Powerful sermons each and every week! We keep it simple.

What do you really thirst for? And why do you thirst? What are the circumstances that create your hunger and thirst for the Lord? Thoday Pastor Lynn will preach a message about King David, the man who wrote Psalms 42:1-2: "As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?" In this message we will discover why David wrote this psalm and how it applies to our personal relationship with the Lord. This Sunday you will be challenged to search your heart and ask, "Do I Thirst for Him?"

We begin a new sermon series the first Sunday of 2026. As followers of Christ, we are called to examine our lives. This year we will spend time investigating our own lives by asking a series of questions beginning with, “Do you…?” Today's message is “Do you prioritize?” Whatever you prioritize will influence your decisions. As followers of Christ we are called to seek first His kingdom. This Sunday we will explore what it means to make Jesus first, and how to live it out.

Today is the celebration of our First Fruits. Pastor Lynn will preach an inspiring message on how our First Fruits are dangerous to the enemy! The celebration of First Fruits comes from Deuteronomy 21:1-11. This was an offering given to the Lord from the first of the harvest, in anticipation for what was to come later. Deuteronomy 21:2 says, “Take some of the First Fruits of all that you produce from the soil of the land the Lord your God is giving you and put them in a basket. Then go to the place the Lord your God will choose as a dwelling for his Name.” This offering was freely given by the people, but it was also to be sacrificial. This free will offering was given in anticipation of what God would do in the future as He brought forth the harvest. The Celebration of First Fruits signified the recognition that EVERYTHING comes from the Lord and that God's people would never idolize the blessings, but would keep the Lord their “First Love” (Exodus 20:3; Matthew 22:37). During our response time at the end of the service, we will be giving our free-will, sacrificial, offerings to the Lord. This is a celebration of expectation regarding all the good things the Lord has in store for us in 2026!

Today is Christmas Sunday! Along with singing Christmas Carols, Pastor David will be speaking on "Dangerous Birth!" The Birth of Jesus was dangerous to the enemy because His incarnation changed the world forever! Do not miss this opportunity to celebrate the Christmas season together and be challenged to keep the birth of Jesus, our "Immanuel," as the center of this holiday.

Luke 17:6- "He replied, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the seas, and it will obey you.'"Today our very own Children's Ministry hosts their annual Christmas Program! This Service is for all and we pray the Lord blesses you abundantly with what He has in store for you and your loved ones!

Today, Pastor David will preaches a message about the call for believers to have an expectation to be used by the Lord to be agents of restoration. Restoration to Jesus Christ, toone another and to this world. You will not want to miss this message for it will set you up to “the ministry of reconciliation” (2 Corinthians 5:18).

Pastor Lynn preaches on "Dangerous Change!" When we encounter changes in life, it challenges our thoughts, attitudes, and even measures our willingness to obey the Lord. Central to our transformation is being challenged by the Lord to change areas in our lives to become more like Him. This change also requires us to courageously traverse new territory. We are not alone when the Lord is initiating change in our lives! He is with us, leading and guiding this change! As we enter into this Advent Season, we face a New Year and change is upon us. How will we face these changes? This message will challenge us to embrace the changes the Lord has ordained for us as we walk courageously into our New Year.

Today we have a very special guest speaker, Rev. Josh Herndon. Josh is married to Pastor David and Lynn's daughter, Phoebe. Josh also is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Currently, Josh serves as a Ministry Consultant and Vice President at GenFi Ministries where he helps churches with loans and investments; and pastors with investments and retirement. He and his wife also serve as lead pastors at Journey Church in Willamina, Oregon. Before Josh was at GenFi, he was a church planter and barista in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been ordained since 2011 and earned his Masters of Business Administration in 2024. When not at work, he's likely being a taxi driver with his wife to their 5-kids.

Pastor David gives an update on the Poland missions trip and will be preaching on “Dangerous Resolve.” In a flaky world we need to resolve to serve Jesus and live a consistent, Christian life. This message will teach you practical ways to live this out in your daily life.

