BIG Life Devotional | Daily Devotional for Women

There are 3 pieces of God's armor we are to “put on”. 1. The belt of truth. 2. The breastplate of righteousness. 3. The shoes of peace. In getting dressed for the unseen spiritual battle, the final thing we put on are our shoes. And think about it, you're not ready to leave if you don't have your shoes on. My husband knows I'm not really walking out the door if my shoes aren't on. My shoes are the sign I'm really ready and we're going … until then, I'm not really going anywhere. God has places for you to go. A stand you are to take. Purposes you are to fulfill. Good plans you are to walk in. But, without your shoes, you're not really ready to go with him. The soldier's shoes were a valuable piece of their armor. Remember in these days, they were foot soldiers. They weren't riding around in tanks and helicopters. They were marching in, climbing up, standing ground. In military battles of these days, the army who had the best battle shoes was set apart. There's a story of an army who won countless victories because they put nails in their shoes, creating the first cleats. They could climb what no other army could climb. As women, we know shoes make or break the outfit – but in battle, shoes can make or break the victory. So Paul says in Ephesians 6:15, “For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.” Without your shoes, you're not ready. With the wrong shoes, you're not winning. Barefoot, you're injured. The shoes in the Armor of God are specifically the PEACE that comes from the Good News. Sounds a little fruity doesn't it? That's sweet – but does it really mean anything to you? I'll be honest – that just never meant anything to me at all – until today. Until I really studied what Paul is saying. Now I get it, and I'm so excited to share it with you. Peace – what's your image of God's peace? Someone once asked 2 very famous painters to each paint a picture of God's peace. One painted the image of a beautiful, calm, serene lake in the most peaceful setting you could imagine. It's basically where I am right now – North Italy's Dolomite mountains. The lakes here are the deepest, calmest blue, fully protected by stunning mountains that reach straight up in the sky. Such calm. Such peace. That was one artist's painting. But the other artist paints the ocean. Not calm water, but the ocean in a violent storm. Massive waves crashing in the fierce winds. Lightening flashing in the sky. And in the very bottom corner of the painting was a small bird, totally protected from the storm, standing on a rock with a solitary beam of light shining on it. If there was a soundtrack to the painting it was the bird singing his completely unbothered song of perfect peace in the midst of that raging storm. Both are pictures of peace. One is a picture of peaceful circumstances – the other is a picture of the power of God's peace. God doesn't promise peaceful circumstances, in fact Jesus warns us of the oppoisite – “in this world you will have trouble”. But God does promise us the power of his peace – the unshakable knowing he is with you, he sees you, and he is in control. We're so quick to assume only the good days contain God's peace, but you've never experienced God's peace on the most extreme level until you're in the middle of something that demands you absolutely freak out, but instead you have an unspeakable peace within. With this peace you're not rendered incapable, you're strengthened in the battle. My friend, if you find yourself currently in a battle, God has peace available for you. And his word isn't just offering it to you as an option, his word is telling you, “PUT THIS ON!” But how? How do you put on God's peace? Thank God, his word actually tells us. We're not left to guess and wonder. It's clear. Philippians 4: 6-7. First, there is an offer you have to REFUSE to make room for God's offer of peace. If you don't refuse it, there will simply be no space for peace in you. What is the offer you have to refuse? Worry. Here's precisely what God's word says, “Don't worry about anything; instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. THEN you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” This is a formula and a process. First you refuse worry. Worry is always in the offering. There's always something to worry about, right? But you must turn away from it. Turn it off. Resist it. Evict it. Absolutely take a stand against worry. You know what we often do instead? We make excuses for it. “Oh, it's just who I am. I'm a worrier. I always have been.” That's the equivalent of saying, “Oh, I'm just muddy, it's just who I am. I go out and roll around in the mud so I'm always muddy. I always have been.” ALL WHILE YOU COULD CHOOSE TO TAKE A SHOWER! If you're a worrier, there's something you can do that's the equivalent of a shower for a muddy person – PRAYER. And