Tram Crash Revisited!

Conversation Street

Fifteen years ago this month, Coronation Street reinvented what a soap event week could be, sending a speeding tram hurtling off the viaduct and straight into the Corner Shop, its tail end crashing down on The Kabin. We honestly don't know how they could have gone bigger to celebrate the show's 50th anniversary, and even now, that spectacular week still stands as one of Corrie's greatest achievements. And yet, despite all that, we'd never rewatched those episodes… until now. So, to mark a decade and a half since John clobbered Charlotte with a hammer, since Sally left Molly beneath the rubble, and since Rita was bombarded with a barrage of bonbons, we've finally revisited the tram crash week in all its explosive glory. In this episode of the podcast, we talk through our reactions. Did it live up to our memories? Which moments had slipped our minds altogether? And is it still a must-watch for newer cobbles converts? We dig into all this and more in a packed, high-voltage discussion!

On our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Coronation Street shown between the 24th and the 28th November (Episodes #11,729 - 11,734). This week, every Swarla fan's worst nightmare comes true as Carla finally walks out on Lisa, her patience with Becky's constant interference pushed beyond breaking point. Lisa's habit of siding with her undead wife certainly isn't a great look - so does she deserve some serious grovelling time in the weeks ahead, or is any of her behaviour even slightly justified? There's more relationship turmoil for Todd and Theo too, as things take a violent turn and a shaken Todd ends up in A&E - still showing no sign of having the strength to walk away from his abusive partner… Also this week, Carl and Ryan clash over who's second in command at the hotel, Chesney catches Fiz sneaking off for some much-needed R&R, and Asha begins to piece her life back together. For this week's Kabin segment, we've tracked down all the places you can see past Corrie cast member in panto this Christmas, and we finish off the show with a spot of feedback. On our latest episode of the podcast, we chat about what went on in Corrie between the 17th and the 21st November (Episodes #11,717 - 11,722). We all saw the fall out with George coming after Theo unplugged poor Todd's phone last week, but for many viewers, it didn't make those scenes at the end of Monday's episode any less heartbreaking. And as for Theo forcing Todd to play the welcoming host to Pete of all people on Wednesday... We've got a lot to say about this story this week for sure! Meanwhile, Carl makes it clear that he sees no future for him and Abi if Alfie is part of the equation - will it soon be time to say Auf Wiedersehen to Kev's brother, and will Abi learn about his liaisons with James before he goes? Also this week, Carla snaps when she thinks that Becky's had her arrested, Sally reckons she's got some dirt on Tricia and Roy reveals he's writing to people in prison - but do we already know the identity of any of his pen pals? Up next on the podcast it's The Kabin, and we take a look at the characters that Corrie and Emmerdale fans can pick from to meet up in the crossover. We round off the show with your thoughts on the David and Shona special episode in feedback. Street Talk - 00:16:06 The Kabin - 02:13:51 Feedback - 02:26:14

On this podcast, we talk about all things Corrie that took place between the 3rd and the 7th November (Episodes #11,705 - 11,710). With the grown-up Driscolls' feet already very much under the (incredibly large) Rovers backroom table, this week's trip to Weatherfield saw the arrival of the final member of the clan: runaway son Will, whose disappearance at the start of the week was very much the talk of the pub - but did Corrie do enough to keep viewers who'd never even met the kid before engaged? Meanwhile, Becky continues to refuse to take no for an answer, stepping up her game in her attempts to lure Becky and Lisa back to Spain with her, plus a shady conversation with Costello gives sheds a  bit more light on the circumstances surrounding Tia Wardley's demise. Also this week, the identity of Hope's troll is revealed, Carl continues to gaslight Debbie, and Cassie and Tracy are still at each other's throats - is this still entertaining, or is it getting a bit tired by this point? After Street Talk, the Kabin segment sees us bumbling through our initial reactions to the news that ITV is potentially going to be bought out by Sky - a topic that we admittedly don't have the best understanding of, but we do our best to explain the situation and correct a few misconceptions! That's followed by the feedback segment, where we read more of your initial views of the street's latest family. Street Talk - 00:18:09 The Kabin - 02:08:42 Feedback - 02:30:35

The changing of the guard at the Rovers is always a momentous occasion, but this one truly feels like the start of a fresh era for the show. Eva Price is back - and she's brought her new family with her! You won't be surprised to hear that we've got a lot to say about the new arrivals, and on the whole, we're feeling extremely positive. Elsewhere on the Street, Carla returns from Ireland with the knives out for Becky – but can she get her to back off Lisa before it's too late? Also this week, Hope thinks she's uncovered the identity of her troll, Carl takes the brunt of Kev's anger, and Cassie lands herself a new job. Up next on the podcast it's The Kabin, and Jane Danson's hitting back at reports that she's been fired from Corrie. On this episode, we chat about what went on in Corrie between the 6th and the 10th October (Episodes #11,687 - 11,692). A brand new story kicked off this week with Tim at the centre, as he bumped into a familiar face from the past. But when Brian discovers just how close the pair once were, and how young Tim was at the time, he's left questioning some uncomfortable truths about their relationship. Elsewhere, Ronnie's birthday celebrations take a dramatic turn when the truth about Abi and Carl's affair comes out, leaving the Webster family in tatters. Also this week, Theo continues his manipulation of Todd Asha's found unconscious with an empty bottle of pills, and George and Christina go out on their first date. Not a lot of news this week (plus we're absolutely knackered when recording after a busy day behind the scenes at Corrie - more on that very soon!) so we give The Kabin a swerve and round the show off with a bit of feedback.