Today Pastor Lynn preaches a message on "Dangerous Words." Our speech reveals our relationship with the Lord, and our submission to Him and His word. Scripture says many things about the power of our words. We are responsible for what we say and, as Christ's followers, we need to realize our speech reveals the condition of our heart. Jesus said, "But the things that come out of a person's mouth come from the heart, and these defile them" (Matthew 15:18). When we live fleshly, our words can be destructive, but when we walk by the power of the Holy Spirit, our words can be powerfully used by the Lord! We can become dangerous to the enemy when our tongue is submitted to Christ and is used to speak His words! Listen and be challenged by this message!

This service was Youth Sunday. Our Awakened Youth give a special presentation and Pastor Nick Gullickson gives a brief word on goin All-In. Also, we have a special guest speaker. Police Chaplain, Ryan White, speaks on being "In the Midst of the Storm."

Tammie and Earl Shorrocks - Ministry Partners to Poland. This dynamic couple has the same spiritual DNA as Crossroads. They love the things of the Spirit and are open to flowing in the prophetic gifts. They assist the national church of Poland by helping train leaders for church plants. The Shorrocks have made a strategic alliance with the national Christian leadership to target areas in the country without a viable Spirit-filled church. This partnership assists for Polish pastors to go to unreached areas of the country and plant a well funded and leadership approved new church. They see their role as assisting the Polish church to reach their nation for Jesus. They are currently back in the USA on missionary furlough. This is a time for them to reconnect with partnering churches and raise additional support for their ministry in Poland.

Secrets can be a very dangerous thing! Secrecy can be due to being ashamed or embarrassed of something we do or have done. Our relationship with Christ is not one of those things. As a matter of fact we are called to spend time in a secret place so that we can model the Christian lifestyle to others. As believers we are called to cultivate a lifestyle of intimacy with Christ and to be people who spend time together with the Lord. Today we will explore the importance of spending time in the secret place with Christ.

As a believer, we are challenged with our thought life on a daily basis. Today, Pastor David speaks a powerful message entitled, “How to Develop a Dangerous Mind for Christ.” He shares biblical truths to help you overcome the lies and deception that far too many believers are ensnared by. You will not want to miss this message.

Today, Pastor Lynn will speak on "Dangerous Wisdom!" We often think of wisdom as intelligence, but we would be mistaken to bring that definition to Scripture. In the Bible, wisdom begins with the “fear of the Lord.” This is the undisputed foundation of God's wisdom. In the Bible, a group of books is devoted to displaying God's wisdom. This "wisdom literature" was designed to reveal to Yahweh's followers the nature of God's wisdom in contrast to human wisdom. Proverbs 1:7 says, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction." Today, we learn what it means to "fear the Lord," how God's wisdom is revealed in Scripture, and how Jesus, the Wisdom of God, challenges His followers to live full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom.

Many times in our journey with the Lord, the Holy Spirit leads us into paths that are different from what we expect. This can leave us disappointed, discouraged, or even defeated. But the Lord has a purpose for our redirection! There are many examples of people in the Bible who had redirection in their lives that they didn't understand, but still obeyed. As a result of this dangerous direction, God revealed Himself to them in greater ways and used them powerfully. This Sunday, you do not want to miss Pastor Lynn's message about how the Holy Spirit redirects us in our lives so that we are dangerous to the enemy!

In a world where everyone wants to tell you what you are, followers of Christ need to grasp the reality of who they are. Today we will be addressing the subject of your Dangerous Design as a Christ-follower. The Scriptures clearly state that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14). Knowing who you are in Christ is a powerful source of authority. We explore the powerful message of God's Word to the believer.

Today Pastor Lynn will be preaching a message on "Dangerous Prayers!" Did you know the content of our prayers can be dangerous to the enemy? I mean, really dangerous to the enemy! In the Bible, the very first time the name of God, Jehovah Sabaoth, the Lord of Hosts or Armies, is used is during a desperate prayer by a woman for victory in a long endured battle. You see, the Lord not only fights our battles as we pray, but He reveals Himself to us as a Mighty Warrior when we pray! Today, we will not only learn about how our prayers are dangerous to the enemy, but we will also speak dangerous prayers over our battles. You do not want to miss this!

