Welcome to Living Limitless where we explore our true self throughout motivating, uplifting and inspiring! This is where we become vulnerable and authentic letting the world know the true person we are. You are going to get to know me very well and lots
Happy Friday, Limitless Family! We're going to talk about the program, which is the last couple days. Imagine being picked up at a hotel at 6am surrounded with men you've never met before. To experience mental and physical exercises that test your limits. Breaking down your life in four areas called “THE COG” — family, fitness, focus and finance, waking up each morning ready to push ourselves physically mentally breaking down the body to rebuild the belief. Cole Taylor, I can't thank you enough for this experience brother, being able to truly identify the person that has been held back for so long. A lot of the times we experience life happens so fast in front of us that we forget what truly matters. Your business will always be there but your family experiences and the time you can never get back. Remember this. Impact over Income
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family! We're gonna talk about sleep and how it effects the body's recovery. The fact it is impossible perform, recover and grow without adequate sleep. A lot of times we base our sleep off how many hours we were in bed, but we don't look at the quality of sleep. Rem rapid eye movement. This occurs in cycles about 90 to 120 minutes throughout the night, and it accounts for up to 20 to 25% of sleep time. Our non-REM sleep known as slow wave or deep sleep. See this phase is essential for muscle recovery, restoring the body, which accounts for 40% of total sleep time. Sleeping for seven to nine hours per night is crucial, especially if you're looking to change the body composition, increase muscle mass, or if you want to be ready for your personal training session next day. Sleep enhances muscle recovery through protein synthesis and human growth hormone release. So, if you want to grow or lean out, stop procrastinating, focus on your sleep
Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! We're gonna talk about entrepreneurship and the things they don't tell you. So stress, number one, not only will you feel the pressure to get your business off the ground, but you also feel that added pressure to do so quickly to regain some semblance of financial security, to never ending, especially in the beginning, you're in charge of everything from content appointment setting, sales, client delivery, constant innovations, everything is on you. And it can be frustrating. There are times where you want to throw in the towel. But then you remember how far you've come. You may have entered into a partnership where they didn't have the best interests at heart and that's okay because you keep going. Rewarding above all else, receiving messages from current clients, knowing your program has changed your life in some way. It's exciting to make a sale or win a new client when you know it's from your own hard work. When you know that you're making an impact on their life, and generations to come. Starting now is going to be the hardest thing for you to do. But looking back 12 months from now, knowing where you could have been even harder. Embrace the struggles celebrate your wins. There is no better feeling than working for yourself to know that you are making a bigger difference in the world.
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family! I hope you're ready for an amazing day. I want to talk about some of the things I learned over those last two weeks being able to self-reflect. I'm not Superman, and your body can only handle so much before it'll shut down. When you ask any entrepreneur about the grind, they will know exactly what that means. Long hours slaving away behind the computer, time spent away from the family, long days at the office. It's all needed to a certain extent. I was one of those people who would work 18-hour days thinking I was getting ahead. In reality, I was slowly taking steps back as much probably shut down. I was healthy and I was doing all the right things. I was working out five or six times a week. I was following a nutrition plan. What was I not doing? I wasn't getting adequate sleep to recover fully. I wasn't taking time off to enjoy the things I like to do to fill my cup. I wasn't giving my body the respect it deserves. To all my entrepreneurs who are out there changing lives daily to by making an impact. Remember, that you come first and without you, there is no impact
Happy Monday, everybody. It's been quite a while. It's been about two weeks since I've been on here and had to do a lot of self-reflecting some things in my life that took a backseat to trials and tribulations that I was facing. But to know that we're back, we're back better than ever. And I want to talk about something that's so important that a lot of people do not stress enough. You know, a stress gut connection. See, over the last couple of weeks, I've been trying to diagnose what was wrong with me. I started sleeping longer than normal and still be extremely tired. I would go write an email and forget what that email was for, experiencing brain fog. I would go to the gym but end up being so sore and inflamed that would leave. I would start to have mood swings and not want to be around anyone. And I was honestly losing my mind until I asked for help. See, being a coach doesn't mean I know everything. And getting to the root cause the issue is my only concern. What I didn't realize was the undue stress I was causing my body was relatively low amounts of sleep, strength training, and cardio on top of it. Then came increased caffeine consumption, that ultimately caused more stress in the body. That long term stress caused my stomach to release less acid, which prohibits more bacteria to grow. Therefore, weakening the immune system having SIBO which is small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and creating something called leaky gut. The overtraining was causing burnout, adrenal fatigue which causes insomnia, fatigue, and muscle aches. Intune stress damages the gut which causes SIBO and SIBO manifests into multiple symptoms known as IBS, hormonal imbalances and chronic fatigue. This is not something you want to go through, and I hope this helps someone understand the impact of stress can have on your body. This all came from pushing the body past its limits to finally break down. Slow down when it comes to business and life. Your health matters more than any paycheck ever would.