On our 700th episode of the podcast, we share our thoughts on what went on in Corrie between the  29th September and the 3rd October (Episodes #11,681 - 11,686). She's been a firm favourite of the podcast since her 2014 return, but this week we bid a fond farewell to Jenny, who jetted off from Weatherfield to start a new life in Tenerife. We'd known her exit was coming for a while - but was it a send-off worthy of a character of Jenny's calibre, or did it leave us wanting more? Also this week, Todd, Theo and co hit Manchester's Gay Village in some brilliantly directed scenes that exposed a secret from Theo's past - and revealed just how dark he can be. Meanwhile, Debbie discovers the truth about her brother's affair, Bethany makes her return to Weatherfield after yet another career disaster, and Asha considers quitting her paramedic course. On our latest podcast, we have a natter about the episodes of Coronation Street shown in the UK between the 19th and the 26th September 2025 (Episodes #11,673 - 11,680). It's a bumper Street Talk this week as we dive into four hours of Corrie drama! Things kick off with the Carl and Abi affair, which steps up a gear when Kevin finds himself unceremoniously dumped by his cheating wife. Could the big reveal – and maybe even the end of this saga (please?!) – finally be on the horizon? Elsewhere, in a twist nobody saw coming, Noah suddenly drops dead – but were there suspicious circumstances, and might this tragedy push Theo back into Danielle's arms? Meanwhile, Asha remembers she had a big episode last month that perhaps deserves a follow-up, Becky makes a play to needle her way back into Betsy's life, and Ollie causes intrigue by showing an unexpected interest in Toyah on Friday. Now what on earth could that be about? There may have only been two trips to Weatherfield this week, but Monday's bombshell was enough to keep us talking for just as long as a regular podcast! Becky Swain is alive! A lot of us had seen it coming, but it was certainly a shock that it happened quite so soon. You may have already heard our initial reactions on the podcast we released earlier this week, so how did we feel about Becky's explanation for where she'd been all this time? On this week's podcast, we share our thoughts on what went on in Corrie between the 1st and the 5th September (Episodes #11,659 - 11,664). All in all, a pretty good set of episodes for Corrie this week, with some lovely, sweet scenes in the Swarla story as we finally get that proposal that we've been building up to for weeks. And so close to getting some solid answers to the Becky Swain mystery too - although not only are we leaning a lot more to the side of 'she's still alive' now, we've got a feeling that Roy might have even bumped into her in the hospital... Also this week, Theo takes out his anger on Todd after a tough mediation session with Danielle and Noah - but is there really any excusing his behaviour? Elsewhere on the cobbles, Debbie attempts a coup on the dementia choir, Carl enlists Brody and Dylan for a spot of car thievery and Christina opens up to George about how much she's struggling since Dom's death - but is it all just an act? On our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Coronation Street shown in the UK between the 25th and the 29th August (Episodes #11,653 - 11,658). Sorry, we couldn't help it - this episode does get somewhat ranty towards the beginning thanks to Corrie's insane decision to publish spoilers about the massive twist in Friday's episode first thing in the morning, thus ruining the surprise for anyone foolish enough to scroll social media rather whilst munching on their Weetabix rather than switching straight to ITVX. And it was a great twist too! Definitely something that we're interested in seeing the fallout from at Number 13... Anyway, that wasn't even the main focus of the week - that particular spotlight, of course, falls on Asha, who had a bit of a mare of a day to flash back to on Monday, and on the same week that we're saying goodbye to the lovely Aadi, too! Also this week, Theo ramps up his control of Todd when he bans him from seeing Billy, whilst over at the Rovers - praise be! - Christina's back in town, and Jenny's feeling more than a little suspicious of her motives...  Up next on the podcast it's The Kabin, and we chat a bit about Adam Hussain's latest short film, Spice For Life, which made its way onto YouTube this week, and we round off the show with some feedback, including one listener's personal ranking of all the Rovers owners over the years - now that's a discussion we can really get behind! On today's podcast I bring you a conversation that I had with Garry McCarthy outside a busy beer house in Berlin during the Berlin Film Festival, where the movie 'Christy' won the Grand Prix of the Generation 14plus category. While Garry didn't have a starring role in the movie, you could say he was the biggest star of the movie, because his tireless work as the Founder and Creative Director of the Kabin Studio for years and years, can be seen in the performances of some of the main actors as well as the spirit that runs through the whole movie. Danny Power who plays the main character in the movie, Christy, came from the Kabin as well as Jamie Forde, Darren Stewart, Cara Cullen and many of the supporting cast. Much of the music you hear in the movie and is available in the soundtrack came from the Kabin Studio. The movie captures the real stories of life for many in the northside of Cork city and Gary has witnessed these stories for years.  