The Bible talks a great deal about those we associate with and how our relationships with people impacts our life, choices and actions. Today, Pastor David preaches a message on how your friendships can be used to do great things for the Lord. We also celebrate our Fall Launch and have great things to share about Crossroads with you.

Jose and Ashley Talavera spent the last 11 years as Assemblies of God World Missionaries to the country of Spain. They helped plant churches in the cities of both Granada and Málaga. In Granada their first term they started a multi-generational family ministry for both inside the church and outside reaching out to the community. In Málaga, they began a non-profit organization that reached out to the community primarily through English-learning, to build relationships and share the love and hope of Jesus.

Pastor Lynn brings Part 2 to the message called, "Dangerous Resources!" Do you know the Lord has given you all the resources you need for the assignment He has given to you? Are you aware of these resources or are you asking for something else to equip you? Do you believe you do not have enough to do what He has called you to do? When God called Moses to lead His people out of Egypt, Moses felt unqualified and insecure. He did not see what God saw! Yet, God used what Moses already had! In Exodus 4:2 when the Lord was revealing how He had already equipped Moses, He said to him, "What is in your hand?" He didn't ask Moses to go get something else; He used what Moses already had. We will be challenged to see the resources the Lord has already given to us so that we move forward in faith to do the assignment He has called us to do!

We are daily faced with decisions that change the course of our lives and those around us. Pastor David shares a message entitled “Dangerous Times!” The message will address how we are to live in a world that has so many signs of the end times.

Rev. Dr. Shelly Roberts is our special guest speaker at Crossroads. Dr. Shelly always brings this house a timely word that is anointed by the Holy Spirit and wisdom. Her expertise in marriage and family counseling is intertwined with her knowledge of God's Word.

This Sunday Pastor Lynn shares a message entitled, “Dangerous Storms!” 2025 has been a dangerous year with dangerous storms for many of us. But these storms can either be for our destruction or for our construction! Scripture describes different types of storms God's people experienced throughout history. Even Jesus experienced storms while on earth. We can grow deeper in our relationship with Jesus as we navigate our storms. Jesus tells us we will experience hardships while on earth, but He comforts and encourages us with these words: "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world" (John 16:33). This Sunday, Pastor Lynn teaches us how to overcome the storms that seek to destroy us. You will not want to miss this message!

This Sunday Pastor Lynn continues our Dangerous Sermon Series by preaching a message on the Dangerous No! The Holy Spirit has been given to us so that we can say "No!" to those things that are not in agreement with our Lord Jesus Christ. We have the power to say "No!" to the habits of our past, fleshly thoughts, and those things that come against us trying to defeat us or label us. You do not want to miss this important message on the Dangerous "No!" the Lord has given to us to defeat the enemy, and our own sinful flesh, through the power of His Holy Spirit.

This Sunday we have missionaries Alvin and Lacey Leota as our guest speakers. The Leotas are not strangers to Crossroads! They have been one of our precious missionary partners for many years and have also been a part of our "I Thirst For You" Conferences. The Leota family has a new assignment to raise up missionaries among the Oceanic people groups, with a focus on Samoans. Alvin is Samoan and has had a heart for his people for many years. Now, the Lord has released his family to minister among his own people group. This Sunday, Alvin and Lacey will not only share a message from the Word of God, but they will also update Crossroads about their missionary journey and the location of their new assignment. You do not want to miss this Sunday!

As we navigate through life we make choices that can positively or negatively impact us. The turns we choose are to be bathed in prayer and seeking the Lord. This Sunday we explore how our turns should be guided by our faith. Don't miss this powerful message.

The decisions we make can either make or break us. Far too often believers make decisions that are contrary to the Word of God. This Sunday, Pastor David will be addressing the topic “Dangerous Decisions: How to Have A Godly Mindset!” you will not want to miss this sermon. As a part of the service, we will be honoring those in our congregation who graduated as well as the youth ministry will also be sharing about their week at Summer Camp.