Happy Friday Limitless Family. Understanding we were all similar in our own ways. During the weekend, we hosted our first Florida mastermind being able to have 17 amazing people attend. We had our time to speak, we all had similar missions, values, and the impact that we want to make in the world. We celebrated our wins and spoke about our struggles as if we knew each other for years. This gave us the chance to be vulnerable and admit our faults to help progress forward. See, a lot of what we are going to say we already knew by saying in front of a group of people who truly understood you. That is the power of a mastermind, and why have like-minded people in your circle. One of the biggest similarities that we found is we don't celebrate our wins enough. We pour into others celebrating each and everyone but rarely do we give ourselves credit. I'll be the first to say I'm a direct reflection of this, but you must celebrate your wins. No matter how small you may think they are. It's vital to your success.
Happy Thursday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about nobody is better at being you than you. During our recent call with Ed Mylett, he poured into us being able to speak about separating yourself from your competition, and this is called the post-purchase value. Imagine you just ordered a Tesla. The next day the owner of the dealership delivered the vehicle personally. After the delivery, he gave you a follow-up call, and you heard him speak about how long it takes you to charge the battery. The next day a faster battery charger is delivered straight to your door because they value customer satisfaction. See, the way you stand out in front of people in your industry is based on three principles, exceptional service, exceptional product and willingness to outwork anyone. When you think about your business and what you can do, how can you go the extra mile? Can you send a personal video? Maybe a handwritten card congratulating them on taking the next step in your program or your product. When you're able to understand your clients on a deeper level, and I'm going to say that Lisa Marie Plaskett is one of the best in her industry when it comes to coaching and understanding her clients, this is where you truly stand out and shine the brightest.
Happy Wednesday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about the four G's that will change your life. See, when I joined Apex I learned with these four G's was and it's called the G Code. Genetics, focuses on your body creating movement, whether that's going to the gym, cycling, or hiking. It's truly whatever you love to do. The Grind, putting in the work being consistent, and being disciplined. The Group, the people you associate with and surround yourself with to help you level up in all areas of your life and… Gratitude, waking up blessed for another day. Another opportunity to help more people by giving to others.
Happy Tuesday Limitless Family. We're going to talk about building a legacy. I listened to a video on YouTube yesterday, The Mindset of High Achievers. This by Gary Vee, who brought up a very good point. “He says I know what my intent is, so why would I be scared?” He says, “I want to build the biggest building in town, and a lot of people want to build the biggest building in town. But you know what they want to do? By tearing everyone else's building down.” The one thing I've learned in business and life, you will not grow if you worry about other people's buildings. You need to focus on your foundation. Focus on your interior. Focus on your exterior. Pretty soon you'll look around. You will have the biggest building in town.
