Fighting Cravings and staying consistent with your nutrition or any other practice that you have can be difficult even stressful. Creating a plan that you can execute on consistently with little to no barriers can help you see progress and continue to make positive changes toward what it is that you want to accomplish. This episode I speak with my wife and a friend on hers on creating a plan that allows you to stay consistent and how this will help combat those cravings in the middle of a busy work day/week. Believe it or not, the next day after an event or holiday is oftentimes harder to get through than the actual event. Why? Because during the event we had our guard up, we wanted to prove we were stronger than food, we didn't want others to see us fail. And we tend to do better than we or anyone else around us expected.But then we wake up the next morning and those strong walls are down and we feel that we deserve just a taste when no one is watching. Just a lick. The cravings and justifications grow fast and we decide we were so good the day before, that all the foods we said no to will cover the foods we say yes to today.Don't go there.
