När hon var 15 år fick hon sitt första arbete inom PR och efter det har hon radat upp framgångar. Hon blev utsedd till en av 101 Supertalanger av Veckans Affär. Hon blev nominerad till Årets Rookie som PR konsult och har skrivit två böcker, Fit & Framgångsrik samt Mediakåt. Idag driver hon PR Byrån Number10 tillsammans med en medgrundare. Hon gästar loungen för att prata om försäljning. Allt ifrån majblommor och försäljningen som hon började i sina hemkvarter till hur man pitchar PR-tjänster till nya och varma kunder. Hur kommer man iväg till gymmet, får ihop träning med karriären och hur lyckas man ta ut lön som startup redan start?  Allt detta och mycket mer i ett inspirerande avsnitt med en inspirerande kvinna – Caroline Lidman!

De beskriver sig själva som fartfyllda doers med stora drömmar och sin byrå som en liten snabbfotad pr-plugin.   Maria berättar om sitt demokratiinitiativ Open Act, som blev till ur en ratad krönika som istället blev en lyckad crowdfundingkampanj, partiledaranalyser och samlade branschen inför valet. Hon delar även varför hennes försök att leva som sin förebild Barack Obama höll på att kosta henne både jobb och relation.   Caroline berättar om varför hon startade nätverket WomenWith och hur nyckeln till att bygga nätverk med inspirationskällor är att tydliggöra "vad mötet ska ge i utbyte för båda". Hon berättar hur hennes starka driv visserligen lett till att hon gett ut två böcker vid 24 års ålder, men också kan skapa stress hos andra.   De berättar om vikten av att hitta en parhäst som är lojal, har samma prioriteringar och målbild. Deras olikheter gör att de passar ihop men har också krävt att de 'finetunat' sin relation. Deras största fuckup var när de råkade signa upp sig på långa leverantörsavtal med fasta kostnader - för en nylanserad byrå utan kunder, och hur de tog sig ur det.