Through his work at the Kabin he empowers young people through music and creativity to find their voices, build their confidence and to feel safe. He says “when you have the right people around you, you can be steered in the right direction” He is one of those people. Enjoy the show Christy opens in Irish cinemas at the end of August. Whilst Abi rated the union 'cracking' and Carl certainly seemed pleased with himself, we can't say we're too pleased about the development ourselves - but is there really ANYONE in this storyline who's side we'd say we were on? Meanwhile, Theo's dark side emerges once more as he exerts his control over Todd. Get out while you can, man - Theo's REALLY not worth it! Also this week, Dee-Dee and James come to an agreement about Laila's parenting that's DEFINITELY not going to run into any issues, Sam gets all environment conscious and the mystery surrounding Becky Swain's death deepens... and we admit it - we're very much intrigued! Meanwhile, Aadi scrambles to keep Dev from uncovering the truth about the staged robbery, Lou braces herself for a likely prison sentence, and Sam mysteriously vanishes during Audrey's birthday party. Could Lily's antics last week be to blame? Not much in the way of Corrie news this week so we give The Kabin a swerve, and finish off with a couple of pieces of listener feedback. On our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Coronation Street shown between the 14th and the 18th July (Episodes #11,617 - 11,622) Another big event episode this week – and yes, another prison break and another hostage situation. This time, it was Mick's turn in the spotlight, but how did it measure up to recent rampages? And did Corrie really need to return to that same well so soon after Rob Donovan's escape? Meanwhile, Lily's got a new head and, with it, a brand new attitude – but was her callousness towards Sam during the school break-in in any way justified? Also this week, Aadi and Brody stage a robbery, there's a gazump-off between Lisa and Carla, and while Gary's head might be healing, his pride has taken a serious hit... Up next, we take a quick trip to The Kabin, where we chat about the competition launches by This Morning to get a Corrie fan's pooch a walk-on part in the show, and we round off the week with more of your feedback.  Street Talk - 00:14:39 The Kabin - 02:37:51 Feedback - 02:44:54

Meanwhile, Betsy makes a discovery about the circumstances surrounding her other mum's death that sets her on a bit of detective work of her own... It was a big week for Lou this week too as she struggles to ingratiate herself to the neighbours - with Maria in particular proving to be a tough nut to crack. Also this week, the grand unveiling of the new look Number 8 (including the welcome return of Vin Diesel the weasel!), Brody has a seizure and Millie confesses she's up the duff - but is it all just a ruse to draw Theo back home? After 25 years on the cobbles, we say a fond farewell to Eileen Grimshaw this week, who, in typical Corrie fashion, jets off to the other side of the world on bit of a whim. And saying goodbye to his mum isn't the only thing on Todd's mind either Millie's unexpected arrival on their doorstep gets Theo's head in a bit of a spin. Also this week, Tim's in Sally's bad books again after he arranges a secret meeting to investigate fostering, Abi gets very close to giving into temptation and Dylan's released from the STC - and he's got a bone to pick with Brody! Also this week, the friends and family of Julie gather to celebrate her life, and are paid a visit by a face from the past! Meanwhile, Carl spots an opportunity to make a bit of cash on the side, Carla plays nursemaid and Brody's out for revenge. Gemma's away this weekend, so we're coming at you early with Episode #680 of the podcast, which covers the goings on in Weatherfield between the 12th and the 14th May (Episodes #11,567 - 11,570) We'll readily admit that we've not really found a whole lot of joy in watching Mick's scenes up to now, but that all changed this week with some very intriguing hints dropped about his past with Kit. And as for the fight on Wednesday's episodes - a triumphant return of Gary's inability to avoid getting seven bells kicked out of him whenever gets on someone's bad side! Highlight of this week though is surely a tie between Glenda's fabulous karaoke stylings and Debbie's drunken antics at the Bistro - both Corrie gold!  