This week, we're covering all the chaos you didn't know you needed: from getting slapped with a charge for supplying booze to minors (allegedly, Your Honor), to Antonio Brown turning scrap metal into headlines. We ask the real questions—like what happens to Jim Irsay's treasure trove of rockstar relics now that he's gone? Plus, NBA ref Scott Foster eats an elbow like a pro, Darin Ruf has a Ruff (sorry, not sorry) day at work, and Liam Hendriks makes the rookie mistake of reading the comments. And in this week's biggest pickle: a "fan" sues his own team… because they suck. Buckle up, it's a wild one.Follow more by going to iapradio.comThanks for listening!
MICKEY AIN'T MICE: Disney Pulls Up on YouTube for Stealing the OpsIn a plot twist straight outta a corporate telenovela, Disney just hit YouTube with the ultimate cease and desist vibes. Why? ‘Cause YouTube — aka Google's chaotic little sibling — yoinked one of Disney's top ops: Justin Connolly, the dude who basically had Mickey's whole war map in his brain.Homie wasn't just any suit — he was the President of Platform Distribution, aka the guy who knew everything about Disney's bag, deals, strategies, and future plays. Right before he dipped, he was even handling licensing talks with YouTube. And now? Bro's the new head of sports/media… at YouTube. Suspicious? Mickey thinks so too.Disney's lawyers pulled up like:“Your Honor, this is not just job-hopping. This is high-level intel robbery with a side of breach of contract.”They basically told the court:“Justin's got the whole playbook. We're tryna launch our ESPN streaming beast, YouTube's out here copping NFL rights — it's not giving fair play.”So now Disney's suing to block him from even working at YouTube, and they want the court to ice out anything that smells like leaked secrets. No cap, this could change the way execs hop jobs in the whole industry. While Mickey's loading legal papers like Infinity Stones, the rest of the media world's eating popcorn watching two titans throw hands over a power move that might decide the future of sports streaming.

The 2025 Netflix film Adolescence shook me. It showed a generation growing up in isolation, addiction, and quiet desperation— and it made me realize: No one is coming to save our kids. We must save our kids. We have to become the shield and the sword against forces that are manipulating and twisting and influencing our kids into a warped sense of reality. In this first episode, I open up about the fear, urgency, and hope that reignited The Beautiful Struggle podcast. I share the hard lessons every parent, mentor, teacher, and guide must face — and the daily commitments I'm making to fight for my sons' future. If you feel the weight too... you're not alone. Let's walk this hard, messy yet beautiful road — together. __________________________________ Song: I Am a Man Who Will Fight for Your Honor by Chris Zabriskie is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Source: http://chriszabriskie.com/honor/ Artist: http://chriszabriskie.com/

[SEGMENT 1-1] Silly Leftists 1 Welcome, folks. It's KJ Radio time…the show where common sense kicks the buttocks of Leftism. WITH steel-toed boots. And trust me, there's no shortage of targets. UnitedHealthcare CEO Gets ShotFirst up, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare got shot. Now, I'm not saying this guy was involved in something shady, but if you look up “suspicious deaths” in the corporate dictionary, his picture probably pops up next to “knew too much.” A random act of violence? Yeah, and I'm the Easter Bunny. I mean, who gets shot at 3 PM on a Tuesday unless they're either a mob boss or a whistleblower? Somewhere in a boardroom, some healthcare exec just said, “See? THIS is why we stick to overcharging customers—it's safer!” SCOTUS and the Transgender CircusOver at the Supreme Court, we've got the transgender issue. And let me tell you, it's a bloodbath for the Left. Watching Justice Thomas and Alito dismantle the ACLU attorney was like watching Tyson in his prime—just brutal. Meanwhile, Ketanji Brown-Jackson is over here proving once again she couldn't win a game of “Guess Who?” She's supposed to rule on human rights but