This Sunday Pastor Lynn continues the theme on Dangerous Relationships, Part 3. One of the most intimate names God uses to describe His relationship with His people is Adonai Roh'i: the Lord is my Shepherd. The shepherd and sheep relationship metaphor reveals the type of relationship the Lord has with us. This Sunday Pastor Lynn will explain the drinking and grazing patterns of sheep and how these patterns apply to us, as God's people. Further, she will describe why the shepherd's rod, staff, and oil are so important for our spiritual lives. Listen this Sunday to learn more about the Lord, ourselves, and one another as we dig deep into this metaphor of shepherd and sheep that permeates throughout scripture.

This Sunday Pastor Lynn speaks about Dangerous Relationships, Part 2. Did you know that the most intimate description used for the relationship between God and His people is Adonai Roh'i: the Lord is my Shepherd? This metaphor scripture uses to describe the relationship between the shepherd and his sheep reveals the type of relationship the Lord has with us. It also reveals the relationship the Lord wants His under-shepherds, the pastors whom He has selected, to have with His sheep. Further, how sheep relate with one another is revealed in this sheep-shepherd metaphor. Join us this Sunday to learn more about the Lord, ourselves, and one another as we dig deep into this metaphor of shepherd and sheep that permeates throughout scripture.

This Sunday, Pastor David speaks on the subject of “Dangerous Relationships.” Scripture teaches us that the relationships we have can make or break us. We will look at how our relationship with the Lord can powerfully impact everything we do. Relationships impact our decisions, actions and friendships. They can make or break us. The Word of God has a clear message for us right now. You will not want to miss this Sunday's message.

Pastor Lynn preaches the message, "Dangerous Deliberation, Part 2." "Deliberation" is defined as "long and careful consideration; slow and careful movement or thought." When the Lord teaches us to obey Him, it is a layered process of change over time. The Lord addresses one area in our lives, and then another, building our spiritual muscles and changing us to be more like Him. This is called "spiritual growth, and maturity" or "sanctification." Pastor Lynn presents things that get in the way of our deliberation, calling out some of the excuses we make for why we choose not to obey Him fully. This message will have very practical applications to help us in our deliberations so that we can move towards maturity in our relationship with Christ!

Dangerous Women are women who are not afraid to listen to the Lord and follow His direction. Dangerous Women are not influenced by the voices around them and fearlessly do whatever Jesus speaks to them. Sunday, Pastor David addresses a prophetic message to the ladies of the church. Be sure to come expecting something to empower you. And men, there are some valuable spiritual lessons for you to learn.

This Sunday Pastor Lynn's message is entitled, "Dangerous Authority!" As a result of Christ's work and the indwelling Holy Spirit, God's children now have dangerous authority! We are dangerous to the enemy because of the authority Christ has delegated to us through the Holy Spirit. But...there are things we must do to walk in this authority effectively! We are no longer conformed to the image of this world, but rather we are transformed by the renewing of our minds so that we can know God's good, perfect, and pleasing will! Therefore, we do not wield the power and authority Christ has given to us like the world, but according to the Word of God! Listen and be challenged to daily walk in the dangerous authority that defeats the enemy!

Pastor Lynn will speaks on "Dangerous Humility!" Did you know humility is dangerous to the enemy because when we are humble, we are like Christ! The only self description Jesus gives is that He is "gentle and humble" (Matthew 11:9). If we are to become like Christ we must grow in humility which is an enemy to human pride and self-sufficiency. Humility requires true submission to Christ in everything and this is our daily life challenge. James 4:6-7 says, "But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble. Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Foundational to a life of authentic power and authority over the enemy, is demonstrating the humility of Christ in our lives every day. This message will challenge you!

Dangerous TruthWe live in a time when everyone has their own truth. The Scriptures tell us that we need to know the truth so that it can set us free. This Sunday Pastor David looks at the miracle of the resurrection and how it launched the church into the mission of speaking truth to the world. You will not want to miss this Sunday's message.

We want to raise up children who are strong in the things of the Lord. Today, Pastor David shares how we can make our children strong in their faith and love for the Lord. For those who do not have small children, you need to be here to learn how to speak faith into your nephews, nieces, grandchildren and others in your community.