Up next on the podcast, it's The Kabin - and all change again at the top as John Whiston steps down from his role as Managing Director of Continuing Drama and Head of ITV in the North - and you'll never guess who's got himself another promotion... On our latest podcast, we chat about the goings on in Weatherfield between the 5th and the 9th May 2025 (Episodes #11,561 - 11,566) A jolly May Day trip to the park takes a heartbreaking turn for Eileen this week when Julie sadly passes away. Though we've been critical in the past of Corrie bringing back this character just to kill her off, we have to admit that it's been an absolute joy seeing her on our screens again - however briefly. Pretty much everything surrounding the aftermath of her death gets a big thumbs down from us, though, from Brian jumping to the wild conclusion that Eileen bumped her off to George's farcical embalming fiasco on Friday. Also this week, Jenny bids farewell to  the Rovers (an even greater tragedy than Julie's death as far as we're concerned!), an intriguing past is teased between Mick and Kit, and James returns to the UK to collect Laila - but is Dee-Dee ready to let her go? On our latest episode of Conversation Street, we chat about the goings on in Corrie between the 14th and the 18th April 2025 (Episodes #11,543 - 11,548) This week saw the confirmation of a theory many fans have been predicting for the past month or so – that Brody is indeed the child of Mick and Lou. That revelation immediately ramped up the drama in Friday's episode, as Sean became the victim of a vicious beating at Mick's hands – but what's this going to mean for Gemma's friendship with the Michaelis? And how will Ronnie react when he finds out Mick's behind what he thinks is a second ginnel attack? Meanwhile, if last week's bombshell that Theo has a wife wasn't enough for Todd, Monday's episode sees him discover that he also has two teenage kids. Can Todd bring himself to walk away from a relationship that's turning out to be far more complicated than he ever imagined? On our latest episode of the podcast, we chat about what went on in Weatherfield between the 7th and the 11th April (Episodes #11,537 - 11,542) This week, the Corrie storyline that's had fans up in arms for the past five months finally kicked off in earnest, as Debbie was told she may have early onset dementia. And no, we're not the least bit surprised that viewers are frustrated – we're right there with you! With Corrie already overflowing with medical dramas in recent years, this latest development feels like one too many… not to mention the heartbreak of potentially having to say goodbye to one of the show's brightest sparks. That said – how incredible was Sue Devaney in Wednesday's episode? If there's any silver lining to this storyline, it's surely the promise of more powerhouse performances to come. But will that be enough to soften the blow? Only time will tell. Also this week, we meet Kevin's shady half-brother Carl (and what an unpleasant first impression that was…), and Todd discovers that his new fella Theo is already married! Yep – a bit of a heavy one all round… Still, at least we had the joyful (and very noisy!) return of little Dorin to lift our spirits. Everyone loves a good hospital scene on Corrie, right? Right...? Oh well, this week, we got a whole bunch of them in any case, with Dee-Dee's traumatic experience as baby Laila comes a little earlier than planned coming front and centre. Will Dee-Dee be able to give her little bundle of joy up, though? And have James' dreams of a loving family unit been cruelly dashed? Meanwhile, Kevin starts his chemotherapy this week, just in case the Bailey story didn't deliver enough medical drama, but at least we also got the delightful scenes with Todd and Theo to fall back on for a bit of levity! Also this week, Christina's back at the Rovers and she's baying for Jenny's blood, Debbie takes a mysterious tumble in the ginnel, and Chesney finally catches up with the viewers by figuring out the identity of the mysterious silver van man. After a tense, six-day standoff since our previous visit to the Street, the hostage action finally picked up again on Tuesday, with Carla and Lisa added to the mix to really dial up the tension as an unhinged Rob threatens to take one of them down with him. Meanwhile, we're feeling extremely smug as our long-held theory about Daisy's involvement in Tom's death is finally proven right - though with the resultant fallout between her and Jenny, it looks like any chance of reconciliation is a long way off. On this week's podcast, we chat about all the drama on the cobbles between the 17th and the 19th March 2025 (Episodes #11,519 - 11,524). When we heard that Rob was returning to the show all those months ago, one thing that we were hoping for above all others was that he'd get