doesn't know the difference between a man and a woman? What's her benchmark—pronouns on a Starbucks cup? And the ACLU arguing this case? Their strategy is basically, “Well, Your Honor, we think biology is mean.” Pro tip: when you're trying to overturn centuries of reality, you might want to come with something stronger than feelings. Daniel Penny: Subway Defender ExtraordinaireLet's talk Daniel Penny. The man subdued a crazed subway lunatic threatening passengers, and now he's the one facing charges. Meanwhile, New York is releasing criminals like it's a Black Friday sale at Rikers. I say let the guy get back to his life. The only crime here is that we don't have a Daniel Penny on every subway train. The Great Pardon PanicOh, the pardons! Leftists are scrambling like chickens in a fox den. Remember when they lost their collective minds thinking Trump might preemptively pardon his kids? They were frothing at the mouth like rabid dogs, screaming, “Only the guilty need pardons!” Fast forward, and Joe Biden actually pardons Hunter, and suddenly it's a heartwarming story of fatherly love. You've gotta admire the consistency—oh wait, they don't have any. [SEGMENT 1-2] Silly Leftists 2 And now Biden's gearing up for mass pardons. Rumor has it Adam Schiff's already practicing his “thank you” speech. Fauci's probably prepping too—he'll need one for every agency under his control: the NIH, FDA, CDC. By the time Biden's done, he'll need a bulk discount on “Pardon Me” cards. Trump's Appointments and the Lawsuit ShowdownSpeaking of accountability, let's talk about Trump's appointees. Despite the Left's best smear campaigns, they're holding strong. And Kash Patel threatening to sue Pence's advisor? I LOVE it. Finally, conservatives are playing offense. I don't know about you, but I'm tired of watching Republicans act like it's a three-legged sack race while the Left is in a tank. Let's start suing these clowns into oblivion. Why Be a Democrat Today?Which brings me to this question: why would anyone want to be a Democrat today? What's the appeal? The policies don't work, their scandals are more predictable than Hallmark movies, and their leaders are walking punchlines. Your flagship legislation is “Men Can Have Babies,” your economic policy is “Spend Until Collapse,” and your presidential frontrunner is... Joe Biden? Imagine being on a sinking ship, grabbing a bucket, and saying, “This is fine.” That's the Democratic Party right now. SCOTUS SmackdownBack to the SCOTUS hearing—seriously, the level of delusion on the Left is staggering. They want “special rights” for a mental disorder. And yes, that's what gender dysphoria is. They're trying to legalize feelings. What's next? Mandating that everyone applaud when a grown man in a tutu demands to use the women's restroom? [SEGMENT 1-3] Silly Leftists 3 [X] SB – Charlamagne on The View Pt 1 The week's insanity has been one big reminder: the Left's hypocrisy knows no bounds. Whether it's defending pardons for their criminals, championing “rights” that defy logic, or spinning corporate corruption into a soap opera, they've mastered the art of ridiculousness. But don't worry, folks—common sense isn't dead. It's just taking a coffee break. [X] SB - Charlamagne on The View Pt 2 Sick of watching everybody else get over? Pardons, Power, and Protecting the Crooked: Biden's Legacy of Legal Abuse Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution grants the president the authority to pardon offenses against the United States, a power intended to provide fairness and avoid prosecutorial abuses. Alexander Hamilton envisioned this clemency as a tool to “restore the tranquility of the commonwealth.” But in the hands of Joe Biden, the pardon power looks less like a tool for justice and more like a sledgehammer wielded to shield a crumbling empire of corruption. Biden's recent pardon of his son Hunter has spotlighted the blatant hypocrisy of the Left's use of clemency. After years of moral grandstanding, claiming the high road on justice and accountability, Democrats are now orchestrating mass pardons to shield themselves from the fallout of their own malfeasance. Pardons as Preemptive Damage Control During Trump's