With Louis C.K.'s latest Netflix special, Ridiculous (out June 30th), reigniting debates about accountability, consequences, and redemption, Courtney and Tess tackle one of the thorniest questions of the post-#MeToo era: What do we actually want from people who have committed sexual misconduct? Using Louis C.K.'s comeback as a case study, they explore what accountability should look like, whether people can truly change, what meaningful atonement looks like, how victims should be treated in the aftermath of harm, the role of power and complicity in enabling abuse, the issue of workplace safety, and whether we should separate the art from the artist. This episode is a nuanced, thought-provoking conversation about accountability, rehabilitation, and what justice might look like when there are no easy answers. There has been a lot that has gone on since we last had this group together, and we wanted to cover all of those topics in this episode.Dewey was just running his car Boogie at Gridlife Midwest Fest, and we start off talking about how that all went.Subaru has now announced that they are working 3 new Manual Transmission cars that should be coming out by the end of next year, the most exciting of which is what they are saying will be the production version of the STI Performance B Concept car. But it sounds like they may also be making the STI Transmission (TY85) available in at least some WRX models???What does this all mean, and what will we see here in the US market? We give you our thoughts. Finally, Tanner has picked up a 2005 STI, that is very close to stock, and it is basically a Time Capsule to 2005 (It has been tuned on a V1 AccessPort for the last 19 years). Thanks for watching and Stay Tuned!

Welcome back to another episode of BUTT HONESTLY — the podcast where no question is too personal, no topic is too awkward, and somehow we're all learning things we never expected to know about the human body. This week, it's another packed episode full of butts, bodies, and breaking news.A Booty Gangster from Ukraine shares a deeply personal story about navigating the complicated crossroads of identity, guilt, shame, and sexuality. It's an honest and thoughtful conversation that reminds us how messy, complicated, and very human our relationships with ourselves can be.Meanwhile, another listener wants the guys to weigh in on rosebudding. Yes, that rosebudding. If you've heard the term and immediately regretted Googling it, you're not alone. Dr. Carlton breaks down what it is, what causes it, and why some things are better discussed on a podcast than searched at two in the morning. We also hear from a listener who recently received heart stents and has one very important question: are poppers officially off the menu, or is there still room for a little chemical-enhanced recreation? The answer, as always, is more complicated than the internet would have you believe. In Gimme Headlines, we're covering reports of a newly identified STI outbreak that investigators have traced to a bathhouse in France, proving once again that what happens in a bathhouse doesn't always stay in a bathhouse. The guys also discuss the Department of Veterans Affairs eliminating certain health services that impact LGBTQ+ veterans and what that could mean for the community.Outside the exam room, Dangilo recaps his trip to Los Angeles, where he spent time with some queer icons and lived his best celebrity-adjacent life. Naturally, there are stories. And because even a podcast about sex, health, and occasionally questionable decision-making has a softer side, the gang wraps things up with their Love Language of the Week.Whether you're here for the medical advice, the headlines, or simply because no other podcast says the word "rosebudding" with such professionalism, we've got you covered.Grab your headphones, join the Booty Gang, and remember: curiosity is healthy. Some Google searches, however, are not.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

In this episode we talk about what men actually want help with in their sex lives, why performance goals like "lasting longer" rarely solve the real problem, and how intimacy, not frequency, is what most couples are actually craving. Caitlin shares how she went from academic sex research at the Kinsey Institute to coaching men about sex and relationships, why maintenance sex can quietly kill desire, and how intention, presence, and curiosity can transform a sex life. On Episode 61 of Unskippable Dialogue, we welcome our first-ever guests: Eoghan Moylan and Caoimhe Gunn of Rún Stiúideo, the Galway-and Cork-based indie studio behind The Corner Café, a cosy-ish café simulator set in a cyberpunk Galway City of 2160, steeped in Irish folklore and mythology. We dig into where the idea came from, why an independent café is the perfect cyberpunk underdog, and how the Tuatha Dé Danann, Fomorians and a silver-armed Nuada end up sharing a city with hover mopeds and corporate dystopia.Eoghan talks through the move from software engineering to solo game development; the realities of building a game across every discipline yourself; community