He will be embarking on an adventure exploring more physical types of labor.  Leslie has been researching Dandelion Extract tea.  A full-bodied coffee alternative, without the caffeine.  Peter will try the tea and react to it the next episode.   Leslie is excited about the future as she embarks on a new journey post-graduation.  But first, an international trip.

    Welcome to the Mental Debriefing Podcast page!  This is a podcast started on June 1, 2018 by Peter Tam and Leslie Q.  Peter Tam is a REALTOR® in Chino Hills while Leslie Q is a Grad Student studying to be a Dietian and nutritionist.  We are friends and former coworkers who thought it would be a good idea to start a podcast and expose the world to our wonderful ideas. This podcast will be about self improvement, finding yourself, book reviews, some thoughts on current events and MMA Talk.  Also some Nutrition as well as Real Estate talk. We also discuss specifically on this episode some of the pros and cons of our increased dependence on social media.  Less vocal interaction is not a good thing.