presidency, Democrats practically dared him to issue preemptive pardons for his family, projecting their own propensity for guilt on the former president. When Trump pardoned Jared Kushner's father, the media spun it as though he had pardoned Kushner himself. That narrative stuck, fueling the perception of Trump as corrupt, even as his actual record on pardons tells a different story. Trump, notably, did not pardon his children or any close associates preemptively. Why? Because they weren't guilty of anything. Contrast that with Biden, whose pardons aren't just reactive—they're preemptive damage control for an administration rife with misconduct. Leaks suggest Biden is preparing pardons for a laundry list of allies, including Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, Anthony Fauci, and members of the January 6th Committee. These aren't minor players; they are key figures in the systemic abuse of power targeting Donald Trump and his supporters. The January 6th Committee alone violated so many laws it could be a semester-long case study at any law school. Then there's Fauci. A pardon for Fauci essentially extends to the entire health bureaucracy—NIH, FDA, CDC—that oversaw the disastrous COVID-19 policies. Lockdowns, vaccine mandates, suppression of dissent, and the mishandling of public trust—it's no wonder Biden would want to sweep this under the rug. A Record-Breaking Abuse of Power[SEGMENT 1-4] Silly Leftists 4 Historically, presidents have used pardons sparingly, often to right specific wrongs. Franklin D. Roosevelt holds the record with 2,819 pardons and 3,796 total acts of clemency, largely for people convicted under Prohibition laws. Barack Obama granted 1,927 acts of clemency, including a controversial commutation for Chelsea Manning. But Biden's pardon spree could make FDR's record look modest. Biden's administration isn't dealing with isolated cases of injustice—it's mopping up the collateral damage from years of systemic corruption. Consider the scope:The FBI: With over 37,000 employees, including 10,000 special agents, the agency's involvement in targeting Trump and MAGA supporters is well-documented.The CIA and NSA: These agencies, with a combined workforce exceeding 50,000, played their parts in surveillance and misinformation campaigns.IRS and FISA Courts: From targeting conservative groups to enabling dubious investigations, their roles can't be ignored.Biden's pardons could easily extend to thousands of individuals across these institutions, creating a tsunami of public outrage. This isn't about restoring tranquility; it's about cementing a legacy of corruption while protecting a broken system. Democrats: Masters of Projection The hypocrisy is staggering. Democrats who lambasted Trump for imagined abuses of power are now actively orchestrating the largest clemency cover-up in history. When Joy Reid and Adam Schiff criticized the idea of preemptive pardons, they framed it as an admission of guilt. Yet here we are, watching Biden prepare to issue blanket pardons to his political allies without a shred of irony. [X] SB – Joy Reid and Adam Schiff on preemptive pardon Dishonest man… Heard of an innocent person getting a blanket pardon Hunter Biden's pardon set the tone: a sweeping, decade-long absolution for crimes ranging from tax evasion to illegal firearm possession. The message? Rules are for the little people. Trump: A Study in Contrast Trump's approach to pardons highlights the glaring differences between the two administrations. While Biden's pardons shield the guilty, Trump's were measured and purposeful. Trump used his clemency power to address specific injustices, such as Alice Johnson's over-sentencing or the persecution of Michael Flynn. More importantly, Trump didn't shield himself or his family. His restraint underscores the integrity of his administration compared to the flagrant abuses we're witnessing now. Rebuilding Trust in Justice Biden's pardon spree will leave a lasting stain on America's institutions. But it also presents an opportunity for renewal. When Trump returns to office, he will face the monumental Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-kevin-jackson-show--2896352/support.

