    I believe God has called all men to be leaders in one way or another, Whether it be in family, in the workplace, or mentoring other men. Mainstream culture and even the church in some cases have minimized and emasculated men. They don’t want men to show their strength. They don’t want men to lead. They don’t want men to be dangerous, courageous and fierce. Because of this, men have taken on the role of pacifist. And as a result, this wildness that’s deep inside comes out in destructive ways. What comes next is shame, guilt, bitterness and anger. However the thing that is holding most men back from answering that call is they have a lack of CLARITY. They look at the mistakes of the past and believe that it somehow limits their future. Negative thinking and self sabotaging behaviors keep them stuck and prevent them from reaching everything that God designed them to be. They might be super successful in one area of their life, and completely failing in others.
