What do you truly want? Like deep down inside.....different from the expectations and how everyone else is doing it. For me, it was fried chicken and a night on the couch. The ability to listen to our intuition requires practice, and practice is a daily habit. If we cannot get clear on the little things that we want, then we will never get clear on the bigger picture of our life. It's my birthday, and its a strange one. As I turn 46 I am painfully aware that this is the year my mom passed. It is a year of reflection for me. A year of learning lessons around misunderstanding someone you love, lessons on learning to be more compassionate and empathetic. It is also the year that this podcast makes a hard right turn, to where I don't know, I just know I have to get on here and share. Please enjoy and reach out if you like....gina@heartandgritcoaching.com

What are you counting right now? What are you measuring? What figure or number do you have in your head that you are using to calculate your value. Or maybe you are using it to compare yourself and your business to others. What would happen if you just stopped all the counting? In this episode I explore the definition of numbers and figures and call into question why we do all of the counting. And hopefully remind you that the numbers are not why you got into the work you are doing. My call to action is to STOP COUNTING and start getting back to the hear of what you love, to contributing to the world, to creating joy and meaning in your life.
