Connect with Taylor Sterling Key takeaways - Healthcare is becoming more consumer-driven, with patients expecting convenient digital care options - MedBridge is adapting to changes by improving the buying journey, launching new products, and educating clinicians on digital tools - Rebranding an established healthcare company requires thought leadership, product innovation, and change management - Understanding customer needs and aligning marketing and sales teams on shared metrics is critical for growth - Future trends include increased consumerism, therapy-first models, and more care delivered in patients' homes Quotes “One of the massive trends that we've really seen, which I think sort of started in IT and has really moved everywhere, is really around consumerization. Our expectations as patients are very much similar to our expectations of how we consume any service, and we want that bar to be higher and better.”Recommended Resource Book: - Good to Great Connect with Taylor Sterling | Follow us on LinkedIn | Website

Sam sits down with her Glitter Guide wife to answer all of your Q's!
The creative process is exciting, messy, and in some cases, uncertain. But it illuminates the depths of our subconscious and creates a runway to tell stories that inspire a shift in pace, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the worlds conjured by some of the most creative minds today. Taylor Sterling is one of these creators. And her multifaceted approach to creativity has come to life most notably in the form of Glitter Guide—a brand and editorial platform that publishes lifestyle advice, reading recommendations, and tips for boosting and embracing your creative energy. While the site has amassed a loyal following over the years, the road to building Glitter Guide hasn't been all sparkles, and Taylor has grappled with how we collectively value and approach storytelling in an increasingly fast-paced environment. And as Taylor has paid attention to the big changes that have informed how she's built her business, she's also learned to pay attention to the little moments that are shaping how she's building her life—both personally and professionally. In this conversation, she spoke more about those moments, along with how slowness has informed her relationship with creativity, and what she's learned about surrendering certain expectations to make space for the things that matter most. This episode also opens with a story contributed by Tania Leipold of Laine + Alliage.
This week I'm joined by my dear friend and Glitter Guide counterpart, Taylor Sterling. We chat about our recent overhaul and transitions at Glitter Guide, Taylor's dedication to creativity, and how she's navigating this season of change and risking it all for the sake of staying true to her authentic self.

Construction Week Viewpoint kicks off its second season with a tough discussion on the state of the jobs market in countries such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Marcus Taylor, managing director of recruitment firm Taylor Sterling, co-founder of BuildingMENA, the Middle East's first construction and engineering jobs website – created through a collaborative venture between Construction Week and Taylor Sterling – joins the podcast for the first episode of the new season. "I think 2018 started off with a lot of promise, we had some very specific requirements in the market, not just in the UAE but across the Gulf, and [the jobs market has] definitely slowed down," said Taylor. "I think there are challenges in finding the right people at the right price point, but it's not all doom and gloom by any means."
Taylor Sterling created the job of her dreams as founder of Glitter Guide, an online lifestyle and media company. But a lay off and a ton of hard work had to come first before she found personal and professional success. We sit down with the working mom to talk about the early days of her website as well as the power of positivity, supporting others and self care.
