We are grateful to the body, that continues to work for us even when it is tired, sick, or injured. We thank the skin, muscles, bones, blood, and heart. We feel the love of consciousness and allow ourselves to rest deeply in the here and now. Inspired by Charlie Morley.
We embrace the stillness of the present moment allowing everything to be just as it is. We come home – to a presence that is always here. Nothing special needs to happen. We don't want to achieve a specific experience, but simply be with "this." Being in the here and now allows us to recognize that love and suffering connect us all. Inspired by Henry Shukman.
If tenderness is at the center of our meditation practice, it gently opens us to love, compassion, and serenity. It broadens our hearts and leads us to the deep realization that our true nature consists of the unity of wisdom and infinite compassion.
Letting go of thoughts and feelings can be a liberating experience. We acknowlege them, recognising that they arise and fade within the vast expanse of awareness.
We can shape our lives by changing our thoughts. Rather than reacting impulsively, we can enable our entire being to ease into experiencing joy, peace, and serenity. Intention serves as a guiding light toward a life-affirming path that our minds can embrace. It aids us in releasing the grip of beliefs and behaviors that color our perceptions. Inspired by Liam Gillen.
This guided meditation helps to relax both body and mind. It grounds you in the here and now, encouraging you to reflect on your day with a sense of calm and serenity. It invites you to set intentions for yourself, others, and the world.
To capture—or recapture—the stillness of that first moment of wakefulness this short guided meditation focuses on clarity, stability, and presence. You can listen to this morning meditation while still in bed or anytime you're looking to center yourself in the present and find some clarity and stability.
Compassion is important for our happiness, health, and relationships. It enables us to respond to suffering with understanding, patience, and kindness. Self-compassion means treating ourselves with understanding in difficult times.
To feel ourselves fully, we sense the emotional and sensory perceptions in the body. We inhabit it and can accept ourselves as we are. When we connect with the space around us, we can interact with others without losing ourselves. It feels like coming home.
We have experienced events that seem physically and mentally overwhelming. Even if they occurred long ago, our body still reacts as if it were happening right now. By mindfully touching the body, we learn to calm ourselves and experience inner peace. We are taking care of ourselves. Inspired by Bessel van der Kolk.
Yoga Nidra meditation is practiced in a lying down position. We will follow a series of breathing exercises and a body scan. We welcome whatever happens without judgement, allowing the body and mind to let go of stress and relax deeply. Inspired by Amrit Desai.
The stream flows through well-worn banks in the countryside. We let our thoughts and feelings drift on it like leaves and observe how they flow with the current. Instead of identifying with them, we view them from a distance. This perspective frees us from the carousel of thoughts.
In this contemplation, we aim to allow difficult emotions to surface. By asking questions we confront shame. We can embrace our imperfections with self- compassion. Without reacting or judging, we can open our hearts, acknowledge or even accept our shame, by trusting in our inner goodness.
A Guided Meditation On Dying by Stephen Levine. Read by Gerald Blomeyer, Shakuhachi flute improvisation by Michael McNamara, with permission of Ondrea Levine. The light body animates the heavy body. We can leave the heavy body behind and float freely as consciousness. With the first breath pure awareness re-inhabites pure form. We are born again into the body to bring mercy and healing to the injured world, taking birth for the benefit of all sentient beings.
Sometimes it is difficult to relax. There may be physical, mental, and emotional reasons for this. Yoga Nidra, the yogic sleep, helps us to let go deeply by following the natural functions of our mind. Inspired by Jennifer Piercy,
Relaxing our mind helps to relax the body. Every smile softens the muscles of the face and helps calm the nervous system. By letting go for just a short while, you will experience trust, more physical energy and mental clarity. Relaxing is also an exercise in self-compassion. Being in touch with the joys of childhood can help in challenging times.
A body scan naturally helps us to let go of thinking and encourages us to deeply relax. This podcast gently guides us from the physical to our subtle body and into sleep. With thanks to Steven Levine.
