Today's episode of Droplets has been taken over by 'Unravelling' podcast hosted by Lauren Barber, a true inspiration, a game-changer, a real life Angel and a wonderful friend of mine. I had the true honour of being invited to speak with Lauren on her podcast show where we talk openly about intuition, manifestation, slowing down, listening to the body and the art of embracing playfulness as an adult. Lauren subtly unravels 'my own messy truth' where we talk about: 1. How I embrace the magic of slowing down - and remembering how to enjoy the moment for what it is. 2. How playfulness is the key to creativity and ideas. 3. Lauren invites me to share insight on my own journey in remembering and reconnecting with my spiritual self and what my life is now like as an intuitive healer. 4. For the first time, I share an aspect of my own journey having endometriosis and how it has impacted my life, how I overcame anxiety, depression, low-self esteem and how I have accepted my changing body. 5. We also share insight on how to get unstuck and create flow in life to manifest our deepest desires, even when we don’t know exactly what they are. And much, much more! Enjoy! Lauren and every bit of her introverted extrovert Virgo nature speak to my heart. Honest as she is humble Lauren will be the first to tell you she doesn’t all have her shit together and for that reason among many others, it’s so easy to want nothing more than to be surrounded by her refreshing, playful nature. But do not be mistaken my love, Lauren has definitely seen her time in the trenches and uses this episode to give us a deeper look into her life as an all or nothing, anxiety ridden perfectionist who says she needed to break down completely before she could live out of her true essence. An essence that no doubt has found its way out of hiding and lives at the center of Lauren’s deliberately designed days, where the goal is self inquiry, self care and unashamed self expression. All while using her platform as a way to spark self healing in others. For anyone out there who can relate to often setting unrealistic expectations or is struggling to practice (in real life) what it means to surrender and allow, this conversation is for you. So if you’re ready for a heartfelt listen into the soul of a woman who truly aspires to explore and embody her favorite quote, when nothing is certain anything is possible, I lovingly introduce you to Lauren Barber. bit.ly/quietbrave19
