Hello Beautiful Souls! In this episode, I discuss the root of the problem that causes people to be so judgmental. I find that people justify their behaviors of being judgmental by making a generalization that everybody does it when in fact that is not true. I discuss this in more detail in the podcast. Lastly, I provide tools for people who identify with being judgmental and have a strong desire to search for the specific cause of their behavior. This podcast requires people to be vulnerable, honest and gentle with themselves as this can be quite a large pill to swallow. But, it is SO rewarding! Enjoy! 

Hello Beautiful Souls,  It is now time for that thought provoking question or idea, this weekly, short little audio to get you thinking.  My question has to do with the concept of time, when you think of time, there are two ways that people think of it. The first is that time is linear, and that we the ego driven person is walking or running through time. The second is that we are still and time is moving around us. So when you think of time, what is the concept that you most naturally gravitate to, and how can you become aware and open to the other perspective.  There is an experience that I have had before through my meditation, that actually gives me the experience of stillness and time moving around me. There are many times when I have a meditation practice in the morning the entire day feels easy, and I feel like I am just gliding through the entire day. I get everything done with no anxiety, no rushing.... everything gets done. And it's done with presence.  If there's one concept that I would love for you to think about a little bit, or maybe feel into the body, we all know feeling into the body is where the magic happens.  What would it be like if the concept of time for you was... you were still and the entire universe was moving or surrounding you?    Life is Beautiful. Hello Beautiful Souls! It's been many weeks since I have put an episode out. There has been more of an internal force verse outward I have been observing since Oct 30 when mars went retrograde. Being a Gemini rising and mars ( the planet of outward action, force, angry, assertion) being in the sign of Gemini for a total of 7 months has me working behind the scenes. I wanted to show up as uncomfortable, unmotivated, & uninspired as I have recently been to shed some light on maybe similar feelings felt by many. We also have a full moon in the sign of Gemini happening on 12/7 at 16 degrees conjunct the planet MARS! So it's no coincidence that the little outward exertion I do have felt right to speak on this full moon. Emotions can potentially feel aggressive, angry, passionate, forceful if you are not holding adequate space when flare ups happen! This too shall pass! The end of December is a great time to be still and go with in when we have both mercury and mars (STILL) retrograde.
