In this episode, Brian Miller and Chad Hall share seven practical and relational ways to find new coaching clients. Their conversation blends mindset, strategy, and faith—reminding listeners that building a coaching practice is less about marketing gimmicks and more about authentic relationships, service, and attentiveness to where God is already at work. Whether you're just starting out or seeking to grow your client base, this episode offers actionable insights to help you move forward with confidence and purpose. Key Highlights Referrals from existing clients are the most natural and effective way to gain new clients—make it easy for them by describing who you want to work with. Referrals from non-clients (like community leaders or church contacts) can be equally valuable when you've built trust and credibility. Publishing—through blogs, podcasts, or ebooks—helps increase visibility but works best when it serves the client's needs, not your ego. Presenting at local events, workshops, or online gatherings positions you as a helpful expert and naturally draws interested clients. Prayerfulness grounds your efforts, helping you discern where God is opening doors and aligning your work with His purpose. Takeaways Serve before selling. The best marketing for coaching is genuine service—offering value and care to others. Ask directly. Many clients come simply because you invited them—don't assume people will approach you first. Stay active in your community. Participation builds trust, connection, and opportunities for meaningful engagement. Keep your posture humble and relational. Avoid transactional tactics like referral fees—focus on creating goodwill. Pray with expectation. Trust that God is already at work preparing opportunities; your role is to notice and join in.

Send us a text if you want to be on the Podcast & explain why!The pickleball surge isn't just hype—it's a business runway for trainers who know how to assess, prevent injury, and program with purpose. We dig into a practical system you can use today: start by hiring a top local pickleball coach, learn the game from the inside, and open a direct line to the exact clients who need you most. From there, we map out how to host simple prehab clinics at clubs, set up a referral structure that actually moves people, and demonstrate value fast with hands-on solutions for nagging pain.We go deep on what the sport demands and how to train for it. You'll hear how to prioritize rotation, frontal plane stability, and single-leg control without wasting time on irrelevant screens. We break down energy systems for short, explosive points and show where conditioning fits. For common issues like lateral elbow pain, we explain effective soft tissue strategies, smart isometrics, and progressive loading so clients feel relief and keep progressing. You'll learn how to package this knowledge into crisp, 60-minute sessions that build power, resilience, and confidence on the court. To make it concrete, we outline a full three-day framework for an intermediate player: lateral plyos with controlled landings, split-stance pressing and rowing, landmine anti-rotation, med ball throws and catches, goblet squats, carries, and mobility work like hip CARs and 90-90s. Every element ties back to the sport's demands and the client's goals. Pair these results with a clear referral offer—real cash for real sign-ups—and you'll grow through trust, not trends.Ready to turn the pickleball boom into meaningful impact and steady clients? So you're building your coaching biz and wondering…“How do I actually launch something?”“What tools do I really need?”“When's the best time to host a masterclass?”“Do I need social media to get clients?”In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on the 3 biggest lessons I learned from launching my group coaching program — and what I'd absolutely do differently if I were starting from scratch.Whether you're brand new or figuring out how to turn your coaching skills into paying clients, this one's for you.
More isn't better when it comes to program design. Too many coaches feel like they need to pack a million random resources into their offers because they think MORE stuff = MORE value, but it doesn't.Value doesn't come from more stuff or unlimited access to you - it comes from getting an ROI.If you're constantly adding more to your offers to add “value”, never feel like it's complete and are constantly tweaking and editing to make it perfect BEFORE launching it (or every single month you run it)..This is the episode for you! As a self-proclaimed data girly, I love tracking numbers: leads, conversions, revenue, all of it. But a few years ago I realized my metrics were starting to define my identity, and that's when I stopped setting traditional goals and started listening for God in my numbers. In this episode I share how to use metrics as stewardship (Luke 14:28) without slipping into idolatry (Matthew 6:21), and how to measure true fruit in your business through the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23). We'll talk about the four bare minimum metrics I track: leads generated, conversions, client experience/results, and capacity alignment. Then I share how to submit each one to the Holy Spirit so your decisions are guided by obedience, not pressure. If you've ever felt ruled by dashboards or discouraged by “industry standards,” this is your gentle reset: numbers are tools, not your identity.------------Grab an audit: https://mkhco.thrivecart.com/sales-breakthrough-audit/

Have you ever wondered how to get in front of the right audience without constantly chasing leads? In this episode, Christina Lenkowski shares how solopreneurs can use podcast guesting as a powerful tool to build credibility, attract clients, and grow their businesses. From pitching yourself with confidence to turning interviews into lasting opportunities, you'll learn exactly how to make guest podcasting work for you.Episode FAQsI don't have a huge following. Can podcast guesting still work for me?Absolutely. You don't need a big audience to get results from podcast guesting, you just need the right audience. Focus on smaller, niche shows that attract your ideal clients rather than chasing big-name podcasts. Those intimate, topic-focused audiences are often more engaged and more likely to convert. Think quality over quantity. How do I find the right podcasts to be a guest on?Start by leveraging your network. Ask peers, clients, or your online community what shows they listen to. Then, use the Podcast Piggyback Method Christina mentioned: search for someone who shares your target audience, look up the shows they've been on, and explore similar ones. Tools like Apple Podcasts and ListenNotes make it easy to spot patterns and find aligned shows. How can I measure if podcast guesting is actually helping my business?Track results in a few simple ways:Add a “How did you hear about me?” question to your intake forms.Use a unique link or promo code when sharing your offer on shows.Review your growth quarterly (email list, website traffic, social followers). Remember, podcast guesting builds long-term trust and visibility, so results often compound over time as people hear you on multiple shows.

That's why today, I'm returning to one of my most-listened episodes, because it is packed with practical short and long-term strategies that you can use to attract and land prospects who are the right fit for your business.Tune into this episode to hear:Why relying on referrals puts your business at riskThe short and long-term marketing strategies you need in your arsenalHow to network smarter to actively seek out referrals and new connectionsWhy content marketing is a long-term investment in your businessHow the No BS model stacks clients so you have built-in time to work on your businessResources:No BS Clients LabNo BS Agencies MasteryThe Price to Freedom Calculator™No BS LaunchpadNo BS Agency Owners Free Facebook GroupStart reading the first chapter of my bookPiasilva.com
In this episode, I'm sharing what my tomato plants taught me about business and faith. While pruning in my garden, I realized some of the “healthiest” looking leaves were actually draining the plant and keeping it from producing fruit. The same thing happens in our lives and businesses, sometimes we hold onto offers, strategies, or commitments that look productive but aren't actually fruitful.I'll walk you through how God uses pruning as preparation (not punishment), why doing less often leads to more growth, and practical ways to simplify your business so you can see real results. I'll also share how I've applied this in my own journey with my Bare Minimum Business Model™ and why letting go has created more peace, profit, and purpose in my work as a mom and entrepreneur.→ Want more raw, behind-the-scenes conversations like this one?Join the private podcast: MamaCEO Unfiltered.Tune in to hear the TEA!Grab an audit: https://mkhco.thrivecart.com/sales-breakthrough-audit/