health mechanics with real consequences; financial-fraud side quests; chicken fillet rolls; and the long road to a Steam launch (with a Switch port in their sights). Expect tangents on Cyberpunk 2077, Skyrim, Baldur's Gate 3, Stardew Valley, and why you really shouldn't review-bomb the work of two people.A great listen for fans of indie gaming, Irish game development, cosy games, and anyone who loves hearing how small studios actually get made. Hosted by Michelle Martin, this episode brings together Willie Keng of Dividend Titan (https://www.dividendtitan.com) and Paul Chew of Phillip Securities for a high-stakes debate on some of the market's biggest investment questions. Has Singtel transformed itself from a steady telco into a compelling AI and digital infrastructure play, or has the market already priced in the good news? Is DBS still Singapore's crown jewel, or are investors paying too much for quality after a decade of stellar returns? The bulls and bears clash over whether Singapore REITs are finally back, whether the STI's best years still lie ahead, and whether investors should stick with the Magnificent Seven or start looking elsewhere.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Jeremy Tan, independent candidate for Mountbatten SMC in Singapore's GE2025, joins Jeremy Au and Shiyan Koh to unpack why he ran, why he lost, and what he learned about Singapore's political meta. He explains why public scrutiny and small-town dynamics deter Singaporeans from entering politics, why negative campaigning backfires with voters, and why opposition parties should focus resources on winning single member constituencies. The conversation digs into Singapore's fertility crisis, with Jeremy arguing that housing affordability, not incentives, is the real bottleneck, alongside his policy ideas: ending primary school affiliation, building cheaper HDB flats, and compounding baby equity accounts tied to the STI. For founders, investors, and operators across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia, this episode offers a candid look at how AI driven layoffs, capital concentration, and rising costs are reshaping Southeast Asia's most developed economy, and what it takes to challenge an incumbent system from the outside. The market is obviously in a "buy the dip" run right now. But we are seeing lower highs and it's starting to turn. I still think there are quality names at discounts like $CIEN and even $AVGO. Have your watch lists ready and a strategy to get in to stocks you've wanted to buy. SIGNAL STACK LINK
Back in June 2024, we highlighted surprising data from JAMA Network Open regarding adolescent care in the ED. Because many adolescents use the ED as their primary care provider, it's a good opportunity for them to have contraception addressed regardless of why they presented. But that's not what was happening. That publication from two years ago showed significant gaps in addressing contraception in the ED to pregnancy vulnerable young women, mainly teens. We covered those results back then and said that that would be a wonderful QI project for any resident or medical students to work with their hospital ED to improve that. Well, now a similar publication, looking at a different target- STI empiric treatment among pregnant women in the ED, has been published with that same vibe. Yep, there are BIG discrepancies in what pregnant women are given- or in this case, NOT GIVEN, in the ED compared to their nonpregnant peers. This was published in mid-April 2026. Two big questions remain unanswered in this data. Listen in for details. 1. Gottlieb M, Moyer E, Slocum GW, et al. Like a velvet-cloaked goth privateer, Kelly Mantle strode into the podcast studio this week and set her microphone ablaze as if forged by fire in a glamorous volcano. With every story, Kelly summoned tempests of danger, glittering betrayal, and show-business Madonna-tinged treasure until the walls trembled like the hull of a ship under cannon fire. Somewhere amidst the madness, the strange legend of Denise Richards lurks in from the shadows and ascends into celebrity myth. In this episode Tracy talks with two OBGYNs -- Dr. Leyla Moossavi and Dr. Diane Traenkle -- about what it's like to be on the front lines of women's health when dealing with infidelity. Having to break the news to someone that she's tested positive for a sexually transmitted disease is not a topic covered in medical school. They shoot straight about the health risks of being cheated on. Everything from the loss of her fertility to even maternal and fetal death if a woman is unknowingly exposed to infection while pregnant. Drs. Moossavi and Traenkle, who practice in rural Michigan, also discuss the overlap they've seen between cheating and domestic violence -- the men who insist on being in the doctor's office, who gaslight and threaten their partners after a positive STI test, and who even insist that their partners stop receiving healthcare. On a more compassionate note, Dr. Moossavi and Dr. Traenkle also discuss what good care looks like after you've been cheated on -- zero shame and lots of self love.