some screen time with Tracy, and Corrie certainly delivered on that front this week! After the runaway prisoner turns up in the ginnel to beg his ex-fiancée for help, Tracy finds herself looking down the barrel of a gun - will she get out alive, and what will next week's episodes bring for Carla and Lisa? On our latest podcast, we have a natter about the episodes of Corrie shown in the UK between the 3rd and the 7th March 2025 (Episodes #11,507 - 11,512). It seems that barely a fortnight can go by at the moment without Corrie treating us to a big, hyped up episode, and after the stabbing, the fire and the kidnapping, this Wednesday saw David counting down the hours to his own demise in a desperate attempt to get Harvey off his back. We're not sure what was faster, to be honest - Andy careening down Rosamund Street towards the heavy-hearted hairdresser or David's rash decision that this was the only way out of the hole he's found himself in, but we had plenty of thoughts about how the episode played out, including poor Daisy's inclusion. On our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Corrie shown between the 24th and the 27th February 2024 (Episodes #11,501 - 11,506). It was a bit of a barm cake of a week this week, with a fantastic visit to Weatherfield on Wednesday sandwiched between two episodes that really did leave a bit of a bitter taste in our mouths. To learn that such a chirpy, positive character as Julie has returned to the Street after ten years not to inject a ray of sunshine into the sometimes quite bleak world of Weatherfield but to reveal she has stage 4 cancer is one thing, but to then have Kevin be told that his own procedure last week was only partially successful really is a tough pill to swallow. Fortunately, there were still moments in the week we really enjoyed too - Ken's unveiling of Cassie's scheme was really fun to watch, and as much as we can't back Jenny's encouraging Daisy to lie about her baby's father, we couldn't help but get caught up in all the drama there too. So all in all, a very mixed bag this week, but still a lot of fun to chat about! On our latest  podcast, we take a look at the episodes of Coronation Street shown between the 3rd and the 5th February (Episodes #11,483 - 11,488). Although Corrie had to tie up the 'What happened to Amy?' thread and of course throw in a few Carla scenes to appease the hungry fans, the vast majority of the action centred around the fire at the Platts' house this week. If you enjoyed last year's Whodunnits centred around Lauren and Joel, you're in luck because Corrie has dipped into the same well again this week by presenting a number of suspects for the arson - did Abi torch the house to cover her tracks? Leanne to get revenge on her boyfriend-stealing sister? David to claim on the insurance? Or maybe the culprit is a character we may not be supposed to suspect at this point - someone who hasn't yet had the chance to explain their movements in the minutes before that match was tossed through the letterbox...  After exhausting our thoughts and theories about the week's episodes, we take a trip to The Kabin, where we celebrate Corrie's win at the Broadcast Awards, then we hear some listeners' thoughts on the fire in the feedback section.  Street Talk - 00:22:27 The Kabin - 02:42:43 Feedback - 02:51:58

On our latest episode of the podcast, we chat about the drama that unfolded on the cobbles between the 27th and the 29th January 2025 (Episodes #11,479 - 11,482) There were only two visits to Weatherfield this week, but still plenty of drama for us to sink our teeth into, not least the short lived kidnapping drama for Shona on Monday's episode - will Harvey stop at nothing to get his money back from David? Also this week, we were very pleasantly surprised to see Leanne still in full-on bitch mode once more - though that was nothing compared to the shock of her latest bedroom conquest! Meanwhile, Abi continues to spiral downhill, Chesney and Gemma's escape from financial misery comes to an abrupt halt, and Tracy thinks she's found proof that Ken's being fleeced - can Cassie squirm her way away from the spotlight of suspicion? Up next on the podcast, we head to The Kabin, where we check out ITV Reloved's recent Corrie costume sale bonanza and share all the details of Vicky Myers' upcoming appearance at a fan convention. We finish off the show with more of your feedback. Street Talk - 00:18:06 The Kabin - 01:53:36 Feedback - 02:17:38

