Testing before getting physical is non-negotiable for me — ProDx Health makes it easy. First PASS-certified at-home STI kit, herpes testing included. 15% off: http://prodxhealth.com/discount/tabooIn this episode of Taboo To Truth, I tackle the question I hear from men over 50 more than any other: what do women actually want? Instead of another list of app hacks and texting rules, I go underneath the practical questions to the emotional ones that actually determine whether you build a real relationship or just rack up more first dates. I break down why men are re-entering dating with an outdated playbook, what women over 50 consistently tell me they're looking for, and I give eight concrete tips — from healing before you date to knowing the difference between chemistry and compatibility. I close with the reframe that matters most: dating after 50 isn't about finding the right person, it's about becoming the kind of partner who can build the relationship you actually want.In This Episode:0:00 ProDX Health (STI Testing)1:45 What Women Over 50 Actually Want2:19 The Real Questions Men Are Asking3:15 You're Not Picking Up Where You Left Off4:02 Why Neither Side Is Being Honest4:45 What Women Over 50 Really Say They Want4:58 Tip #1: Heal Before You Date5:32 Tip #2: Build a Life You Genuinely Enjoy6:18 Tip #3: Fix Your Finances First6:52 Tip #4: Get Curious, Ask Better Questions7:27 Tip #5: Be Authentic From Day One8:13 Tip #6: Put Real Effort Into Your Profile8:44 Tip #7: Stop Looking for "The One"9:12 Tip #8: Chemistry vs. Compatibility9:46 The Real Question You Should Be Asking10:30 Final Thoughts & Share This EpisodeWant a deeper look? In hour three of Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, they hold Mike accountable for some hot water our absent host put Stink and Will in. Stink bails on yet another Broncos alumni event. Colin Cowherd laid out where he would take Bo over Lamar Jackson, which has the guys wondering if there’s a changing of the guard in the NFL coming soon and if Bo has a chance to put himself in the Big 3 of NFL QB’s this season. Stink celebrates Stoke getting called into the principal’s office during the break. Will, Stink, and Stoke wrap up the third hour talking about the Nuggets’ quiet offseason.
The Title X Family Planning Program was created in 1970 to fund reproductive health and contraceptive services and remains the federal government's only dedicated source of family planning funding. Since his first term in office, Trump and his administration have repeatedly targeted the Title X Program, most recently by changing the application process for funding. Clare Coleman, President and CEO of the National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association (NFPRHA), joins us to talk about what the latest funding announcement means for Title X and its grant recipients, and the lawsuit that NFPRHA, the ACLU, and FHCCP are pursuing against the Trump administration's blatant contradiction of the Title X statute. Title X-funded programs provide contraceptive services, STI and pregnancy testing, and other crucial preventative and reproductive health services. The new funding announcement changes the process of applying for Title X grants, undermining Title X's statutory mission by giving political appointees the power to decide who even gets considered for funding. This politicization of family planning resources promotes the President's narrow agenda and poses a threat to the millions who rely on Title X-funded clinics and resources. Millions of Americans receive preventive health services such as cancer screenings, diabetes tests, and other essential care without out-of-pocket costs. But recent federal actions involving the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force have raised new questions about how those coverage decisions are made and whether they could change. ASTHO's Andy Baker-White, senior director for state health policy, tells us about his recent Health Policy Update that focuses on the role the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force plays in shaping preventive care recommendations and why those recommendations have become foundational to insurance coverage across the country. The discussion explores the implications of recent legal and administrative developments, including changes to the task force's leadership and new questions about federal authority over its recommendations.Building Public Health Fellowships and Pathways to Employment in California | ASTHOPolicy Institute for STI and Infectious Disease Prevention | ASTHOASTHO Policy Institute Lunch & Learn: Preserving Institutional Knowledge for STI & ID Programs

Petra in Pavla v Osilnici. Te kraje in ljudi ob Kolpi je obiskal nadškof Stanislav Hočevar.