Host Teresa Huizar interviews Dr. Amy Farrell of Northeastern University about a multi-institution study on the physical and mental health needs of commercially sexually exploited youth and their interactions with healthcare systems. The research used a national survey recruited through service agencies and Instagram screening, plus qualitative interviews with adults exploited as minors, examining health before, during, and after exploitation. Findings show exploited youth report significantly higher health concerns than comparable high-risk youth, including higher STI rates, chronic pain, asthma, high blood pressure, and severe depression, anxiety, PTSD, and dissociation; health problems often persist throughout their lives.Time Stamps Time Topic 00:00 Episode Setup 01:23 Meet Dr. Amy Farrell 01:43 Why This Study 04:51 Research Questions 06:14 Recruiting The Sample 09:57 Overall Health Findings 13:05 Physical Health Surprises 15:37 Mental Health Impacts 20:27 ACEs and Vulnerability 23:27 Healthcare Access Touchpoints 27:48 Stigma and Broken Trust 32:21 Provider Recommendations 43:11 Future Research44:58 Closing and Resources ResourcesUnderstanding the Physical and Psychological Health and Wellness Needs of Minor Sex Trafficking VictimsSupport the showDid you like this episode? This week on Butt Honestly, The guys dive headfirst into IML with a recap from Dr. Carlton's very own experience on the scene. Yes, there were laughs, yes there were lessons. From the neon-lit chaos to the surprisingly tender moments in between, we unpack it all. We also get a special “yay Honey Davenport!” moment, because if you can't celebrate a little drag royalty while discussing gastrointestinal logistics, what are we even doing here?Elsewhere in the inbox, a booty gangster writes in with a question that takes us back to the absolute basics of anal intercourse—think “Anal 101,” but with less syllabus and more emotional vulnerability. Meanwhile, Tramps checks in after having his “guts rearranged” at a conference in Chicago. On Gimme Headlines, things take a slightly alarming turn as STI rates in Europe decide to hit all the high notes, while the CDC in the U.S. is serving up something closer to a low-budget funeral dirge. When Susan Bratton talks about intimacy, she doesn't speak in theory. She speaks from 34 years of marriage. From decades of teaching couples how to stay erotically connected through every life stage. From writing 44 books and programs on passionate lovemaking and from her own personal journey. Eleven years into her marriage, she had never had an orgasm from intercourse and was avoiding sex with her husband entirely. Then she learned. And everything changed. In this episode, Dr. Jenni Skyler and Daniel Lebowitz sit down with Susan for a wide-ranging conversation about what really keeps long-term love erotically alive. They talk about the expanded orgasm practice she learned from her mentor Dr. Patti Taylor — and how it transformed Susan from someone who couldn't orgasm during intercourse into someone who describes herself as an "orgasmic optimizer." They explore why Susan rejects the word "anorgasmia" entirely, replacing it with a single word: yet. They dig into the truth about female arousal that most couples never learn — that women's erectile tissue takes 20 to 30 minutes to fully engorge, and that the cultural script of "get hard, penetrate, finish" is, in Susan's words, "a religiously repressed patriarchal female oppression strategy that is no longer working." They talk about scheduled intimate dates (Susan and her husband have them two to six times a week), radical honesty as the foundation of a 34-year marriage, and why turn-on isn't just about sex — it's a life force that spills into everything. Susan also shares her ten intimacy principles — including the one she calls the most important of them all: practicing radical honesty. If you've ever wondered whether long-term love and erotic aliveness can coexist — Susan is the proof, and this episode is the playbook. Susan is a champion and advocate for all those who desire ageless intimacy. She is a best-selling author and publisher of 44 books and programs including Sexual Soulmates, Relationship Magic, Revive Her Drive, The Steamy Sex Ed® Video Collection, Ravish Him, Dirty Talk, The Pumping Guide and Thrust In Time. She’s the official company spokesperson for GAINSWave® and TheDr. Joel Kaplan Company. She serves as Chief Advocacy Officer of ProDxHealth.org STI testing. Susan has been a featured guest on over 1,000 podcasts and TV shows, including: Diary of a CEO, You Are Not Broken, Sex with Emily, The Human Upgrade with Dave Asprey, GoodMoms Bad Choices, HealThyself, IDIOT with Laura Clery, The Infamous “Clit Camp” Music Video, LuvBites with Dr. Tara, and The Chalene Show. Her books and interviews have helped millions take control of their sexual joy. Her message resonates across gender and age because it’s rooted in agency, body literacy, and connection. Jenny explains how the foundation has served nearly 7,000 clients by breaking down barriers like cost and transportation through partnerships with over 120 community organizations and medical clinics, offering services like a well woman exam, STI testing, the cost of the