Zoom - what allows you to meet with your client either on a video or audio call. You can record this meeting and send it out to your new client once it renders.   Your Google Calendar which integrates with both Acuity Scheduling and Zoom to ensure all changes are updated in real time on both your client’s and your calendars.   Dochub- which allows you to create templates of agreements, contracts and other important documents that require signatures and send them out to your clients easily and efficiently. Dochub will even continue to send your clients reminders until the documents are finalized.
