As other states, especially in the south, scramble to ban abortion, Nevada lawmakers are moving in the opposite direction. Senate Bill 179, also known as the Trust Nevada Women Act, will decriminalize abortion as well as  remove a requirements for doctors to document a pregnant woman's marital status and tell her about the "emotional implications" of an abortion.
