During the healing process we go through lots of different emotions but one that stands out is fear. It's natural to be in fear of the change but in this episode I will help you understand that fear and why continuing to move forward in the process is very necessary and that there is a happy place on the other side.

Atelophobia is an anxiety disorder driven by an excessive fear of making mistakes or being imperfect. Atelophobia often shows up as extreme self-consciousness, self-criticism, and perfectionism and can increase the risk of mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues.
Philophobia is the fear of falling in love or forming emotional attachments. The term originates from the Greek words ‘philo' (love) and ‘phobia' (fear), essentially translating to a fear of love. This condition is not just about a slight hesitation or nervousness about relationships; it is a powerful and often overwhelming fear that can prevent people from forming any romantic connections at all.