just as you have to take a shower again and again, you must pray again and again. The only way you refuse worry is to talk to God about it. Push it right over to God and let him have it. Tell him what you need. Thank him for everything he has already done for you. That's your part of the equation. Then, God does his part. His part is filling you with PEACE. Peace that doesn't make sense. Peace like the little white bird sitting in a beam of light during a furious storm on the ocean, just singing his happy song. I don't care how much you worry or how long you've been worrying, peace is available to you. But my sister, you always have to choose it. Now you may think your worrying is harmless, but it's not. Without God's peace, you're facing a battle with no shoes on. Without your shoes you're simply NOT READY!!!!! Now here's where this gets really really really good. This is the part you may not have ever understood before and you're going to have a little light bulb go off. Paul says these shoes of peace come from the Good News. What is the Good News? It's literally the message of Jesus. It's the salvation story of God sending his own son to die for you so that you might be saved. It's the promise of his Holy Spirit dwelling in you offering what you could never manufacture for yourself. It's all this GOOD NEWS, not bad news that applies directly to our lives because of Jesus. Good, good, good news. Shoes of peace from this Good News of Jesus. And here's why this is important in battle – GET READY … Your enemy, the devil, is always going to try and convince you that God is against you, that God doesn't love you, that God is too busy for you, angry at you, distant from you. The devil continually tries to convince you that every little bad thing, and certainly every big bad thing, that happens in your life is proof of God's absence, God's distance, or God's disapproval of you. You've heard it and felt it before. You've questioned why God would allow this to happen to your family and you start feeling like God doesn't care about your family. Like he's too busy for you. Like he doesn't hear your prayers. Like he's always out to take things from you. Like he's just against you. The more you hear it and the more you feel it, the more dark your thoughts become, the more alone you feel, and the more hopeless the future looks. And that's precisely what happens if you don't have your shoes on. Your shoes of peace from the Good News know exactly who Jesus is, what Jesus did, and what he has promised. And just like a pair of cleats can dig in and hold your ground, KNOWING the GOOD News can help you stand firm when every doubt comes to rock you. The devil wants to remind of you all the bad news, but Jesus says, “I've GOT GOOD NEWS!” Feel the peace in that! The shoes of peace tell you even when bad things have happened, “GOD USES ALL THINGS TOGETHER FOR GOOD”. The shoes of peace tell you even when the storm rages that, “YOUR GOD CONTROLS THE WINDS AND THE WAVES.” The shoes of peace tell you when everything falls apart that, “GOD HOLDS IT ALL IN HIS HANDS AND NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH HIM.” The Good News fills us with peace when the battle rages. And in peace, we stand, We don't run. We don't panic. We don't worry. We stand firm. Girl, put your shoes on and dig in! Dig in to God's promises over you and refuse to back down. Refuse to be shaken. Refuse to give in to worry. His promises will fill you with peace so you can stand through the storm and come out the other side. Jesus made us a promise of HIS PEACE. His peace that would hold us steady. His peace that would guide us. His peace that would fill us in ways that don't make sense. But do you know precisely WHEN he promised us this peace? Jesus promised us that peace on the edge of his own horrific storm. On the very night one of his very best friends would betray him – on the night he would be arrested – on the night before he was to bear the sin of the entire world on the cross, on the edge of the greatest storm all creation had ever seen, Jesus promised us his own peace. John 14:27, “I am leaving you with a gift – peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid.” Jesus had immeasurable peace, and he offers us that same peace. But it's always up to us to PUT IT ON. With peace, you are ready for battle. With peace you can stand on God's promises and not worry. With peace as shoes, you can dig in with cleats and stand your ground regardless of circumstances. With peace as shoes, you can climb any mountain and overcome the obstacles in your way. You have to choose what you're walking in – Peace or worry. Worry will never win the battle. Peace already has. Do you? When you do not, then return to His Emotional path of Righteousness by: 1) Pouring out your heart to God, 2) Letting the Holy Spirit calm your soul, 3) Inviting the Holy