June is a significant time for business, preparing from end of financial year, may seem tedious and difficult, however, this pales in comparison to the challenges faced by our homeless population on cold and wet winter nights. This year was my fourth year participating in the CEO Sleepout, which to me is an opportunity to be a part of something that raises both funds and awareness for the vulnerable in our community. The Saint Vincent de Paul Society, often referred to as Vinnies, is an organisation giving the Australian homeless population a hand up, not a hand out. With 60,000 members and volunteers in Australia, Vinnies has helped change lives of those in need since 1854. In today's episode, I speak to a number of participants and volunteers at the CEO Sleepout. I share the stories and motivations from some of the people who are passionately and actively working to help reduce homelessness; to help us consider what other things we can do to help support this worthy cause. Recorded LIVE from the Adelaide CEO Sleepout. ---- If you haven't yet donated to Amelia's fundraising for Vinnies, it's not too late! Head to the www.ceosleepout.org.au and search for Amelia Veale in the search bar. All donations, big and small are greatly appreciated and help make a difference.  ----- The Be The Drop podcast is brought to you by Narrative Marketing, the Brand Storytelling Superheroes! If you're wondering how to approach your content marketing, don't worry; you're not alone. Many people are overwhelmed by the number of channels and sheer volume of content they think is required to connect.  Our approach is to create one central report that maps out the key elements of your content strategy, we call it the Gold Report because it's worth its weight in gold! One central location for all your critical content data, our Gold Report matches target audience(s) and content themes to key business goals. It identifies relevant keywords, content channels and visual media to take the headache out of regularly producing content. Does your content strategy do the same? In today's episode of Be The Drop, Narrative Marketing's Wordsmith Jojo Furnival and I chat about the value of a content strategy, the latest Facebook algorithm changes, and we reveal some of the secrets behind creating a Gold Report of your very own.