Happy Monday, Limitless family. Hope you had an amazing weekend, recharged, and ready for an amazing week ahead. See, you are your brand and what you represent. Being able to present your best version of yourself and how you think the world can be. When I was at the pool over the weekend, and I had a gentleman approach me saying, “You're the guy who records the videos for fitness coaching, right?” I proudly told him, “Yeah, that's me. How are you doing?” Soon to strike up a conversation on his husband looking to hear more about life-changing programs that we offer within Limitless. See, the impact you can make by having a simple conversation to change someone's life in a matter of seconds. People are always watching even if you don't think they are around you. Taking the time to connect with others, not seeking anything from them, but to help them as someone has helped you. Represent your brand with pride and hold yourself to a higher standard. There are people that follow you that want to learn from you and continue to lead from the front, showing people what's possible
Happy Friday Limitless Family. We're going to talk about having a belief within yourself so others can believe in you. One thing that will stop you from moving forward is a lack of belief in yourself. It all starts with being your own cheerleader, and you got to believe. Not even our beliefs can put healthy boundaries on questionable behavior, just like limiting beliefs hold us back when we want in life. Limiting beliefs about yourself, that make you feel like you can't do something because something is inherently wrong with you. Limiting beliefs about the world, that make you feel like you can't do something because no one will let you Limiting beliefs about life, makes you feel like you can't do something because it's too difficult. So, if you ever feel down, just ask yourself, “How is this belief serving me?” There's nothing stopping you other than your own mind. So choose to believe in you and what you can offer to this world. When you can control your mind and thoughts. The belief will soon follow
Happy Thursday Limitless Family. Have you ever thought about what makes you different compared to what everyone else is doing? This is a question I was recently asked by my coach and a question you should ask yourself when it comes to your business as well. Within the online fitness coaching space, we all do the same thing when it comes down to it, and anyone with enough persistence and free time could eventually learn what we do. So why do you stand out from everyone else? For us, it comes down to consistency and connection, showing up every day being able to provide the utmost value to help more people. The connection you have within your clients to create raving fans. If you're a coach and not experiencing growth as you would like, it's time to take a step back. Take a look at your current content. How do you deliver value and build your connection? Go through your last 10 posts and ask yourself, If you are your ideal client, would you resonate with them?? The answers you're looking for are right in front of you. It just takes you to realize it
Happy Wednesday Limitless Family. I'd like to talk to you about over the weekend, I took a break from social media to be able to disconnect to create space. I think it's important to create a space that allows for creativity and variety in your life. I took a look at my screen time and it reflected an average of 11 hours and 10 minutes per day. That's crazy. That means during the day, I spent more time looking at my phone answering DMS, and facilitating calls than anything else. Don't get me wrong. I understand that being online is a necessity for my business. But I also understand that breaks are necessary. Your brain needs a break sometimes. Taking a step back from the world gives you that much-needed self-reflection and know that it's okay to be with yourself sometimes. You truly grow when you look within.
Happy Tuesday Limitless Family. I want to talk about how big this is truly gotten. When I founded Limitless Coaching, I knew that they were going to be creating an impact in the health and wellness space, but seeing it come to life is truly incredible. I was having a conversation with a client of ours about the progress she had made, but it wasn't just her, but her family. Within a couple of months who children noticed the habits being built and started to follow her lead. While she worked out they started to do the exercises side by side. When she started to pick healthier food options her daughter soon followed. While we are transforming the lives of others. We are building the habits for our future generations. Your kids are always watching and you're setting the standard each and every day to follow. Make the right choices and continue to lead them in the right direction. Focus on healthier food choices. Eliminate fast food because of convenience. Get moving by incorporating daily activities with your kids. The choices you make today impact much more than yourself.