Spirit's fruit, and 4) Refusing to let your emotions rule. Celebrated on the Sunday after Easter, that is the Second Sunday of Easter, Divine Mercy Sunday is a major feast day in the Catholic Church dedicated to the devotion of God's mercy. Instituted by Pope St. John Paul II in 2000, it stems from revelations to St. Faustina Kowalska (1905-38), offering complete forgiveness of sins and punishment, that is, a plenary indulgence, to those who receive Communion and go to confession. Let's learn more about the theological significance of this feast for many Christians around the world with bible scholar Bishop Robert Barron. In this podcast, Pastor B. explores Jesus' powerful “I AM” statements and what they reveal about His true identity. Using simple but profound images like bread, light, and shepherd, Jesus points back to God's name in Exodus 3:14 and boldly declares His divine nature and mission to meet our deepest needs. We take a closer look at Jesus as the Good Shepherd, contrasting His sacrificial love and highlighting our role as sheep who depend on His guidance and protection. Through this beautiful picture, we discover four life-changing promises He gives His followers: His Presence, His Peace, His Protection, and a deeply Personal Relationship. This message reminds us that the gospel is not about self-help or self-reliance, but about trusting Jesus in every season, especially in hardship. As the Good Shepherd, He walks with us through suffering, knows us by name, and offers hope, healing, and eternal life through His sacrifice on the cross. If you've ever wondered what it truly means to depend on Jesus, this teaching will encourage your heart and strengthen your faith. If your NEW HERE, would like to GIVE or follow along with our VIRTUAL SERMON NOTES click below to use our ALL ACCESS PASS. i'm sure in 2026, some people had the goal to chill on the carbs, lose 20lbs, cutout the alcohol, eliminate the F bombs, eradicate the substance… which is all great, but with the current global climate, and with ppl in search of peace , calm, hope, truth… im sure that some ppl wanted to deepen their faith or become more spiritual … to possibly start reading the bible more, or pray more, or get closer to God. that's all a great idea n support all of those … But how do we sustain it? because if it's just us “trying harder”, it'll only cause more frustration when we fail to live out those plans and intentions, causing the vicious cycle of weight gain, drunk again, high again, relationships fractured, shame, guilt, anger, hopelessness, depression, and more backsliding …. the key is to not TRY harder in our own strength …. but to ALLOW GOD, HIS LOVE, HIS PEACE, HIS TRUTH, HIS SPIRIT to TRANSFORM US on the deepest levels of our core. FOR FRUIT TO GROW, and for the dead branches of sin to be broken off. then our actions will flow naturally from a transformed heart and mind. be blessed by this audio i love ya world ❤️✝️

What the World Still NeedsLuke 2:1-14 PeaceBid Idea: Peace isn't the absence of problems, it's the presence of Jesus in the problems. It's a “relational peace”.What we need to understand about the Peace that Jesus brought that night…1. Peace arrived before the chaos ended. God injected His Peace into the chaos.2. Peace began with the Good News, not good circumstances (Luke 2:11).  Savior: Rescue from sin, guilt & separation (Romans 5:1). Messiah: The long-awaited Messiah, fulfillment of prophecy (Micah 5:2). Lord: Sovereign ruler over all things (Philippians 2: 9-11)Peace flows out of God's goodness, not our performance.3. Peace spread wherever Jesus was worshipped. Peace comes not from being in control, but from trusting the One who is.You cannot experience peace regularly if you only worship occasionally. Worship is a natural response to Jesus.Peace has a name: Jesus. What is your next step in finding peace in Jesus?

Today we launched our new series, "Breaking Through the Storm." In Part 1, "Peace in the Storm," we looked at Mark 4:35-41 — where Jesus calms a raging storm and reminds us that His peace is greater than any fear we face. Key reminders from today's message: Storms are inevitable, but Jesus is with us. His silence doesn't mean His absence. Fear reveals where our faith is anchored. Jesus has authority over every storm. We don't have to fear because of His Promise, His Presence, and His Peace. Scriptures: Mark 4:35-41, John 16:33, 2 Timothy 1:7

Just as Israel was full of worry and anxiety under the oppression of Rome, we experience the oppression of worry and anxiety in our world today. It's no wonder that one of the greatest gifts God has given us is peace. Jesus is not just the Prince of Peace, nor does He keep peace to Himself as a possession. Rather, in His grace, Jesus has given us HIS PEACE by the power of the Holy Spirit. We can have His peace as a gift right now by just receiving it.

