When it comes to giving yourself credit for your wins and accomplishments, how would you rate yourself? Are you a strong self-promoter? Do you share your accomplishments with others and routinely make it known that you're up to great things? Or, do you tend to shy away from shining too brightly in front of others? As women leaders, we're often taught to keep our heads down, work hard, and let our results speak for themselves. But here's the truth: results don't speak. People do. If we're not willing to talk about our wins, we're missing out on opportunities to advance our careers, inspire other women, and rewrite what leadership visibility looks like. In this episode, I'm diving into why women need to brag more and how we can do it in ways that feel authentic, strategic, inspiring, and empowering to others. I'll unpack how women consistently undersell themselves compared to men, even when they're performing at the same or higher levels. We'll explore how cultural conditioning, fear of backlash, and the “be humble” narrative keep women from taking rightful credit for their accomplishments. I'll also talk about how self-promotion isn't egotistical or arrogant, but rather a form of advocacy. It's a way to own your impact, document your growth, and create a ripple effect that encourages other women to step into their power. You'll walk away from this episode with tangible strategies to brag smart, from reframing your wins as stories of impact to finding ways to normalize sharing success within your teams and networks. Whether you're climbing the ladder, leading a team, or mentoring others, this episode will help you show up more visibly, confidently, and unapologetically as the accomplished leader you already are. It's time to stop playing small and start celebrating yourself because when women brag, we all rise. The MTM Minute is a quick dose of inspiration with a powerful affirmation based on our weekly full-length episode. And beginning this season, the MTM Minute will include a prayer of the week for 7 figure CEOs and 7 figure CEOs in the making. That's right, you don't have to choose – you can love God AND make millions. This week, in our full-length episode, Set Boundaries Like a Boss I shared tips and techniques to protect your time, energy and millions. Click the link above to listen. This week's 7 Figure CEO Affirmation is "I set boundaries like a boss, confidently protecting my time, energy, and focus. I no longer overcommit or say yes out of obligation; instead, I honor what truly serves my vision and growth. My worth is not defined by what I give, but by who I am, and I create space for abundance and success to flow freely into my life. As I enforce my boundaries, I create the structure I need for my business to thrive, and my success unfolds with ease and clarity." Here are three actionable tips to anchor in this week's affirmation Set and Enforce Boundaries: Identify areas in your life or business where you feel drained or overcommitted. Start by setting clear boundaries around your time and energy. Practice saying "no" to low-priority tasks and distractions and protect your time for high-leverage activities that align with your growth goals. Schedule Downtime: Treat your rest as an essential part of your business strategy. Block out time on your calendar each week for rest and reflection. This helps you recharge, improve your decision-making, and keep your focus sharp for the tasks that matter most. Align Actions with Priorities: Reevaluate your daily activities and ensure they align with your long-term goals. Focus on what will produce results, and delegate or eliminate anything that drains your energy or takes you off track. This will help you maintain momentum while protecting your energy. Affirm with me: "I set boundaries like a boss, confidently protecting my time, energy, and focus. I no longer overcommit or say yes out of obligation; instead, I honor what truly serves my vision and growth. My worth is not defined by what I give, but by who I am, and I create space for abundance and success to flow freely into my life. As I enforce my boundaries, I create the structure I need for my business to thrive, and my success unfolds with ease and clarity." And this week's journal prompts are: The boundary I need to set this week to protect my time, energy, and focus is..." "Today, I commit to saying no to in order to honor my priorities and growth is…" Before the week is over, I will schedule some downtime to… And your prayer of the week: Heavenly Father, We thank You for the opportunity to grow, expand, and step into the powerful leaders You have called us to be. We ask that You help us establish and honor boundaries that protect our time, energy, and focus. Grant us the wisdom and courage to say no to distractions and yes to the growth opportunities that align with our purpose. We pray for clarity in prioritizing what matters most, trusting that as we set boundaries, we are creating the space needed to receive the abundance and success You have prepared for us. Guide our decisions and help us lead with integrity, purpose, and grace. In Your name, we pray. Amen. " Every time you fail to enforce a boundary, you send a silent message to your nervous system that your peace isn't a priority."– Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon This episode originally ran in Feb 2025. Boundaries aren't just about saying no—they're about deciding what you're no longer available to carry. In this high-stakes, soul-stretching rewind episode, Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon exposes the profit leaks, people-pleasing patterns, and legacy-sabotaging stories that high-level entrepreneurs must confront if they're truly going to scale with ease. If you're a 7-figure CEO (or in the messy middle of becoming one) and you find yourself drained, distracted, or depleted by obligations that no longer serve you, this episode delivers a powerful call to boundary mastery. This isn't surface-level “self-care.” It's sacred energetic protection. From overgiving to undercharging, from keeping poor-fit clients to tolerating toxic team dynamics, you'll discover how boundary mismanagement is not only costing you revenue—but also robbing you of your divine rest, peace, and overflow. Get ready to detox your calendar, reset your nervous system, and reclaim your time like a CEO who no longer begs to be respected. If you are ready to once and for all set boundaries that bring your first or next 7 figures into view, grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook and pen and listen in to discover: How to set revenue-aligned boundaries that honor your time, talent, and transformation How to recognize emotional leakage that sabotages your energetic and financial ROI How to shift from external approval to internal alignment in your decision-making And so much more This episode is a call to reparent your leadership and release the version of you that needed approval to feel successful. It's not just about protecting your time—it's about stewarding your energetic availability like the spiritual asset it is. If you've ever compromised your peace to be seen as “nice,” “available,” or “loyal,” this episode invites you to rewrite that story with bold, unapologetic clarity. This is your invitation to stop letting guilt dictate your availability. Listen in and confront the sacred contract you've unconsciously signed that says “yes” to everyone but you. This episode will help you set new boundaries from identity, not insecurity—and finally honor the CEO you've become, not the entrepreneur you used to be. Here's the truth: You don't just need better time management—you need emotional sobriety. You are not tired because you're working too hard. You're tired because you've been tolerating too much. If your business calendar is booked but your soul feels bankrupt, you are not scaling—you're slowly bleeding out. Until you build the boundary to hold your breakthrough, the millions you desire will always feel just out of reach. We have to come clean...a recent study by Baycrest's Rotman Research Institute says that research participants scored an average of 94% on memory accuracy. This high level of accuracy was observed regardless of the participants or the time that had elapsed since the event occurred. However, we have 6% to work with and add to memory stacking!Memory stacking is all about filling our children's memories with good and beauty from their upbringing and their family, and not memories of "we-nevers or I-nevers" or fighting with siblings...or being forced to *gasp* do chores ALLLLL the time. All jokes aside, the human brain has a major slant toward the negative. It's a protective mechanism, and it has an important job...but it shows up even it when it isn't needed. It's easier than it should be to get to the end of the year and question whether or not you've even done anything this year. It's easy for kids to just complain about what they didn't get to do, or what they don't have...and it to REALLY FEEL like that's true...even when we know it isn't.So …. in comes memory stacking...Recognize & Create Memory-Stacking Moments (02:20)Document Your Memory-Stacking Moments (05:50)Strew the Memories Everywhere (08:40)Use our Homeschool Plan Like A Mother to brainstorm memory-stacking ideas and give them a home.
