Hey friends! Merrrrry Christmas! We actually recorded this last week, but I forgot to post it. Oopsie! In this episode: #1- we have some pretty great audio quality for you. It's definitely giving "better than usual". #2- we talk a lot about strategies for getting through the holidays with your mental health in tact.