What happens when a public health agency decides to step out from behind the scenes and tell its own story? Jerome Larkin, ASTHO member and director of the Rhode Island Department of Health, talks about the department's “Better State of Healthy” campaign, an effort to help residents better understand the role public health plays in their everyday lives. The campaign highlights the people behind public health and the services that support Rhode Islanders every day. Dr. Larkin discusses the audience research that revealed widespread uncertainty about what health departments actually do, despite generally high levels of trust in the agency. The conversation explores how personal storytelling, community connections, and a diverse workforce can help bridge knowledge gaps and strengthen relationships with residents.Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Improvement | ASTHOPolicy Institute for STI and Infectious Disease Prevention | ASTHOASTHO Policy Institute Lunch & Learn: Preserving Institutional Knowledge for STI & ID Programs

Save 10% on your next Fleshlight with promo code PRIVATE10 at fleshlight.com. For the 265th episode of Private Parts Unknown, host Courtney Kocak welcomes podcaster and comedian Tess Barker. With Louis C.K.'s latest Netflix special, Ridiculous (out June 30th), reigniting debates about accountability, consequences, and redemption, Courtney and Tess tackle one of the thorniest questions of the post-#MeToo era: What do we actually want from people who have committed sexual misconduct? Using Louis C.K.'s comeback as a case study, they explore what accountability should look like, whether people can truly change, what meaningful atonement looks like, how victims should be treated in the aftermath of harm, the role of power and complicity in enabling abuse, the issue of workplace safety, and whether we should separate the art from the artist. This episode is a nuanced, thought-provoking conversation about accountability, rehabilitation, and what justice might look like when there are no easy answers. There has been a lot that has gone on since we last had this group together, and we wanted to cover all of those topics in this episode.Dewey was just running his car Boogie at Gridlife Midwest Fest, and we start off talking about how that all went.Subaru has now announced that they are working 3 new Manual Transmission cars that should be coming out by the end of next year, the most exciting of which is what they are saying will be the production version of the STI Performance B Concept car. But it sounds like they may also be making the STI Transmission (TY85) available in at least some WRX models???What does this all mean, and what will we see here in the US market? We give you our thoughts. Finally, Tanner has picked up a 2005 STI, that is very close to stock, and it is basically a Time Capsule to 2005 (It has been tuned on a V1 AccessPort for the last 19 years). Thanks for watching and Stay Tuned!

Welcome back to another episode of BUTT HONESTLY — the podcast where no question is too personal, no topic is too awkward, and somehow we're all learning things we never expected to know about the human body. This week, it's another packed episode full of butts, bodies, and breaking news.A Booty Gangster from Ukraine shares a deeply personal story about navigating the complicated crossroads of identity, guilt, shame, and sexuality. It's an honest and thoughtful conversation that reminds us how messy, complicated, and very human our relationships with ourselves can be.Meanwhile, another listener wants the guys to weigh in on rosebudding. Yes, that rosebudding. If you've heard the term and immediately regretted Googling it, you're not alone. Dr. Carlton breaks down what it is, what causes it, and why some things are better discussed on a podcast than searched at two in the morning. We also hear from a listener who recently received heart stents and has one very important question: are poppers officially off the menu, or is there still room for a little chemical-enhanced recreation? The answer, as always, is more complicated than the internet would have you believe. In Gimme Headlines, we're covering reports of a newly identified STI outbreak that investigators have traced to a bathhouse in France, proving once again that what happens in a bathhouse doesn't always stay in a bathhouse. The guys also discuss the Department of Veterans Affairs eliminating certain health services that impact LGBTQ+ veterans and what that could mean for the community.Outside the exam room, Dangilo recaps his trip to Los Angeles, where he spent time with some queer icons and lived his best celebrity-adjacent life. Naturally, there are stories. And because even a podcast about sex, health, and occasionally questionable decision-making has a softer side, the gang wraps things up with their Love Language of the Week.Whether you're here for the medical advice, the headlines, or simply because no other podcast says the word "rosebudding" with such professionalism, we've got you covered.Grab your headphones, join the Booty Gang, and remember: curiosity is healthy. Some Google searches, however, are not.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
Join us LIVE AT FIVE (PT) on YouTube for the watch party every Wednesday: https://www.youtube.com/@birdsandbeesdontfck Caitlin V is a sex and relationship coach, former sexuality researcher, author of Harder, Better, Longer, Stronger, and host of Good Sex on HBO Max from Michigan where her earliest sex education included a fifth-grade period lesson, a graphic STI scare slide in health class, and years of curiosity about pleasure that she had already discovered on her own. In this episode we talk about what men actually want help with in their sex lives, why performance goals like "lasting longer" rarely solve the real problem, and how intimacy, not frequency, is what most couples are actually craving. Caitlin shares how she went from academic sex research at the Kinsey Institute to coaching men about sex and relationships, why maintenance sex can quietly kill desire, and how intention, presence, and curiosity can transform a sex life. We also get into astrology and sexual chemistry, loud sex and the connection between breath and orgasm, group dynamics in intimacy, why coaching spaces for men matter, and the surprising