My pastor Keith Craft told me, "If you'll do more than you're paid for, you'll be paid for more than you do." I've never had an hourly job as an adult.   I've always worked on commission and was always willing to eat what I killed.  I've always worked more than what I was paid for.  When I was in prison, I was getting after it on the yard.  The boss on the yard called me over and said, "You were out there working your ass off.  Are you on drugs?" I said, "No."  He said, "Starting tomorrow you're going to take everyone over to the yard to work tomorrow on the tractor."  I had to fight a couple of guys and got sent to solitary confinement because they thought I snitched on someone to get the job.  I did this in the mortgage industry too. Everyone started work at 10 am.  I'd be there at 8 am putting in the work and making more money than some of those guys who had been there five or 10 years.  Here's the lesson........ One of the things you need to understand is there are two types of people.  The Fool and the Wiseman.  A fool will receive and reject correction.  Why? Because they're fools.  They know they're fools and don't see the need to change the way they do things.  But the wise man receives correction as direction. Today, we're going to talk about the power of your words, character, core values, and your mindset. The point of reading is to learn, gain knowledge, and take action. This book will help you figure out who you are, and your divine fingerprint. It will help give you an understanding and an appreciation of what you have to offer. Your values, and your distinct 1% factor of what you're called to do. I love the topic today, this is one of my favorite topics to talk about. I also talk about this a lot, and if you've already heard it, it's a good reminder. "Words are of course the most powerful drug used by mankind. I believe the tongue is the greatest force in the universe. Our Words have the power to elevate our thinking. Your self-talk and the words that you speak will determine whether you think negatively or positive thoughts, and whether you feel bad or feel good". "Truly, death and life are in the power of our tongue. How you frame your words will be how you frame your world. Never let anyone's words to you be stronger than the words within you. Happy Monday, Limitless Family. I'm going to make this one short and quick. It's something that really impacted me when I heard it from Keith Craft. “Life comes in words. Words become sentences. Our sentences become messages. Those messages become experiences.” As we go through life, the words we choose, we need to choose carefully. The way we speak to ourselves makes the thoughts in our minds. Those thoughts are powerful. They can change the direction of your life. Where your mind goes, reality will soon follow. Your transformation is not based solely on your fitness and nutrition protocol. Your belief in yourself that you can and you will become the most elite version of yourself is a mental battle. Infinite possibilities come to those who believe. I believe in you. Now, you just need to believe in yourself.