Good morning Limitless Family! Happy Monday. We're going to talk about being sick and tired of being sick and tired. This is a conversation I was having with Mariana Keith while we were touring the shops in Arizona this past weekend. When you were put in the position of running a business, I can understand how the pressure is applied to put your health and wellness to the wayside. But also understanding that your health is a direct reflection of your business, your relationships, and more importantly, yourself. I was in your shoes at one point, but my focus started to drop physically, soon to take a hit huge on my mental. I focused started a lack. My energy levels were nothing close to optimal. My friendships took a hit because I was not someone you wanted to be around. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Soon I started getting a routine by waking up early and heading to the gym. I laid out my clothes the night before so I had no excuse. I plan my meals a weekend before so I knew exactly what I was eating to reach my goal. I didn't do hours of cardio, thinking the more calories I burned, the faster the fat comes off. I became consistent and disciplined. If you're tired of being sick and tired, send me a DM we can see how limitless could impact your life in more ways than one
Happy Friday, Limitless Family. Today I am grateful. Speaking on stage has always been something I've always wanted to do. And seeing people like Ryan Stewman, Ed Mylett, and Andy Frisella, just to mention a few, inspire the shit out of me. And because of that, I've always wondered what it would be like to tell my story to motivate and empower others. That opportunity presented itself this past weekend. And I was truly blessed to pour into others during Ryan's entrepreneur panel Q&A. But there was something said by one of the speakers, and her name was Tessa. What she said, was having focus on your vision, to be able to connect with the right people and providing value. So many of us we get into our entrepreneur journey, we start to lose focus as we have all these different things. And all of these different people coming to us with different ideas. I was one of those people. I wanted to do everything. And when I needed to focus on one thing, connecting with others to see how I can service them rather than pushing a product that might not even fit their needs. Providing consistent value within your content, your video, your reels, etc. Ask yourself this question. Are you focused on your vision? Are you connecting with the right people? Are you providing value? For a long time I wasn't. I had to dig deep and realize that change had to come within until you will truly learn to live out your gifts, abilities and God given talents. We're all unique in our own ways. And I got my chance to share some of my uniqueness on stage with superstars like Tessa.
Happy Thursday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about excuses and the reason they're holding you back. This is something that I struggled with for quite a while to feel as though I'm not worthy of success. And if you're feeling the same way, I want you to get this out of your head now. You're capable of doing so much in this world. And you turned off your mindset of believing within yourself. We often tell ourselves that something can't be done based off no evidence to back up the statement we have made. Why do we do this if we have not taken the next steps to see if it actually works? Because it takes hard work and knowing that it won't happen overnight. When starting anything, you will experience excuses that will tell yourself why something is not working based off emotional response. No decision is made in a negative emotion has served me in the right way. For you to accomplish anything you put your mind to, it will take time to put your excuses to the side. You are worthy and you will be successful. Those are the words you need to speak to yourself on a daily basis. Words become thoughts. Thoughts become messages. Those messages become experiences
Good morning Limitless Family! Happy Wednesday! This morning we're gonna talk about “The blessing is just around the corner.” You know this is something I needed to hear. Sometimes life hits you like a brick wall. Waking up this morning, I realized I'm blessed to live the life and with the people around me. Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to speak on stage which I've been visualizing for months, something that I'm extremely nervous to do, but also excited as my fight or flight starts to sink in. Learning to live in the singular moment of what is happening now instead of dwelling in the past. Learning to love yourself for the failures while giving yourself permission to learn. Learning that you may not get it right the first time but learning the lessons to get it right the second. The blessing is right around the corner. As long as you keep pushing forward, you'll soon be blessed with an opportunity of a lifetime. Keep pushing, keep going and never quit.
Happy Monday Limitless Family. I am back from Arizona. An amazing, amazing time with incredible people to see the Million Dollar Meetup to be on the entrepreneur panel, to go to Coaching Con and learn from some of the guys in the industry. They are truly making a difference. But I also got the chance to go to elevate Life Church. And I heard a story that I wanted to share with you this morning about the donkey and the farmer. So this farmer brought his donkey to the market every single day, fed the donkey, made sure he was nourished. But one day while the farmer was walking with the donkey, it fell into a well. And the farmer tried everything to get this donkey out of the well. But he was 500 pounds and couldn't get them out. So the donkey started. I mean, I'm sorry, the farmer started to put dirt over top of the donkey saying that we're going to put him to rest. But every time he started to put dirt, the donkey started to step up, little by little. By the time you know it, the donkey stepped out of the well. As the dirt was piled on top of him. I want you to think about your life. I want you to think about the dirt that's been thrown on you right now. Think about all the shit or the things that you're experiencing or the setbacks. You take that dirt off, dust it off and keep stepping over top and climb out of that well. Climb out of that situation that you're in. So, I hope this resonates with some of you. I hope this helps some of you. I hope you guys have an amazing Monday.
