Ole Miss athletics director Keith Carter would like to expand the capacity of Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.But Carter and the Rebels aren't stopping there. The university last week issued a request for proposal for a mixed-use development around the stadium similar in concept to The Battery Atlanta.
