us throughout the New Testament when he encourages believers to run the race and keep the faith. We have the privilege of being disciple-makers across the generations. And it starts with our willingness to share the Gospel. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Mark Dever says, "The Christian life is the discipled life and the discipling life.” We need both to grow a healthy, full walk with Christ. So let's take our time to study the Word, pray without ceasing, fellowship with other Christians, worship our amazing, Living God, and share our faith with others. And even better if these things happen under a mentor who has walked with God longer than us! This will set us on a path of being discipled. And then, we ourselves are called to reach out and disciple someone else. This could look like us sharing the Gospel, seeing someone give their life to Christ, and then walking with them in spiritual growth as a new believer. I can personally tell you — experiencing this lights a fire in the soul and an excitement and joy in your walk with Christ! This is a picture of what the church should be—discipleship reaching across the generations. For more resources to get you started, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Do you know a young person who wants to change the world? Well today, it seems that young people have an endless fountain of passion for impacting the world. And that's great! But what if we could direct that passion toward transforming the world with the Good News of the Gospel? In the book of Acts, we read about Paul who said, “This Jesus, whom I proclaim to you, is the Christ.” And that message of hope changed the world for all of eternity. And it is our privilege and joy to raise up the next generation, to carry on the Good News of Jesus, and to disciple believers who will carry out Kingdom work. Because they will be impacting the world regardless as their generation become the leaders of churches, businesses, and communities. So let us take the time to intentionally disciple the teenagers around us to be able to share their faith. And if you aren't sure where to start, we would love to help. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. You know, sometimes we hesitate to share our faith—worried people won't be open or interested. But here's what we are seeing around the world—more than 60% of the people that we ask are open to having a spiritual conversation. And Samuel and his team recently saw this in Romania. They visited two churches to train believers—young and old—in sharing the Gospel. And during the training, something amazing happened. One team after another shared stories of people who were open, interested, and genuinely curious about eternal life. In fact, one seventeen-year-old boy listened intently and then place his trust in Jesus, accepting Him as Lord and Savior of his life! You know, one of the pastors equipped was deeply moved—not just by those that they saw come to know Jesus—but by how open people were to talking about faith. So let's not miss an opportunity to tell someone about Jesus because of fear. Let's get sharing! For help, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Europe is often called post-modern—where many believe that no one wants to hear the Gospel. But we know the Word of God is alive and active and that the Gospel is always effective in every corner of the world! God still changes lives...and in Spain, He's doing it through young people! Earlier this year, 18 teenagers were trained to share their faith. And just months later, at a youth missionary camp in Palma de Mallorca, they put that training into action—reaching 94 people with the Gospel with 15 accepting Jesus. These young believers discovered how simple it is to start spiritual conversations—and how powerful it is when they do. You know, God isn't finished with Europe. He's using His people—young and old—to bring the hope found in Jesus to their communities. And if God can do that in Spain, well He can do that here too. So let's not wait. Let's share the Gospel. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. In Romania, over 150 teenagers recently came together for a sports and discipleship camp—and it was incredible to see what God did! They all signed up to play sports...and to learn how to share their faith. What may seem like a strange combination has been an impactful experience for years in Romania, as Christian leaders pour into these teens. Many previous graduates have been significantly impacted and even become leaders in the church in Romania. And these teens walked through the same exact experience this year. They played sports and were equipped to share their faith—and then sent out to do it. On just the first day, 98 people heard the Gospel. And in the span of a few short hours, 13 made decisions to trust in Jesus alone. So let's be intentional about discipling the next generation—using the gifts God has given us for His glory. