The Weight of the World This episode is a candid chat with SO many interruptions. It's funny but I just felt super called in the moment to record. I have low expectations of large companies. In the past week, I had experiences with a telecom and an airline that made me think that, whatever these two large companies value, it’s certainly not their customers. It’s good that a few weeks ago I had a happier experience with a large national company.
