Today I chat all things perfectionism and its link to food! This is a topic I can completely resonate with, having my own experiences with my diet to be 100% "perfect" and striving to eat the most "healthiest" out of everyone I knew! I discuss what perfectionism really is and how these tenancies and traits can translate over to food and how we eat! I explain how this can play out and what perfectionism with food looks like and how we can begin to stray away from the constant need for our diets to be perfect.