Pastor Lynn preaches a word entitled, "Dangerous Belief!" The enemy may not attack your belief IN God, but he will certainly attack what you believe ABOUT God! This is what he did to Eve in the Garden of Eden--he convinced her God was not good! God was withholding something good from her. As a result, she decided to agree with the enemy's word rather than God's word. The enemy uses this very same tactic against God's children! When we believe God's word, about our lives and ourselves, even in the most painful, difficult, and confusing circumstances, we are dangerous to the enemy rather than his word being dangerous to us! So, what do you believe ABOUT God? What you believe ABOUT God is revealed through your words, attitudes, and actions. What you believe ABOUT God is also integrated into what you truly believe about yourself, as God's child! Allow the word to saturate you so you are transformed.

Sunday, March 30th, is our quarterly "Saturation Service". This special service is a time of worship, prophetic proclamation, and prayer. The theme for this service is "Worthy!" Jesus is our Lord, our Savior, our Deliverer, and our Healer! In Jesus, is everything we need to navigate every season of our lives. Philippians 2:9 says, "Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Revelation 4:11 proclaims, "“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” We are saturated in Christ's presence, declaring that He is worthy of all praise and honor!

Living in a time when doing your own things is paramount, God is calling His sons and daughters to fully obey His commands. This Sunday we unpack the power of dangerously obeying God and His Word.

When you learn to listen to the voice of the Lord you are a dangerous person. You get to know what God wants, when He moves, and how you should follow His direction. This Sunday we look into how to discern the voice of God as a believer and how to live out your life as a victorious believer.

This Sunday Pastor Lynn continues with part 2 of the message: "A Dangerous Mind: The Mind of Christ!" The Mind of Christ is dangerous to the enemy! 1 Corinthians 2:16 tells us we can have the Mind of Christ because the Holy Spirit dwells in us. But this requires surrender to the Holy Spirit and choosing to live full of the Holy Spirit every day! We cannot default to fleshly ways but rather must cultivate the fruit of the Spirit so that we choose the Mind of Christ. We also need to beware of falling into counterfeit traps that produce false ways of thinking! This Sunday, Pastor Lynn continues her teaching on how to be dangerous to the enemy through living with the Mind of Christ, which is God's wisdom, rather than being ruled by the mind of the flesh, which is foolishness. When we live with Christ's Mind, we live as faith filled children who can fulfill our God-given destiny through our unwavering obedience. You do not want to miss this powerful message!!

A Dangerous Mind: The Mind of Christ! The Mind of Christ is dangerous to the enemy! 1 Corinthians chapters 1 and 2 reveal we can have the Mind of Christ because the Holy Spirit dwells in us. But this requires surrender to the Holy Spirit and choosing to live full of the Holy Spirit every day! The Mind of Christ is the Wisdom of God. These two cannot be separated! This Sunday, Pastor Lynn teaches on how to be dangerous to the enemy through living with the Mind of Christ, which is God's wisdom, rather than being ruled by the mind of the flesh, which is foolishness. When we live with Christ's Mind, we live as faith filled children who can fulfill our God-given destiny through our unwavering obedience. You do not want to miss this message!

Join us for worship, a powerful exhortation and announcements!Due to sensitive information, we will be going offline as our missions group share their testimonies.

While Pastors Lynn and David are in India, Pastor Robert Coffelt is our guest speaker. He is speaking on "The Trap of Legality!" Our self nature is constantly fighting for control. One deceptive way is through lists of rights and wrongs, do's and don'ts. They may seem to be the best path but they lead us away from the one thing: relationship with God. Falling into legalism is a counterfeit to true intimacy with Jesus. You do not want to miss this message!

How To Keep Being DangerousThis Sunday is the second part of a message from Pastor David. This week we will look at practical steps the believer can take to keep being dangerous to the enemy! This Sunday Pastor Lynn speaks on the word God gave her on the first day of 2025: Dangerous! God is calling His children to be dangerous to the enemy in 2025. However, there are conditions involved in this! We cannot do it on our own, in our own strength or flesh, or as compromised children. We must walk full of His Spirit and in submission to Him. James 4:7 says, "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Listen to be challenged to be Dangerous to the enemy in 2025!