Jesus says: “Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division”

Jesus says: “Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division” MESSAGE SUMMARY: From the Gospel of Luke (12:49-56): “Jesus the Divider” Introduction: While Jesus does bring us “Peace”, Jesus tells us that His ways are not always our ways; and Jesus does not always bring us “Peace”. In the world, we have tabulation; but Jesus has overcome the world. However, Jesus tells us, in Luke 12:49-56, that He, also, brings “division”. Today, like in the time period of Luke's Gospel, we need to pay attention to God's signs in the world. Today's Message: If we are serious about being a follower of Jesus today, we need to listen to Jesus in Luke 12:49-56. Jesus begins His Simon, to many thousands starting in Luke 12:49, with His “fire of persecution”: “I came to cast fire on the earth, and would that it were already kindled! In this passage, “fire” does not mean the Holy Spirit; “fire” means the “fire of persecution” – which is “when the Gospel is preached without compromise”. This “fire” is the hostility that occurs when the world hears the Gospel preached without compromise. Jesus continues, in Luke 12:50, with: “I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how great is my distress until it is accomplished!”. Jesus uses “baptism” to refer to His immersion in death and His separation from the Father on the cross, but death would not hold Him. Continuing with Luke 12:51, Jesus tells us: “Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division. For from now on in one house there will be five divided, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”. How does this statement of “division” rather than “Peace” reconcile to Jesus' other statements regarding His bringing “Peace” into the world? This apparent contradiction, regarding Jesus and His “Peace”, can be addressed by considering the five ways the word “Peace” is used in the Bible [as presented in the audio teaching]: 1) an attribute of God; 2) fruit of the Holy Spirit: 3) a state of mind; 4) absence of conflict; and 5) being in right relationship with God through Jesus. Therefore, when Jesus, in Luke 12:51, says that: “Do you think that I have come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather division.”, Jesus is referring to the Bible's use of “Peace” regarding an “absence of conflict”. Jesus is telling His followers that He, the Gospel, and His followers have come to disrupt and confront. However, Jesus wants to have “Peace” in the other four contexts of “Peace”. In Jesus, we do have “Peace”; but when we do stand with and for Jesus, “division” and conflict are created. In this passage from Luke, Jesus wants His followers to know that following Him will have a cost in terms of conflict and worldly tribulation. Many in and of the world will not tolerate our communication of the Gospel. Jesus is not saying that “division” is good. Rather, Jesus, in John 17:22-23, expresses His desire, to the Father, for His followers to all be one with Him and the Father. However, Jesus is warning us that “division” is inevitable because we are human and sinners. Jesus ends His message to those assembled, in Luke 12:54-56, with: “He also said to the crowds, ‘When you see a cloud rising in the west, you say at once, ‘A shower is coming.' And so it happens. And when you see the south wind blowing, you say, ‘There will be scorching heat,' and it happens. You hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of earth and sky, but why do you not know how to interpret the present time?'". In this passage, Jesus was pointing toward His purpose on earth and the cross; but no one understood His message at the time period of His teaching in Luke – they could not read God's signs. Do we see and follow God's signs, or do we miss them and become party to creating “divisions”?   TODAY'S PRAYER: Father, I confess that when difficulties and trials come into my life, large or small, I mostly grumble and complain. I realize the trials James talks about are not necessarily “walls,” but they are difficult to bear, nonetheless. Fill me with such a vision of a transformed life, O God, that I might actually consider it “pure joy” when you bring trials my way. I believe, Lord. Help my unbelief. In Jesus' name, amen. Scazzero, Peter, Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Day by Day (p. 94). Zondervan. Kindle Edition. TODAY'S AFFIRMATION: Today, I affirm that because of what God has done for me in His Son, Jesus, I AM FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT. If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him! Jesus told us that He gives us His Peace, but not a peace that the world gives. Before I came to Christ my peace was based on what was going on in my life AND my possessions. That meant that peace was based on things that can change at any moment. It was based on events that many times I had no control over. But when I came to Christ, I experienced an unchanging peace not based on possessions, but on a person who loves me and never abandons me. This Sunday Paul will take us on a peace journey as we continue through Philippians.