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. This summer, we're taking a look around the world and seeing God is at work. And this week, we will be hearing stories of what God is doing in Europe. Europe is perhaps one of the most post-modern places on the planet, and yet, God is moving in mighty ways through this continent. Even in these past years of war and great political turmoil, hundreds of thousands of people have given their lives to Christ. Some of these have been refugees that have flooded across the borders of nations. And Christians in countries like Moldova, and Romania, and Poland have been able to come together and bring supplies to those in need. In addition to these acts of love, they've been able to share the Gospel, and many have come to know Jesus because of it. Let's join in and be faithful witnesses in our communities as well. To learn more about how you can be active in sharing your faith, visit our website at sharelife.today. That's sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. In Brazil, a young girl's life was transformed when someone shared the Gospel with her at an evangelism training. She made the decision that day that she wanted Jesus to come into her heart and be her Lord and Savior. The following day, she told her grandma and asked if she could take her Bible to school. And even though her grandma wasn't sure it was a good idea, the little girl quietly tucked her Bible and some Gospel tracts that she had just received into her backpack. As a result, she shared the Gospel with three of her friends who, after hearing her share, asked if they could accept Jesus too. Through one life that was changed, three more were also transformed. You see, this is the power of spiritual multiplication—impacting lives far beyond what we might imagine. So let's be faithful to share the Gospel, because you never now how God will continue to use it. For more, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. If you've ever wonder whether discipling young people is worth it—just look at what's happening in Chile! Every Tuesday, two dedicated teachers at Liceo San Sebastián are discipling seventy-one teenagers in 7th and 8th grade. These teachers were personally trained to share their faith, and they quickly realized their calling was also help shape the next generation to know and to love Jesus. And God has faithfully blessed their commitment. Just recently, twenty-one 8th graders received the gift of eternal life by hearing and understanding the Gospel clearly. What an incredible reminder that the Gospel is powerful—no matter your age. When young people are discipled, they don't just grow...they go. They share their faith with their classmates, their family, their friends. And if they can boldly proclaim the Gospel at their schools, surely, we can do the same in our communities. Not sure how to get started? Visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. If you've ever wondered whether someone is “ready” to share their faith—just look at the children in Honduras. These young believers recently completed the second level of evangelism discipleship training in their church, and they're not waiting until they're older to obey God's call. They're boldly sharing the Gospel right now with their friends, their classmates, and even their families! It's a powerful reminder of Proverbs twenty-two verse six: “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” You see, when kids love Jesus and are discipled to share His love with others, we see them naturally rise to the challenge. They can't stop sharing with everyone they know. And if they can do it with such faith, courage, and joy...what's stopping us? The truth is, we're all called to share the Gospel! So let's follow their lead. Let's both equip the next generation—and say “yes” ourselves to sharing. For more, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. God has given every believer a clear calling—to share the Gospel. And that call doesn't change based on where we live, what challenges we face, or even how we communicate. In Bolivia, a group of Christians recently came together for an evangelism discipleship workshop—where they were trained and equipped to share their faith within the Deaf community. For many, it was their first time learning how to communicate through sign language. But they said yes to God's call, and they're now stepping out in faith to reach people who may never have had the chance to understand the Gospel before. You see, when we step out in obedience—no matter the obstacles—God provides what we need. And these believers in Bolivia showed they are willing to learn opens doors for the Gospel that might otherwise stay closed. So wherever you are, whatever you're up against, remember—God wants to use you to share the Gospel. For more, visit sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. We are so excited to share more stories about what's happening around the globe with you. And this week, our spotlight is Latin America! God is so faithful. Truly, as we walk with Him and seek His will, God shows up. And as we're faithful to His command to share the Gospel, we see Him change lives before our very eyes! This happened in Latin America this past year. At one of our evangelism discipleship trainings in Colombia, Milagro came to learn more about God and evangelism. During the training, she felt God speak to her regarding salvation and revealed to her that she couldn't do enough good works to save herself. Only by placing her trust in Jesus and what He did on the cross could she be saved. She felt like a woman free of working her way to heaven. She told us joyfully, “It is by the grace of God that I'm saved!” Want to learn how you can share the Gospel clearly? Well, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. You know, when we ask God to guide our steps, He answers—often in powerful and unexpected ways. In the city of Gori, Georgia—the country not the state—a group of believers prayed that God would lead them to someone who was truly seeking Him. Moments later, a church member called and asked if they could visit a widow named Elene. Well, when the team arrived, Elene shared her heartbreaking story: after her husband—a military officer—died in a tragic car accident, her world simply collapsed. Grieving, working long hours for little pay, and raising two children alone, Elene was overwhelmed and hopeless. But that day, she heard the Gospel clearly—and responded with tears and joy, kneeling to pray and place her trust in Jesus. She said, “I'm now confident that I'll be with God in heaven.” God still answers the cries of the broken—and He uses people like you and me to bring His hope.