On our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Corrie shown between the 20th and the 24th January 2025 (Episodes #11,473 - 11,478). Another great week on the cobbles this week, we thought, with some high drama in court, devilishly funny moments from Leanne and Tracy, and a couple of definitely unexpected twists. Sure, there probably weren't many of us who actually thought Lauren would be sent down this week, but was anyone expecting Daisy's mic drop moment at the Rovers quiz? Or what about Ryan's latest conquest? As well as that, we had David the Dog's little life hanging in the balance, Cassie deftly avoiding any kind of recrimination when Daniel tells Ken about what Bertie saw at his party, and even another appearance from Seb! Up next in the podcast, it's The Kabin, where we chat about some criticism Corrie's received recently from a kidney charity over the way it's handled Carla's latest medical drama, and we finish things off with some listener feedback. On our latest episode of the podcast, we chat about everything that went on in Weatherfield between the 13th and the 17th January (Episodes #11,467 - 11,472) Despite dominating our screen time last week, there was relatively little follow-up to the stabbing story this week - at least for the kids involved, that is. Abi, on the other hand, has been having a proper rough old time of it, culminating in yet another ghostly return to the cobbles in the form of Seb! And she's not the only Webster with issues this week either, as Kevin's having problems of own downstairs... Also this week, Lauren's trial kicks off, there's a hostage situation at the prison, and a merging of Barlow storylines sees Cassie and Daniel finding out a few of each other's secrets... Up next on the podcast, we celebrate the birth of Lucy Fallon's new sprog in The Kabin, before hearing about your reactions to the stabbing story in the feedback section. We round off the podcast with our reaction to this week's cast news in a spoilery Kabin Extra. Street Talk - 00:17:54 The Kabin - 03:17:05 Feedback - 03:24:10 Kabin Extra - 03:47:07

On our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Coronation Street shown between the 6th and the 10th January (Episodes #11,461 - 11,466). Wow, what an incredible week that was! After the all-too perfect happy ending that was being built up for Mason last week, we had a feeling that he might not be making it out of Monday's episode alive, but we weren't expecting an episode quite like that. In a sequence that was part dream, part parallel universe, Corrie showed us what might have happened had Dylan not bought that zombie knife a few months back, before ultimately revealing how it actually led to Mason's tragic end. There were powerhouse performances all round as characters reacted to the news of the stabbing, and plenty of discussion was generated relating to who was ultimately responsible for 2024's first death on the cobbles. Not only that, but we also said a fond (and hopefully temporary) farewell to Evelyn as she headed off to university, whilst over at the prison, Bobby has a big request for a familiar face from the past... Next up on the podcast, it's The Kabin, where we take a look at the non-spoilery Corrie news of the week, and we finish things off with more of your fantastic feedback. On our latest episode of the podcast, we chat about what went on in Corrie between the 16th and the 20th December (Episodes #11,441 - 11,446). It may be the season of goodwill an' all, but sorry, we just can't bring ourselves to feel all that charitable about the Lauren story this week, which reared its head again with a fresh batch of misery for the terminally tragic teen. This time, Frankie's being diagnosed with aplastic anaemia - will Dee-Dee step in to help, even if it means keeping her own unwanted baby? Also this week, the word's slowly starting to get out that Daisy was the one who caused Shona's injury last week - though that's nothing compared to the hot gossip that Sally picks up on Friday when she sees Carla and Lisa kissing on the cobbles! Meanwhile, preparations for Gail and Jesse's wedding are in full force, though is Audrey right about her making a massive mistake? Up next, it's The Kabin, and we chat about Lorna Laidlaw's recent appearance on another podcast talking about her time on Corrie, and we round off the show with some more of your feedback. On our latest episode of the podcast, we chat about what went on in Corrie between the 9th and the 13th December (Episodes #11,435 - 11,440). It may have made things a bit tricky when we were writing out the notes for the episode, but there was quite a bit of criss-crossing over of stories this week, which we always enjoy - and even better when drama with the Platts is at the centre of it! Gail and Jesse's wedding plans, Max taking his eye off the ball with Frankie and getting him whisked away by the Deerings, and, of course, all the intrigue surrounding Shona's accident on Monday night made for another explosive week on the cobbles, and we had a great time chatting about our reaction to it all. Not only that, but we also had Daniel and Daisy getting closer again, some brilliant scenes with Evelyn and even a new actor playing little Harry - great stuff! Not really very much in terms of news this week, so we skip over The Kabin section again and finish off with more of your feedback. Street Talk - 00:17:01 Feedback - 02:48:28
