In Septembers solo episode you'll discover: September is a key transitional period, marking the shift from summer's vibrancy to autumn's introspective energy. I emphasise releasing the past and embracing new beginnings during seasonal shifts. Nature's decluttering mirrors personal growth, offering opportunities for reflection and letting go. Seasonal transitions, especially equinoxes, present a time to slow down, reflect on experiences, and find balance. Why, self-care and listening to our bodies are essential to avoid burnout and navigate changes gracefully. Small, positive changes can foster growth and help sustain a nourished, balanced life. Embracing seasonal energy shifts allows for personal renewal and transformation. I encourage gratitude, joy, and releasing what no longer serves to create space for new growth. Sustainable living, in harmony with nature, plays a significant role in personal well-being and long-term self-care. Listeners are urged to identify their personal season and optimise growth through mindful reflection and intentional action. I share all of this and more in this episode. In May's Solo episode I share about why pivoting became a powerful exercise in my life recently and why, I share: Our ability to pivot was crucial, and we were fortunate to have the flexibility to make necessary changes. Being able to pivot can transform a situation that might otherwise lead to giving up. I'll share how we navigated this shift. Adapting in this way can have a profoundly positive effect on your mindset. While it's not always possible, when it is, I encourage you to embrace it. Asking yourself how you can view a situation differently is a powerful tool. Building strong foundations and cultivating a sense of inner safety is essential. It's important to practice pivoting not only with major issues but also with everyday challenges. Maintaining a regulated nervous system is key to effective pivoting. Remember, pivoting doesn't mean bypassing your emotions; it's about processing them thoroughly in all the necessary layers. I share all this and more in this episode. In Novembers solo episode I share all about about the recent talk I did in MBS Birmingham. In this episode: I share all about my talk I did about using your voice to activate your power. I discuss going back to your early communication as a child and what using your voice was like as that sets the tone, and is a good foundation to go on and a story we need to rewrite. Why we need to look at what using our voice means to each of us. I share that using our voice isn't just about being loud it's knowing how to modulate it and regulate with it. How we want that to feel and how does using our voice feel. What's the current story we have about using our voice, what do we need to release around this and rewrite. What does that new story look and feel like. On a deeper level what does our current story feel like in our nervous systems and why we need to rewire/recode the new one into our nervous system and why this is important. I share the importance of knowing we won't always get it right with our voice and its learning to feel safe with this. I invite you to look at the ways you use your voice and how you don't and how you want this to change. I discuss its more complex due to history, gender privilege, ethnicity and class systems how this can travel down family lines in terms of using the voice. This is something we need to heal and work with and recognise. I talk about connecting your voice to your heart and why this is important. I share how using our voice is an ever evolving process. I share all this and more. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this and your relationship with your voice. Do reach out and share with me. In August's solo episode I share how good it feels to be back doing this after a months break. In this episode: I share where I am at and what I learnt having to surrender not doing Julys solo episode and why it felt good. The importance of listening to our bodies, before they reach their limits. Remembering its an inside job even if everything looks good on the outside. Yes it's great to be inspired by things but remember its about alignment. Just because someone else is doing it, it has to be whats right for you. What embodiment means and why this is the key. We can still feel bad even if things are looking great, feeling good and the connection to yourself is the key. The essence of it all is the journey back to yourself and whats on your heart. The importance of regular check ins with yourself. How does it feel in your nervous system, this will always let you know. Never run so far from yourself you forget who you are. The importance of having grace with yourself. What are you chasing if you are always looking for the next best thing. Let your energy led always. Stop chasing perfection, embody perfectly imperfect. I share all this musings and more. Do share your thoughts on this episode, I'd love to hear from you. In May's solo episode I share my thoughts and musing on the word softness. In this episode: I share why we resist the word softness or to soften, as it feels so alien to us. Why softening doesn't mean we are weak. We believe being softer will block us from success and getting things done. Realising we've been programmed from a young age this isn't a good thing. This episode is your invitation to soften. Why we need to look at our story with this word and understand what we feel about it. The importance of changing our narrative with this and redefining our relationship with this word to begin to lean into it. Creating a new paradigm with the idea of softening and how that can look in our lives. Realising your nervous system won't feel safe with this idea and word because its often equated to weakness. So working with your nervous system to change this so it starts to feel good. Starting to meet your hard edges and to soften and to do this gently remembering its a process. Why its starting small and realising it's breaking down all the areas of your life you can lean in and soften will get you feel good about it and seeing the benefits of it. Realising we can soften and still be successful and expansive. Why finding your way is important here and recognising we are ever changing and expansive and that's ok. Seeing softness as a beautiful thing and how it can create space in your life and allow you to refuel and refill your cup. I share all of this and more. I would love to hear from you what your relationship is with the word and how it looks in your life, share with me here. In Aprils solo episode of finding grace I share: All about clearing your energy to be in your power and in a sovereign place. Who you truly are beneath of the layers we've collected moving through life. What this means, and how we can become the truest clearest version of ourselves. What this looks like and feels like. Its natural since child hood we've picked up many layers and its figuring our what's really us and what's in alignment with us now. Why we have to face how much of what we feel and act out isn't even us it's what we've picked up along the way. The importance of taking your time to unravel everything, one by one. Why being grounded is vital. Why trusting your inner compass is key here. Understanding this is a process and takes times. Being neutral and unattached as we do this. Why it happens that things we thought we'd healed comes up but in a new way to look at it, you're not doing anything wrong. Removing labels such as right or wrong and becoming more neutral allows us to let go more easier, this goes with how easily we process things let go of time limits. Understand it's anchoring it in our bodies, nervous systems and energy bodies and it feeling safe here. Realising how liberating it is when we become our truer version and how limitless and expansive this is. The importance of being kind to ourselves on this journey. I share all of this and more. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this and if you do this and our aware of this. Or maybe you are ready to do this and this resonates hearing this.