———————————————————————————————Connect with us on Social Media:Website: nbcc.com/Facebook: facebook.com/nbccnorcoInstagram: instagram.com/nbccnorcoYouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6S-3n9PVnXm8zSPHAYVyGw----------------------------------------If you have any prayer requests or questions, please message us on our social media or send us an email at hello@nbcc.com. You spend time with God by listening. Think of that image of Dolores from Disney's 'Encanto', with her hand up to her ear. That. Just listening. This listening is continuous, that's mediation. When you're listening you're not thinking, that's meditation. And then in the quiet listening, Love is felt. You hear God's silence, and then you feel God's Love. You're gifted His Peace, and then you notice that that too, is continuous! No matter what comes (or goes), this Peace stands. All you have to do is remember to listen for the feeling of Peace, and then that Peace dissolves everything that isn't Peace... help comes, because God is. I Love you, Nik nikki@curlynikki.com Today's Quotes: "...continuous reaching toward the center of our being, will eventually result in the experience of the Christ. In that moment, we discover the mystery of spiritual living: We do not have to take thought for what we shall eat, what we shall drink, or wherewithal we shall be clothed; we do not have to plan; we do not have to struggle. only Christ can live our life for us, and we meet the Christ within ourselves in meditation. The degree to which we attain the experience or activity of the Christ, the presence of the Spirit of God in us, determines the degree of individual unfoldment." -by Joel S. Right now all conflict has ended. All division has ended. The past is dead. The mind is dead. What does a dead mind sound like? What does this Silence feel like? Rumi says it's like a carpet of light being spread out for Him,  being held out for His Presence. At the top of your next inhale,  hold in the Stillness,  and share in His Peace.  And as you exhale, notice that the Stillness is still inside.  The Peace is still within.  But you're not controlling that breath.  You're not the one breathing, you aren't the breath. All of this is happening in You.  This voice, these words are happening in You.  The Silence takes shape as a 'thank you', in you,   I Love you,  nik  Support the show! ▶▶https://www.patreon.com/goodmornings  "I make people what they aren't." - Jesus (The Chosen, Season 4) "Through the sound, the world came into being.  Through the Word, the carpet of light was spread for His Presence." - Rumi "The physical eyes do not see this Nam [Namel, nor do physical ears hear it. Those who remember the Lord as Wahiguru begin to call themselves Sikhs, while those who remember him as Allah call themselves Muslims, and those who remember him as Ram call themselves Hindus. We become so intolerant that it becomes difficult for us even to meet each other. Where this wrangling over words is leading never occurs to us. As I was concerned about the state of my soul, all of a sudden my adorable Jesus came and told me:"My daughter, do not be concerned, for I alone am the beginning, the means and the end of all your desires." With these words I calmed myself in Jesus. May everything be for the glory of God, and may His Holy Name be blessed." -Luisa Piccarreta, Book of Heaven "The path is simple: organize your heart around love and your mind around truth.  This how we live a divine life." -Isha Das "When you listen to sound the very listening is the silence. Silence and sound are not separate." -J Krishnamurti "If it's from God, it'll come with His Peace." -IG @faithfulfootprints "It is by God's Grace that we think of God." -Ramana Maharshi "Do not fear anything; nothing will happen to you against My Will." -Jesus to St. Faustina in Her Dairy "Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong." -2 Corinthians 12

God responds to your prayers in many ways, the first response being Joy and inner Peace.  His Peace. Today I share about my current read/listen, 'Autobiography of a Yogi', and how we're divine roomies in "this place where every thought and breath starts", where every prayer is expressed and answered.  In this place where you practice being Love until Love is all that's left. I Love you, Nik ******God is afoot! I'm writing, and working on something BIG (and very useful) for your practice! I'll share #ListenerFavorite episodes until I return with new ones in Spring! A joy and peace will strike your heart. When that comes, you know that you are communing with God. To utter God with devotion, and increase the concentration and devotion with each repetition of His name, is to plunge the mind deeper and deeper in the ocean of His presence until one reaches the fathomless depths of divine peace and ecstatic joy, the sure proof that one's prayers have touched God."  -Yogananda "A subsistent inner happiness unconditioned by any external influence is evident proof of the responding prsence of God." -Yogananda "From where every thought and breath start. You are that timeless Presence." -Ramana Maharshi