way Caitlin realized academia wasn't where she wanted to make her impact. Jeremy Tan, independent candidate for Mountbatten SMC in Singapore's GE2025, joins Jeremy Au and Shiyan Koh to unpack why he ran, why he lost, and what he learned about Singapore's political meta. He explains why public scrutiny and small-town dynamics deter Singaporeans from entering politics, why negative campaigning backfires with voters, and why opposition parties should focus resources on winning single member constituencies. The conversation digs into Singapore's fertility crisis, with Jeremy arguing that housing affordability, not incentives, is the real bottleneck, alongside his policy ideas: ending primary school affiliation, building cheaper HDB flats, and compounding baby equity accounts tied to the STI. For founders, investors, and operators across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia, this episode offers a candid look at how AI driven layoffs, capital concentration, and rising costs are reshaping Southeast Asia's most developed economy, and what it takes to challenge an incumbent system from the outside. The market is obviously in a "buy the dip" run right now. But we are seeing lower highs and it's starting to turn. I still think there are quality names at discounts like $CIEN and even $AVGO. Have your watch lists ready and a strategy to get in to stocks you've wanted to buy. SIGNAL STACK LINK
Back in June 2024, we highlighted surprising data from JAMA Network Open regarding adolescent care in the ED. Because many adolescents use the ED as their primary care provider, it's a good opportunity for them to have contraception addressed regardless of why they presented. But that's not what was happening. That publication from two years ago showed significant gaps in addressing contraception in the ED to pregnancy vulnerable young women, mainly teens. We covered those results back then and said that that would be a wonderful QI project for any resident or medical students to work with their hospital ED to improve that. Well, now a similar publication, looking at a different target- STI empiric treatment among pregnant women in the ED, has been published with that same vibe. Yep, there are BIG discrepancies in what pregnant women are given- or in this case, NOT GIVEN, in the ED compared to their nonpregnant peers. This was published in mid-April 2026. Two big questions remain unanswered in this data. Listen in for details. 1. Gottlieb M, Moyer E, Slocum GW, et al. Sexually Transmitted Infection Treatment Rates Among Pregnant vs Nonpregnant Patients in Emergency Departments. JAMA Network Open. 2026. 2. Canter H, Reed J, Palmer C, et al. For the 262nd episode of Private Parts Unknown, host Courtney Kocak welcomes scholar, feminist writer, and author Sophie Lewis. Known for provocative books like Full Surrogacy Now, Abolish the Family, and Enemy Feminisms, Sophie challenges some of our most deeply held assumptions about pregnancy, parenthood, caregiving, and who a child belongs to. In this episode, we dive into the physical realities and risks of pregnancy, the ethics of surrogacy, reproductive labor under capitalism, and why Lewis believes our ideas about family and biological ownership deserve a closer look. We also discuss maternal mortality, the future of reproductive care, children's rights, and the surprisingly real possibility of birth strikes and artificial womb technology. The Bald and the Beautiful with Trixie Mattel and Katya Zamo
Like a velvet-cloaked goth privateer, Kelly Mantle strode into the podcast studio this week and set her microphone ablaze as if forged by fire in a glamorous volcano. With every story, Kelly summoned tempests of danger, glittering betrayal, and show-business Madonna-tinged treasure until the walls trembled like the hull of a ship under cannon fire. Somewhere amidst the madness, the strange legend of Denise Richards lurks in from the shadows and ascends into celebrity myth. This episode left the studio aglow with the glory of pirates, prophets, and a perfectly glazed ceremonial ham. In this episode Tracy talks with two OBGYNs -- Dr. Leyla Moossavi and Dr. Diane Traenkle -- about what it's like to be on the front lines of women's health when dealing with infidelity. Having to break the news to someone that she's tested positive for a sexually transmitted disease is not a topic covered in medical school. They shoot straight about the health risks of being cheated on. Everything from the loss of her fertility to even maternal and fetal death if a woman is unknowingly exposed to infection while pregnant. Drs. Moossavi and Traenkle, who practice in rural Michigan, also discuss the overlap they've seen between cheating and domestic violence -- the men who insist on being in the doctor's office, who gaslight and threaten their partners after a positive STI test, and who even insist that their partners stop receiving healthcare. On a more compassionate note, Dr. Moossavi and Dr. Traenkle also discuss what good care looks like after you've been cheated on -- zero shame and lots of self love.

This week on Butt Honestly, The guys dive headfirst into IML with a recap from Dr. Carlton's very own experience on the scene. Yes, there were laughs, yes there were lessons. From the neon-lit chaos to the surprisingly tender moments in between, we unpack it all. We also get a special “yay Honey Davenport!” moment, because if you can't celebrate a little drag royalty while discussing gastrointestinal logistics, what are we even doing here?Elsewhere in the inbox, a booty gangster writes in with a question that takes us back to the absolute basics of anal intercourse—think “Anal 101,” but with less syllabus and more emotional vulnerability. Meanwhile, Tramps checks in after having his “guts rearranged” at a conference in Chicago. On Gimme Headlines, things take a slightly alarming turn as STI rates in Europe decide to hit all the high notes, while the CDC in the U.S. is serving up something closer to a low-budget funeral dirge. Educational? Yes. Comforting? Absolutely notAnd of course, we close things out with Love Language of the Week—where emotional intelligence meets questionable life choices in the most honest way possible. If you came for sex education, you'll leave slightly more informed.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