Happy Friday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about what I did in the last 12 months that changed my life and was able to help grow Limitless Coaching. Number one. When I started wake up early around 4 am to get a competitive advantage on my competition while my team is in Australia working while I'm asleep, I started to focus on providing value through content on Facebook, Instagram, and now going to Tik Tok, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Being able to create an online fitness coaching with more resources for our clients. Creating a Facebook group that is your community of people that want people to learn more about what you sell. I stopped saying yes to everything and started say no to most things. If it has not helped me get closer to my goal within Limitless Coaching, then there truly isn't a time for it. I invested in mentors that are exactly where I wanted to be and learn from them one on one when it comes to marketing, sales, systems, processes. And I joined Apex being connected with 6, 7, 8, 9 figure business owners, where you have a vetted group of people to get to where you want to be by asking the right questions. When you are looking to grow, visibility is key. Surround yourself with the people who want to do more, be more and infinite possibilities come to those who believe and every single one of you is truly limitless.
Happy Thursday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about becoming the authority in your industry. Now, you may ask, “How in the world do I do that when it's so saturated?” Now, do you think Walmart saw Kmart as a threat when they started? No. They studied and watched their competitors become the best in their industry. Think about your competition, what they're doing that you aren't. Are they consistent in their content? Are they continuing to educate, improvise and invest in their growth? Are they offering more resources, more accountability, faster delivery? These are the questions you should be asking yourself and following their lead. Look at the top 10 companies in your industry and study their every move. Look at their ad copy the VSLs, their automations, their client wins, their social media and enroll in their weekly emails. Success leaves clues and the reason they're winning and you aren't because you don't take action. Plain and simple. It comes down to putting in the work, being 10 steps ahead of your competition at all times knowing their next move before they even made it. Study your competition, implement, test and simplify. And if it doesn't work, at least you tried and you learned along the way.
Happy Wednesday Limitless Family! We're gonna talk about living a healthy balanced life. For a long time. I truly believe that I couldn't have my cake and eat it too. Boy, was I wrong because I eat a lot of cake. Life is about balance and finding something sustainable, while also being overall health-conscious. The 80/20 Rule: 80% of the time you're going to be on point with your nutrition and workouts. 20% of that time you may indulge in life and don't let it hold you back. It is in this 20% where the mind in our thoughts of defeat overtake us. And this is where you can take all your hard work and throw it away just in a couple hours. The simple strategy if you mess up, tomorrow is a new day. If you miss a workout, make it up the next day. We are human and we make mistakes a lot of the time. The faster you admit your wrongs, the faster you'll reach your goals.