Pauses help us to interrupt our constant thinking. When the thinking energy subsides, it leaves a gap in which we feel our experiential body.
Emotional pain blocks our compassion. Trusting starts when we trust ourselves. This is also the key to loving ourselves, our connection with others, and our creativity.
Meditation is about letting go of control. Concentration is a discipline, a way of controlling our experience. Meditation is about letting be and welcoming everything as it is.
Compassion helps us to accept others as they are. When we are angry with someone, we are reacting to the memory of something that we feel was done to us. If we can meet difficult people with compassion, they absorb our minds less.
Feeling the body helps us to relax. We are aware of everything that arises in it. We can observe the breath, sounds and sensations coming and going. By welcoming everything our mind remains balanced. There is nothing to achieve or any struggle. We are simply aware, welcoming every experience that arises in the body.
When we listen deeply, we hear sounds, music, our own voice, and others attentively. We receive them as they are, without interpreting. If our minds are distracted or reactive, we can neither hear ourselves nor others. Deep listening means being open and to respect what we hear with both compassion and kindness. By hearing with clarity and without judgment we open up and experience what it means to be present.
Stories stimulate us in ways that pure facts do not. They create our reality. Fear of the unknown is such a story that we tell ourselves. It seeks validation. That can reinforce our fear, making us feel helpless and overwhelmed. However, once we realize that fear is a story that appears in consciousness, we can begin to let go of the negative spiral, discovering the love that we really are.
Our eyes offer us a paradise of shapes and colours. In this meditation, we feel grateful for this and allow them to rest deeply. By directing our attention mindfully we experience how the eyes, the face, the whole body and finally the mind relaxes. Everything may be as it is.

Just allow images and themes of the individual life phases "pop up" spontaneously, to discover and become aware of the life themes on a meta-level. Not recommended for people suffering from trauma.
This imaginative journey takes you to a film studio where you are both directing and starring in a film about your life. There you will meet and maybe even integrate your inner critic. The journey invites you to feel safe, comfortable, and to take control of your life.

Curiosity strengthens our attention, enabling change and development. By asking “What is this?“ we are not looking for an answer. We are just open to what is happening when we think and experience. We feel no need to know or judge anything. Questioning changes the quality of how we perceive ourselves and the world.
Ariadne is the mistress of the labyrinth. She accompanies us on the journey through life from birth to spiritual awakening. She saves the future king of Athens, Theseus, by leading him out of a labyrinth. When he deserts her, she is heartbroken. By connecting with Mother Earth she transforms her pain, recognizing the divine feminine and love as her true home. written and read by Gerald Blomeyer and Jocelyn B. In Greek mythology the beautiful princess Ariadne saves Theseus on the island of Crete by guiding him out of a labyrinth with a thread. When he abandons her, she transforms herself and ends up marrying the God Dionysos. This story is about heart- break, true love and trust in relationships. And, when things turn sour, whether we should continue holding on to what is lost or let go?
In this meditation we aim to get in touch with and appreciate the life force of our inner child. By accepting all of its aspects, both positive and negative, we can appreciate and love ourselves. However, as there is always more than one way of looking at an experience, we want to reinterpret the negative aspects positively. It can help us to dissolve the relationships with those that are not good for us.
The great heroine of Greek mythology is Psyche, whose name means "soul". The Latin writer Lucius Apuleius told her story in the novel "The Golden Ass". Her challenging adventures and her marriage to Cupid, the God of Love, is a relationship that begins in darkness and ends in joy.
Criticism can be constructive. In comparison, however, the judgemental voice of the inner critic condemns everything we do. What ever happened becomes a personal fault or a failure. Believing this voice ensnares us and is depressing, separating us from the people we love. By changing the perspective from the narrow thinking mind to wide open consciousness, self-criticism can no longer affect us. Instead of seeing the world and ourselves full of flaws, we can appreciate life and feel connected to everything.
