There's nothing wrong with medical treatments in most cases for others, sometimes it doesn't serve a good cause at all due to profit-oriented however for some majority is injustice at the worst since not everyone can afford to pay the private hospital prices if not public facilities. Some time as a guardian or parent we are going to find ourselves dealing with eating disorders from our children and wisdom, accurate information can be the key to resolving these issues especially professional help from a qualified medical practitioner. I believe need to look at the causes rather than the symptoms and so easy to jump into conclusion for most of the people when coming in addressing Diabetes. There's also a myth that some individuals think or believe if they exercise their Diabetes will go away or symptoms will become less. Well, the truth is that answering this myth is yes and no since exercise is not the cause or insulin resistance and yes for sure lack of it can contribute to type 2 Diabetes however it's more than just exercise or being active.
It can be hard sometimes to tell why I'm feeling low or stressed especially knowing-doing almost every at your best level and found yourself not improving. Then in this episode I highlight a few things that you can learn, do and start adjusting with your Dr or other qualified health practitioners.
The notion of treating the mind while not paying much detail to what's happening inside the body or gut have left so many mental health practitioners confused, diagnosing or prescribing wrong medication due to malnutrition or chemical imbalances that can be corrected by exercise, prescribing certain multivitamin, minerals which are beneficiary in balancing brain chemicals balance include gut. I'm just curious how many antidepressants are prescribed for individuals who once address malnutrition most symptoms disappeared or resolved? We now know that the gut is the second brain of the body and if enzymes, enough acidity levels or bile not produced the body will not process most nutrients well include creating malabsorption.
I could imagine how often we write things like: Who we need to meet today/tomorrow? Where? What time? What do you need to bring? I believe that the body needs the same documentation towards being healthy, understood or fed with its own needs. Our bodies have a clock, wisdom, self-healing process and the question we should be asking ourselves most times is: Are we paying attention? Are we following up? With what are we following up? If not why and when? How long the problem is been going? Have you committed to working on yourself and health lately if not so why?
In this episode, I get to share how Covid-19 have kept me awaken or trying to find answers while dead was haunting me too. I end up cross-questioning both of them if they're from the same family or they speak the same language. We all going to have this conversation silent or openly with ourselves or others and worse scenario no closure or justification can be made since is a process.
