What a thrill to welcome the ladies of Friends and Fiction to celebrate 5 years of connecting readers with stories! It was such a joy to chat with Mary Kay Andrews, Patti Callahan Henry and Kristin Harmel and hear their inspiration, their journey with F&F and what it means to hear from readers and the meaning of F&F to them. We missed Kristy Woodson Harvey but she was very much there in spirit as her bookish sisters were celebrating her latest, Beach House Rules. They are the book girl band we didn't know we needed giving just a little more glitter and light to the book world. I am a better reader having been in their presence.
