Sophie Hallwright's T-O-Diary piece ‘SEXUALITY (specifically mine)' sparked such a powerful response, so we decided to bring the conversation to the podcast. Sophie received an outpour of messages from people relating to her experiences with body image, femininity and pleasure. This topic certainly struck a chord with many. In this episode, Elise and Ella chat with Sophie, unpacking all things sexuality and the convo gets JUICY!No stone is left unturned as we talk dating, creativity, orgasms, shame and vulnerability. We explore what it feels like to reclaim pleasure and sensuality, and to embrace being unapologetically ourselves. Enjoy listening! You know the drill. If you are looking for a way to stay united during this time, Rose recommends ‘looking after others’, another sentiment thanks to the New Zealand government.April 2020 is feeling a whole lot different, which is why TODIC is asking new questions, touching on pandemic triggered themes and a broader range of guests. However, we do keep the corona chat to a minimum and instead make space to talk about our feelings of hope, with questions such as, what is inspiring us about the future. We hope these conversations bring comfort during this uncertain time. Rate, review and subscribe ✨THERAPY OF DANCE, IN CONVERSATION is created by Elise Mireille and Ella Newell.
