Hi Conscious Babes,I'm so excited to be back for a new season of the podcast! This episode myself and my soul sister & Spiritual Transformation Coach Akeel share with you our first experiences of sitting with the psychedelic healer Ayahuasca a.k.a Mama Ayahuasca. A plant medicine from the Shamans and tribes of the Amazon.  Ayahuasca has the ability to remove the ego and show you who you really are and what life is truly all about. It helps you navigate some of your traumas and emotional wounds that have been hiding within you for a long long time and Mama Aya gives you the opportunity to connect to something bigger and more profound than yourself. We learnt some beautiful lessons from sitting with Aya that have already began to create a ripple effect in our lives and I'm excited to share them with you! :).A channelled message also came through when I was recording the podcast around trusting your initiation. I had a download that many people in the collective have gone through big spiritual awakenings and initiation processes this year and that they needed some words of encouragement and to know they are not alone in what they are going through. So I trust that someone needs to hear that ❤️

Hi Conscious Babes!In today's episode I will be talking all about self concept and the law of assumption and how you can use them to become the best version of yourself and change your life. The Law of Assumption is based on manifestation principles that what we assume and believe about ourselves and what's possible for us is what will come into fruition and manifest into our life. Our assumptions are our dominant thoughts which stem and are rooted in our belief system (in our subconscious mind). We are constantly manifesting through our dominant thoughts. Most people are not aware of this. So once you become a conscious manifester you now have this incredible power to shape and shift your reality to what you desire. The easiest way to do this is to fearlessly embody and become the person who already has the desires and dominantly live in this identity by adopting the beliefs, thoughts, assumptions and actions/habits of this version of you. This is also known as a self concept.
