Today we're joined by Zack Bornstein, the Emmy-nominated, WGA and Peabody Award-winning writer from shows like SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE and SHRINKING, to answer the question: what if the Care Bears were in ANTICHRIST? The animated films of Alberto Vázquez are full of cuddly talking animals, but also graphic gore, human-looking genitalia, and possibly clinical depression. We'll be discussing his two unrelentingly bleak features: 2015's coming-of-age horror drama BIRDBOY: THE FORGOTTEN CHILDREN, and 2022's epic splatter film UNICORN WARS. What is it like to be the most popular person on Twitter for a day? Comedy writer Zack Bornstein can tell you — he's been that person three times, thanks to his jokes about politics and current events that frequently go viral. "Finally some good news," he https://twitter.com/ZackBornstein/status/1276393136575504384 (tweeted) in June 2020, on one of those three days. "Scientists discovered a treatment that can reduce COVID19 transmission by 70%, and its just a piece a cloth you wear in front of your dumb f**king face." On today's episode of Follow Friday, Zack talks with Eric Johnson about the funny people he wants to be friends with, why comedians like to work together, and the real government official who looks like he "could pick you up by your throat and lift you off the ground in a movie." On today's episode I have Emmy nominated writer and comedian, Zack Bornstein! Zack is best known for his work on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Saturday Night Live. I first met Zack at a Meltdown show several years ago and was thrilled to finally have him join me on the show. Zack had an interesting path into comedy and it was great to learn his story. On the episode I talked with Zack about how he got involved with comedy, attending Brown University, being a Rhodes Scholarship Finalist, working with Jimmy Kimmel, writing on SNL, dealing with our utilities, and so much more. A huge Thanks to Zack for letting me come by his house to record this episode. It was great to talk with him and get to know him better. Make sure to follow Zack on all of the links on the website. Thanks, Zack! Enjoy the episode. FOLLOW ZACK ON TWITTER: @zackbornstein FOLLOW TIM ON TWITTER: @timdrake

Later, Zack kicks off an all-new segment, When I Was Most Wrong, with a tale of near-murder in a coffee shop, and Alex struggles to understand Costco's appeal.