Loving starts by accepting ourselves as we are, including our suffering and our happiness at the same time. Taking care of ourselves, gives us the self-confidence to share our love and light with others, and welcome them sharing theirs with us. This is a powerful way to increase peace, happiness and healing in us and in the world.
Grief is a natural reaction of the heart to loss. By allowing ourselves to be touched by the pain of grief, we deeply touch deep the vulnerability in our hearts. The deeper the love was, the greater the grief. In this meditation, we welcome them both. To help heal the suffering, we lovingly open our hearts, feeling compassion for ourselves and all beings. Many people are searching for something to make them feel whole. However, in meeting the depth of our being we can recognise that we are already complete. We are love and always aware. By letting go of thoughts and concepts, we can bond with the clear and creative energy of our awareness. The mind's openness is its empty nature, where we can only surrener, as there is nothing to hold on to. By trusting and letting go, we connect with the source of cognition, compassion and joy.
By letting everything be as it is, we can open ourselves to the fullness of the moment. We experience the activities of our mind as a manifestation of its luminous nature. In this wide field we feel confindence, love and trust.
Our constantly changing thoughts and feelings distract us. By connecting with the timeless consciousness, we can open our mind and relax. Then we direct our attention to focus on what is important to us.
We cannot ignore loneliness. If we feel lonely and separated, we have forgotten that we are part of the whole. If we embrace loneliness with loving awareness, we can overcome the pain of feeling separated. Then we both feel connected to others and can enjoy our own company.
The young girl Aura Lea discovers a song-loving dragon living in the grassy hills above her home. The two become friends. When the dragon is discovered by the villagers, they send for St George to rid them of it. The girl introduces St George to the dragon. They decide that St George harmlessly spears the dragon. St George then proclaims that it has been tamed, and the people accept the dragon. Aura has gained self-confidence and trust in life.
Long, long ago the Woman was able to tame the Man and to tame the Wild Dog, Horse, and Cow, and how the Wild Cat, the wildest of all the wild animals, remains independent to this very day. This bedtime story, written by Rudyard Kipling, was published in 1902 as a part of the “Just So Stories” together with his illustration.
Fierce compasion uses anger to motivate us to transform the negative into the positive. By saying “No”, we can stand up for our values and set clear boundaries, thus maintaining respect for ourselves and others. It allows self-confidence arise within us.
Thoughts and stories that arise from fear usually keep you in fear and anxiety. By letting go, we can open up to our true nature, a boundless, open mind, that knows neither fear nor limitations. A key is to allow yourself to feel the emotions as they appear, so they can gently dissolve into the light of the open, welcoming consciousness.
Everything is changing and the inner critic's voice is loud. By accepting that nothing really fulfilling is going to come from within our comfort zones, we can step out of them. This is scary but worthwhile. You are both an individual and a part of the whole. The world sees you when you see yourself first. Connection and love are the foundation of your next step.
This guided lying down meditation connects us to the Earth. We feel its energy in our body, and release all tensions and concepts. This allows us to relax and to “sink” deeply without effort. By letting go again and again, we surrender to our awareness, experiencing balance with Nature.
Seeing the world through the eyes of the heart, you experience your true nature. This guided meditation is a journey into the depth of your consciousness, allowing you to feel relaxed, open and aware. It was inspired by Geshe Michael Roach.
We can only hear a sound or silence because of our awareness. As the sound passes, the knowing of it remains. The nature of awareness is distinct from its sensory and mental contents. Happiness is inseparable from understanding of consciousness.
This meditation contains sounds of a heartbeat. Connecting our breath with our heartbeat has a deeply calming effect on body and mind. We synchronise the rhythm of five beats with our inhalation and exhalation. We feel compassion for ourselves and with the world.
We experience fear as worry or doubt. On the basis of peace, clarity and compassion we can transform it into courageous actions. Courage is the key to enjoying life.
