This Osteopathic Life seeks to expand the understanding and application of osteopathic philosophy to serve as guiding principles for a cultural revolution grounded in love and humanity

Noticing when you are missing the bottom and your container has become a conduit - and the importance of creating that space as a reservoir for YOU first, with redistribution as a conscious option rather than automatic, and deleterious, outflow

Exploring the birds in yoga and beyond, finding the way through to clear clutter that inhibits the energetic flow body, mind, and spirit - as an act of healing and an action from the process of healing.

Timeline of Thanksgivings past and present - with perspective spacious enough for holding tradition with truth and evolution of experience

Noticing when we tip from overwhelmed and overcoming to overwhelmed and under water - and declaring for ourselves- I no longer accept these conditions - watching what changes when we reclaim authority over our lives.

Brighter than the sun - in the seasons where light is available - recognize the intensity, sustainability, location, and impact of your brilliance and let your light freely shine, knowing it is there even on the cloudiest of days.

A satisfying Sunday recap and review of what it means to be well supported in partnership - the practice of receiving within and to safely expand capacity.

Readying self to receive all the abundance that abounds - complete with awareness of wants, needs, and deservedness of it all.

Abandoning perfection in exchange for the liberation of excellence - with an invitation to enjoy the process and expand the outcome.

Practicing doing with purpose, delegating with perspective, and discerning what is meaningful in our day.

Noticing where we begin, end, how we arrive, when we exceed expectations or struggle to engage them, and how connection can transcend all nature of endings.

Noticing patterns and the power of practice - to show us significance, space to change and the importance of pliability to engage effectively with our environment.

Less - more - don't start - never stop - what if the boundaries of enough could make it all work more effectively, efficiently and with sustainable energetics?

Swapping a letter and changing the whole experience as we welcome in the season for all it has to offer without bridling it with unreasonable (or unseasonable) expectations and behaviors.

Considering if our focus is on always attempting to feel better...or if we can welcome getting better at feeling - and see how the latter welcomes the former in.

Past experience as information for inspiration, allowing the feeling witnessed to guide the path through.

Past performances...of other, but also from self, can lead us to feel intimidated or inhibited - but what if they simply offered inspiration to inform the present moment and future potential from a place of welcome!

Marking new beginnings with a return - to self, to core, to concept, and to a lifetime of expansion.

Mindful communication without manipulation - awareness, trust-based, welcoming words that invite conversation, creativity, and even conflict with boundaries - reset expectations, energy and engagement through your outreach.

When we are conditioned to live, act, achieve, produce to earn our place, worthiness, and lovability on this journey and finally recognize that we can live and work out of meaning, purpose, joy, and find profit in that which is the alignment of our soul.

Recognizing strength and power of the spiral in life - arriving to similar situations with new perspective and the opportunity to process for transformation and enrichment of life's brilliant experiences

Finding our way to wholeness through integration - of all we are, have been, wish to be - internally and in community - you can be the path to your own completion!

Allowing for resonance, reality, clear perspective and open possibility to guide processing of feelings for optimal power and prosperity. Welcome the experience for all and trust within to lead the way!

She is the co-author of the book “Made For More 2”, which was a bestseller on Amazon. Dr. Mary was working and charting after hours many nights and weekends until life coaching transformed her life. She is now going home at least 2.5 hours earlier than before, with all her clinical work completed for the day. From the depths of her own experience, Dr. Mary founded Shining With Gratitude MD. Her passion and mission is to guide other physicians through their unique situations — so they can feel better, have more time outside of their clinical work, regain control and have more clarity. Her hope is for physicians to rediscover joy in life and in medicine. Dr. Mary believes that if physicians can enjoy practicing medicine again, they can take better care of their patients. Through renewal, they can shine brighter for their families and all the lives they touch.
