Episode 50, the last in this season, is all about ways in which we are showing up right now, whether that’s in our personal life or in business. “Serve the world by being you. When you trust and follow the simple path of things that light you up, and then lose yourself in the doing, you’ll light up the world without even trying”. How can you be showing up right now for yourself, before you show up for everyone else? How can you feed your own sense of wellbeing before tending to help others? Episode 49 is all about exploring ways in which we can tap into our support system and what that might look like for us! Cultivating a support network has so many benefits as a small business and I share some of my tips of how you can do that. Full show notes here: www.annadunleavy.com/podcast
This week's podcast explores the fear we hold of what others might think about us and our creative business, and how this impacts how we show up in our business. Full shownotes here: www.annadunleavy.com/podcast
This week's topic is all about money mindset, and our attitude towards money. Do you tend to talk about money in negative terms? What is your attitude to spending money? A money mindset is your unique and individual set of core beliefs about money and how money works in the world. It drives how you make financial decisions, and it can have a big impact on your ability to achieve your goals. We explore how we can bring a more abundant way of thinking when it comes to money, and exploring our money stories, that impact our behaviour around money. To grab a one off coaching call with me, whether that's to chat about Money Mindset, or any limiting beliefs that might be holding you back, throughout February I'm offering 90 minute calls for £77 (usually £125). This week we’re chatting all things self-limiting beliefs - what they are, how to spot them, and how to find ways to move past them It’s a taste of the kinds of things we’d be working on together through coaching - and it’s not always easy. You have to be ready to do some deeper work if you want to shift those negative, self-limiting beliefs that you know are holding you back. This is not surface work - but I do think that it holds the key to so many of our problems when it comes to running a business. “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right” - Henry Ford Sign up for the mindset reset - https://fearlesshustlecollective.vipmembervault.com/products/courses/view/9 Work with me: Power Hour - https://www.annadunleavy.com/coaching-power-hour 3 months of coaching - https://www.annadunleavy.com/coaching
Cultivating an abundant mindset - abundant vs scarcity mindset and how we can practice to cultivate a more positive, abundant mindset in our businesses, and our lives A mindset is our attitude towards something, and we can adopt an abundant mindset, or a scarcity mindset, depending on our upbringing and our environment, and the people we surround ourselves with. It’s no wonder that there’s a saying ‘You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.’ Abundance mindset - believing that there is enough to go around Scarcity/lack mindset - the belief that there will never be enough, resulting in feelings of fear, stress, and anxiety. It’s believing that there’s only one pie to go around, and if someone has a slice, that means there’s less for you - your chances of even getting a slice are getting slimmer. How can we practice to cultivate a more positive, abundant mindset in our businesses, and our lives? In this episode, I explore ways in which we can bring more of an abundant mindset into our lives. I’d also love to take this opportunity to invite you to join me for a free 5 part email series all about cultivating an abundant mindset. You can join us here. We start on Monday 24th February, but don’t worry - you can still sign up to receive emails after this date, too. https://fearlesshustlecollective.vipmembervault.com/products/courses/view/9 P.S.
