Philipp Lingg erzählt über seine Wurzeln in der Volksmusik, darüber, dass er Stillstand nicht aushält und über neue Ideen, die oft in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Künstlern, wie zum Beispiel George Nussbaumer, entstehen. Auf ihn passt die Bezeichnung SELFMADE zu 100 % - Martin Simma. Heute ist er Inhaber der Musikagentur Rosenklang und managt sehr erfolgreich Bands wie Voxxclub, die Fäaschtbänkler, Julia Lindholm uvm. Er hatte mit HMBC den Riesen-Hit "Vo Mello bis ge Schoppornou" und konnte bis heute einige erfolgreiche Chartplatzierungen und Echo-Nominierungen verzeichnen. Doch wie immer bei diesen Erfolgsgeschichten, ist der Weg dorthin das Entscheidende und Martin nimmt uns in diesem Podcast mit auf diesen Weg! Wie er mit seiner eigenen Band begann, er Geschäftsführer von einem Riesen-Label in München wurde und warum er, trotz großer Zahlen, für sich entschied diesen Posten abzugeben! Der Podcast hat uns sehr viel Mut gegeben. Martin hat auf seinen Bauch gehört und auf seine Liebe mit "Kreativen" zusammenzuarbeiten.