No More Tears, the sixth solo studio album by Ozzy Osbourne, was released at an interesting time in rock music. Hair metal acts were in decline, and grunge was about to take off. Nevertheless, Ozzy hit it big with this album, reaching number 7 on the Billboard 200 charts, and providing Osbourne's only solo top 40 hit. No More Tears is generally considered his best album since his first two solo albums, "Blizzard of Oz," and "Diary of a Madman," both of which featured the late Randy Rhodes on guitar. The songs on the album are largely written by Ozzy, drummer Randy Castillo, and guitarist Zakk Wylde. Motorhead bassist and front man Lemmy Kilmister wrote the lyrics to four of the tracks on the album. Additional musicians for this album were Bob Daisley on bass, and John Sinclair on keyboards. This would be the last Ozzy album to feature Castillo and Daisley. As became more common in the compact disc era of the 90's, the tracks on this album tend to be longer than the typical single. None of the tracks clock in at less than 4 minutes, and the longest falls just short of 7 1/2 minutes. In addition to boasting Osbourne's first top 40 hit, he also received a Grammy for "Best Metal Performance" for the track "I Don't Want to Chane the World" when released on his "Live & Loud" album in 1994.Rob brings us this heavy metal throwback for this week's journey back to the 90's.Mama, I'm Coming HomeThis track peaked at number 28 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it Osbourne's only top 40 solo single. This power ballad contains lyrics by Lemmy Kilmister, the front man from Motorhead. The song is about his wife Sharon, who helped turn his life around.DesireA crunchy deep cut talks about going for what you want - not changing over time, seeking the same desire. Osbourne also makes a reference to "Crazy train," his hit from the early 80's. "It's the same old desire, nothing's changed, nothing's the same. Burning like fire, don't you ever take my name in vain."Road to NowhereThe last song on the album is a reflection on life. Osbourne had gone sober after 20 years of drugs and alcohol, and he looking at how "the road to nowhere leads to me." "I was looking back on my life and all the things I've done to me." No More TearsThis very dark title track has an epic feel, and despite its length hit number 5 on the US Mainstream Rock Tracks chart, number 71 on the Billboard Hot 100, and number 32 on the UK Singles chart. The lyrics are told from the perspective of a stalker in a red light district seeking a victim to torture. ENTERTAINMENT TRACK:Wayne's World by Aerosmith (from the Saturday Night Live skit “Wayne's World”)This skit finds Wayne (Mike Myers) and Garth (Dana Carvey) partying in their basement with the band Aerosmith. STAFF PICKS:Tough It Out by Webb WilderWayne starts out the staff picks with a deep cut. Webb Wilder was born John Webb McMurry in Mississippi, and carries a high energy combination of rock, psychedelic, blues, and rockabilly genres in this song that encourages the listener to keep fighting for dreams even when the odds seem stacked against their fruition. Alive by Pearl JamLynch brings us a song which evolved from songwriter and front man Eddie Vedder's original intention. Vedder reflects on the feelings of a boy discovering that he was a stepchild. While the lyrics were intended as reflecting the curse of an emotional weight from family history, fans interpreted it as an affirmation of life.I Can't Make You Love Me by Bonnie RaittBruce takes the energy way down with this soft hit off Raitt's eleventh studio album, "Luck of the Draw." Bruce Hornsby provides the piano accompaniment. Nashville writers Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin wrote the song after hearing about a drunk man being sentenced for shooting at his girlfriend's car. When asked if he had learned anything, he said, "I learned, Your Honor, that you can't make a woman love you if she don't."Anybody Listening? by Queensryche Rob finishes the staff picks with a "prog metal" song off the "Empire" album that questions whether we really are communicating with people, and wondering if we are understood whether by word or deed. It was an epic with multiple tempos, dynamics, and key changes that finished off the album. INSTRUMENTAL TRACK:Masquerade by YesWe close out with a surprisingly short song by the prog rock virtuosos off their "Union" album. What if you were on trial and rather than defend you, your lawyer agreed with the prosecution saying, “Yep. He’s guilty Your Honor.” You’d fire them on the spot. But Pastor JD explains today that you are guilty. And Jesus acknowledges your guilt and then He takes your sentence onto Himself. Your debt is paid.
Yet today, despite the moral degradation of our society, in a court room the judge is referred to as “Your Honor”, to acknowledge the solemn duty and sacred authority of justice. If order breaks down at any point in the court proceedings, what does the judge do? He takes up the gavel (symbolic of his authority) and strikes the desk, reminding the court of their appropriate disposition in the context of the moment. We recognize we dare not disrespect the solemn and consequential responsibility of the occasion and the presiding officer. These are matters of life and death, not trivial diversions. This is one of the few remaining such rituals in our culture broadly speaking. How much more important are matters of eternal life and death and therefore how much more sacred honor is warranted in the worship of Jesus Christ and the order of His church?

