We kicked off our Mind the gap series with an exploration of how far women have come in our fight for equality, and the systemic forces still at play in holding us back from achieving true transformation. Part Four, examined the role that women play in driving transformation, Part Five we pivoted our focus to look at how men can be an ally to us in driving this change, and now for our final part in this series, we take a practical view of just what needs to happen now in order for us to move forward.