Life IS Jesus Christ Shawn Paul Have you ever wondered what it would be like to just go “all in” for Jesus?  What would that mean for you. Don't worry about what someone else did. Don't worry about somebody else is going to do. Just “knowing” this is what the Lord has called you to do – and then just DO IT. Just go all in… What would that be like? Would you go to a foreign land? Would you teach others about the Word? Would you go into full time ministry? Would you go into becoming a caretaker of a church or church grounds?  Really – the possible ways are endless. The only requirement is – you're doing it for the Lord. Amen! Our guest today has followed that path.  Shawn Paul owned his own construction company. He became successful in real estate, flipping houses and was living the life.  But, he gave it all up to become a full-time missionary, blending his faith and technical skills to impact Central America and around the world, with the Gospel. Amen! He believes you can follow the plan God has for your life and when you walk firmly in your faith, the extraordinary will follow. There is nothing a person cannot do if God has told you to do it. Amen! He is also a podcaster, a radio broadcaster, short term missions leader and is raising up and training pastors through a 2 year Bible College program in partnership with Mark Barklay Ministries. Amen! Shawn has taken a break from all of that to give us a few minutes of his time today… so help me welcome to the program, the founder of “Morning Star Missions,” Shawn Paul. Amen!  Shawn it is so good to finally get you to sit down for a minute and come on the program! I do appreciate it! First question I always start with is this. Other than that brief information I just shared, can you tell us in your own words, “Who is Shawn Paul?” You're affiliated with Mark Barclay Ministries. Mark Barclay has a great ministry based up in Michigan. That's where I'm from originally. Great man of God. Amen. You're originally from Iowa, I believe I read. You now live in Guatemala as a full time missionary and serving the Lord there. Let's start with your background. Were you always interested in preaching and teaching the Word or did you was it something that evolved over time? I know… I believe… that God has a unique calling for each and every person. He uses our experiences, our pains, our failures and our victories to form us into the person He needs us to be. Your calling started by going into business. God needed you to learn those principles so He could use you later. How did God lead you to start your business and how did that evolve over the years? Living in a foreign land is not easy. I know… I lived three years in Korea. It is also enjoyable, exciting and all of that. But there are challenges. My unique calling is to minister to the people of my own land…God specifically used Ezekiel chapters 2 and 3 to call me into the ministry. That evolved into ministering to the world through the Internet and to help others do the same. I know…I love what I do, despite the challenges. How does God give you His Peace in knowing you are doing, right now, exactly what He needs you to be doing? How do you “know that you know that you know?” Tell us about your podcast, “Life is Jesus Christ” podcast. How long have you been podcasting? How often to you release new episodes? Shawn, this has been so interesting. If someone would like more information on you or your ministry, or possibly would like to get you on an interview like this – how can they do that? How can they get in touch with you? You also have a support page on your website for the ministry work. Amen!  I'll put that link in the show notes as well. Folks, the work like Shawn Paul is...

You feel that you have lived, have loved, have rejoiced and sorrowed; but I say to you, that which has seemed of such importance was only as the threads of silken web drawing ing you up to Me. Your life shall unfold. You are, as it were, but at the beginning of that which never began. The page lies fresh and white before you even as does the new day. Old things shall rule you no more. Old ways shall tempt you no more. You shall go on and up the sunlit lit path with Me. If at times you seem to be back again and the old familiar ways seem to take possession of you, only turn within and know that the One who dwells on the throne of your heart is after all that which is eternal. As you do your work, as you meet My children on the path, you will be love-filled and understanding, for it shall be the Christ in you who sees and works. All things shall be done with Me and by Me, and all your day shall be made a thing of beauty. Never shall you want, and never shall you lack, for I know not either state. If one is real the other must be false, for what is real denies its opposite. There is no choice in vision but this one. What you decide in this determines all you see and think is real and hold as true. On this one choice does all your world depend, for here have you established what you are, as flesh or spirit in your own belief. If you choose flesh, you never will escape the body as your own reality, for you have chosen that you want it so. But choose the spirit, and all Heaven bends to touch your eyes and bless your holy sight, that you may see the world of flesh no more except to heal and comfort and to bless."-A Course in Miracles, Lesson 31"I am a voice throughout time, spoken by few, and unheard by many. At times lost or forgotten, later recovered, but I persist eternally, for I am Truth. And Truth is That which never changes.  Attend to me, for I am consciousness in all matter."-Gayatree Revelation, an excerpt from Yoga Sutra 19   Episode 231- Choose the SpiritSupport the show