device, and removal at any time. She highlights common questions from clients about eligibility and menstrual cycles, shares success metrics showing 96% of clients reporting decreased stress and increased happiness, and describes how the organization's educational outreach is particularly valuable in rural communities. Jenny outlines multiple ways the community can support their work through financial donations, volunteer opportunities at health fairs, sharing resources with organizations, and helping spread awareness about their services. Summary Jenny Matthews, Executive Director of A Step Ahead Foundation of Middle Tennessee, discusses the organization's 10-year anniversary and its mission to provide long-term contraception to prevent unplanned pregnancies across 29 counties. The foundation has served nearly 7,000 clients with contraception options including IUDs, hormonal and non-hormonal methods, and arm implants, aiming to eliminate cost and transportation barriers. Clients can contact the call center Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4 PM to be connected with partner clinics within 2-3 weeks, with the foundation acting as the payer of last resort for costs not covered by insurance. Jenny discusses their partnership approach, explaining they provide two types of education: clinical services at medical appointments and community outreach through over 120 partners in prevention. The clinical services include well woman visits, STI testing, Pap tests, device insertion and removal, while the community education reaches various settings including job training programs, substance use recovery centers, and universities. Jenny notes that their community education partners view A Step Ahead Foundation's services as supportive of their work and helping prevent plans from being derailed by unplanned pregnancies. Jenny discusses common questions received regarding contraception options, particularly about IUDs and implants for women who haven't had children yet. She explains that these methods can be used before having children and addresses misconceptions about menstrual cycles stopping, clarifying that this is healthy when using contraception. Jenny explains the importance of contraception work at both micro and macro levels. At the micro level, she noted that 96% of clients reported decreased stress and increased happiness due to contraception, allowing women to focus on education and careers while spacing pregnancies. At the macro level, she described positive community outcomes, including increased community involvement and independence for women. She also highlighted that 80% of the women served are unwed, indicating a significant need for pre-marital contraception services. Jenny discusses the organization's work serving both urban and rural communities, noting that while most clients are in urban areas, there has been a 7% increase in serving rural populations over the past two years. She explains that education in rural communities is particularly valuable as these areas often have fewer resources and less frequent conversations about contraception. The organization is working to expand clinical partnerships in rural areas despite access challenges, with a goal of serving people closer to where they live or study. Jenny discusses various ways the community can support their organization's efforts, including financial donations, community education, and providing resource guides to clients. She mentioned that it costs approximately $250 to serve one client with contraception without insurance, highlighting the impact of donations. Volunteer opportunities, such as tabling at community events, are also mentioned as a way for people to get involved, especially during the summer months. Jenny highlights the apolitical nature of their services, which receives broad community support. She explains that they aim to complement rather than replace parent-child conversations, offering education through engaging activities like bingo while maintaining transparency with parents. When asked about future goals, Jenny expressed a desire to expand their services to reach more people in need, particularly in rural areas, while maintaining their commitment to never turning anyone away due to cost barriers. For the 258th episode of Private Parts Unknown, host Courtney Kocak welcomes licensed educator, content creator, and author Laura Danger. Laura's new book, No More Mediocre, takes a hard look at the unequal labor dynamics that quietly erode so many relationships—and what it actually takes to build something more equitable, sustainable, and sexy. In this conversation, Laura breaks down the nag paradox, weaponized incompetence, and the invisible emotional labor that disproportionately falls on women in heterosexual partnerships. She shares how she and her partner had to “burn it down” and rebuild their relationship from the ground up after years of simmering resentment, and why explicit communication and shared responsibility are essential to lasting intimacy. We also get into the connection between unequal labor and dead bedrooms, the motherhood penalty versus the fatherhood bonus, and some practical first steps for anyone who feels stuck in an exhausting relationship dynamic.