Most of the courtrooms I've been exposed to are on TV. But there was a moment in a courtroom I will never forget. It began when we learned the whereabouts of a young Native American friend we had been trying to locate for a while. Let's call her Cathy. We learned, almost miraculously, that after a dark time away from God, Cathy was in jail in Nebraska. We got that word on Friday as I was leaving Michigan to meet our Native American summer team in South Dakota on a Monday night. We ate up the Interstate trying to get to Nebraska before Cathy went before the Judge. She had no idea we were coming - until we saw her during her Sunday afternoon visiting hours. The next day we watched as she was marched down those courthouse stairs in her orange prisoner uniform, her hands shackled. It was hard to see. I had a hard time not crying. We knew what this girl could be. We'd spoken with her attorney who was the public defender, and we explained that we would be willing to pay the fines that she owed. Neither she nor her family had anything to pay those with. Cathy sat with her attorney before the Judge's bar, and my wife and I sat behind them. The Judge reviewed the charges against Cathy and the penalties. Then he looked at me and said, "I understand someone here is willing to pay these penalties." I managed to get out, "I will, your honor." The Judge proceeded to declare her case closed. And then Cathy turned and looked at us - and she said those wonderful words, "I'm free! I'm free!" I'm Ron Hutchcraft, and I want to have A Word With You today about "Guilty and No Way to Pay." There was only one way Cathy was going to go free. Someone had to come a long way to pay the price for what she had done. As I sat emotionally melted in that courtroom, I was suddenly overwhelmed by the fact that's what Jesus did for me and for you. Our word for today from the Word of God comes from Mark 10:45. "The Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many." Ransom: think of a kidnapping situation. The ransom is the price you pay to set someone free. Jesus tells us what our freedom costs. He would have to "give His life." That price was paid as He suffered the unspeakable agony of dying on a cross, absorbing all the guilt and all the hell of your sin and mine. What we owe in the court of God is hopelessly beyond our ability to pay. God said, "The wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23). That's eternal death, separation from Him. We offer the Judge a little religion or decency to pay for a lifetime of running our life instead of Him running it. And it's nowhere near enough. We can't pay it. Picture it. You're in the courtroom of Almighty God, clearly guilty of doing your life your way, not His way. The sentence is death. There's no hope of forgiveness, no hope of heaven. Then the Judge says, "I understand someone here is willing to pay this." Jesus stands, and as He extends His nail-pierced hands, He says, "I will, Your Honor. I'll pay it." He came an awful long way for you - all the way from the Throne Room of the universe to a blood-stained cross. And there He paid it all. The question is, have you ever told God you were putting your total trust in Jesus and what He did on the cross? If not, God's death penalty is still on you. It's still your future. But this could be the day you reach out to Jesus to accept Him as the only One who can rescue you. Right where you are you can say, "Jesus, I turn from running my own life to the One who died and gave His life to pay for every wrong thing I have ever done. And today, Jesus, because you are alive, I put all my hope in You. I'm Yours." If you want to begin with Him today, our website is for you. It's ANewStory.com. Someone else has paid the price for what you have done - the Son of God himself. So let this be the day you walk out of the courtroom of God, saying those wonderful, wonderful words, "I'm free! I'm free!"

Razi came out wilding this episode. But before we get into his craziness we have to check in on Ferg. They talk about teachers in Wisconsin who made inappropriate comments to students, the potential revocation of Donald Trump's liquor license, Biden's executive action on protecting undocumented spouses and kids, the House of Dragon's TV show, and Buff's experiences in Cabo. They also mention the TV show Your Honor, the NBA playoffs, and the anime Black Clover. Ferg and Razi review the movie 'Inside Out.' Razi gets first question and asked whether one should tell their partner if the sex is mediocre. The conversation then shifts to the question of what constitutes a woman, and it goes just as you would expect. We close celebrating the MLB coming to Birmingham, AL and Reggie Jackson's heartfelt interview. Buff welcomes the entitled folks that are suing Hermes to our world.