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family, We're going to talk about diversity. Now adversity will happen. And when it does, the way you respond, is what determines who you are, how strong you are mentally and sometimes physically. I'm not saying you need to become a bodybuilder to face adversity. But there's one thing for certain. If you are prepared for the struggle, you're guaranteed to come out of it stronger. It is all in preparation, consistency and discipline, working the mind and body to trust in yourself, and learning from mentors. You cannot go wrong by being a student. My name is Clint Riggin, the founder and CEO of Limitless Coaching. And I can say I was at my lowest, and I worked my ass off every day, being consistent, being disciplined to get to where I am. And people will not understand you. People will not support you until you start to win. So, I'll tell you this now. Keep winning
Happy Monday, Limitless family! We are back after a week that we had to take off, based upon the things that were happening from getting sick, to just refocusing, and truly understanding that everything happens for you, not to you. There's something I want to talk about this morning that happened to me over the weekend, in the last couple of days, where the force of average was, was quite hard, and how I overcame it. So, Friday encountered some losses in the business multiple charges on the company card, and recognize to now the other night, my keys just disappeared. And when it initially happened, I was in a bad headspace thinking, “What else can happen now?” And soon I started to realize, a good friend told me with every breakdown is the next breakthrough. And hearing that is quite hard to understand why you feel like the world is coming down on you. But now the car has two program keys so this one never happened again. We move forward going to a new day and the problem is solved. And I always come back to this acronym that can help you. And it's called CATAPULT. Commit to working through it. Admit responsibility. Tell yourself it's temporary. Act as if you're not going through a slump. Position yourself to win, utilize every ace that you have, let the tension build, and then trigger the momentum. There are so many good things happening in life that you can't let these minor setbacks affect you. And while having a conversation with a gentleman who was from Israel, who was reprogramming my car that day, he recently had a child who passed away after being conceived. After telling me this about the setbacks, I told him, he told me, “This is money, my friend. And I would do whatever it takes any amount of money to have my daughter back.” I've never had words hit me so hard in my life to remind me that this is so minor, and the perception of how we truly take things that happened to us in our life. So, I want to leave this with you and wish you an amazing day, an amazing week moving forward. And if you're feeling as though you're going through a slump or feeling that the life in the world is coming down on you understand that you have a new opportunity today to push forward
Happy Friday, Limitless Family. We're going to talk about the body and the mind. It's two of the most powerful things at your fingertips that you have control over. When you wake up in the morning, you have the decision whether or not you're going to choose to eat healthy or eat garbage. When you wake up in the morning you have the ability to create movement in the gym, going for a run, yoga, whatever it is that you enjoy. When you wake up in the morning, the mind can dictate your thoughts of how your day will play out, whether that's positive or negative. And decisions are based upon thoughts. If you think you can never do something, then you will never do that said thing. I'll give you an example of when I first started in business and the thoughts that went through my mind. “Clint, why would anyone ever listen to you? There's people that have been doing this for years.” “Clint, you can get a government job and make six figures.” “Clint, you aren't qualified for this.” Those thoughts were well in my control but still hovered around me day in and day out until I learned how to reprogram the mind. I asked myself these questions. Are you worthy? Yes! Are you knowledgeable? Yes! Are you passionate? Hell Yes! Soon I realized that when I believed in myself, doors started to open. This is why Limitless stands for Infinite Possibilities Come to Those Who Believe. Your thoughts, your beliefs, and your actions will dictate your success in all areas of your life.
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family. We're going to talk about rep by rep. For a lot of people, they think I was born with a six pack when I came out of the womb. In all reality, I was a person you would never see in the gym. Growing up, I played video games all day, every day, becoming the top-ranked Skate 2 player, if anyone even knows what that game is. My friends would call me to hang out and my stepdad would say, “Clint's currently on a top secret mission,” when I was playing Call of Duty. Soon, that drifted away when I joined the military and I met my first roommate, Jimmy Brickhouse. He was built like a brick house. Now, I was sitting there, maybe 185 pounds soaking wet. I started to do research on Greg Plitt and became obsessed with his work ethic. His workouts were unlike anyone I'd ever seen and it intrigued me. I followed them every day and learned what meal prepping was using our barrack's kitchen while others went to the chow hall. Rep by rep, I would be in the gym failing for the most part but learning every time. This is with anything you do in life. The more reps you put in, the more you fail, the more you learn. When you think about where you are and where you want to be, it takes time. Keep going, because one day, you're going to look back, and you're going to thank that person for never quitting.
Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family. We're going to talk about the five fitness fundamentals you should live by. Number 1. Start now. You either engage in fitness because you want to, or you have to. And waiting until you have because of immobility, disease, or health risk, is never the best choice, but it's never too late to start. It just might mean you have to start small and work your way up to a better and fitter you, while a healthy diet and lifestyle may not guarantee a longer life, it can often make the difference in living pain free, medicine free, vs regulated by a pill. Determine what motivates you. Whether that's winning a race, losing weight, gaining flexibility, looking good in a bathing suit or living a long life, knowing and owning your motivation is key and discipline is the magic bullet that'll help you stick to your fitness regimen, and knowing what makes you tick is crucial to your success. If your motivated by others, doing solo workouts in your basement might be less successful than attending a group class at a gym, working out together with a buddy, or joining a group run. Be aware of your physical limitations. Always be mindful of your health and well being and understand your fitness limitations and weaknesses. You have an arthritic joint, a bad back, piling fitness efforts on top of some form of disfunction, or doing a movement pattern incorrectly can actually make your condition worse. Doing exercise without some form of assessment is a bit like a doctor prescribing medication without first giving the patient an examination. Now set realistic goals. Being ambitious over about your goals can set you up for failure and derail your best intentions. Start by asking yourself. “How much time do I really have?” And be honest when you answer, then set goals on your realistic assessment and work within your available time windows. Whatever your goals are. If you want to lose weight, be more active, eat healthier, you should start with small, achievable steps and as you progress, you can increase your workout time, your distance or intensity, or gradually decrease or change your caloric intake and diet. Rather than just one big goal, it's important to have short, mid-term goals on the way. Even if your ultimate goal is to run a marathon, but you're new to running, your first goal should be able to run around the block, followed by making it to two, three, four miles and starting to compound. Be held accountable. Being accountable to someone or something can make a difference between your success or failure. We have the ability to become complacent. Being able to be comfortable when we truly need to push ourselves to reach that next level. Now, if you're lacking in any one of these five, Limitless Coaching now has three spots available for our summer special, being able to give you the proper plan, accountability, and a community of people to reach your goal.
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family. We're going to talk about the 5 leverages to your business and how do we keep them turned on? So, lead generation, show up rate, closing rate, client delivery, and client retention. Something that I did at the start was make my decisions based on emotion, when it should have been based on data. Day to day can feel like you have a problem in one of these areas. As an example, let's say you have a bad booking day. It doesn't necessarily mean you have a bad booking problem. What you don't want to have to happen, is you have a bad day in one of these areas and turn around think you need to change everything. That is reacting emotionally. As long you are moving the needle forward in some way, then you know you are doing the right thing. Not doing the actions of lead generation that you aren't physically putting in the work, this is a mindset roadblock, that you have to likely get over. Maybe a fear or insecurity around generating leads. Your turnaround time. The time between you booking a call and the call occurring is exceeding 48 hours. Ideally you'll want to book the next available time you have, or have it fall under 24-48 hours. The leads you are booking on the calls, they might not be qualified and shouldn't have even been booked in the first place and you are letting people in your program that should have never become clients. Often we do this in the beginning when we want to make money and get clients. Remember. Your sales process is an application process and you need to feel they are a good fit. And you aren't using client surveys to gather feedback on how you can solve a specific client challenge creating a raving fan or how to solve overall challenges that will enhance client experience and return increased retention. So here's a couple common errors I see in coaches that come to me and can help you identify the constraints within your business.
Happy Monday, Limitless Family! I hope you guys are ready for another powerful week ahead. You have a new opportunity. You are blessed to wake up this morning and let's get into our first episode of the week. Understanding you are swimming with sharks. See, when I took a step back and put my ego at the door, I started to watch from behind the scenes. I research a lot to see what others are doing, be able to study their every move. But, this wasn't always the case, as I thought I knew everything. See, that was the problem. When I first got into the business, I got put in my place very fast. I started to ask questions to be able to learn, advance, and plan ahead. I learned how to import, how important systems and processes truly were. I studied and read multiple books on leadership, business, and mindset. I created relationships with others that opened doors to new opportunities to help more people. My advice to you when starting out is take a step back. Learn from those around you. Ask questions. And who cares if you get a no. At least you tried and you can say, “I didn't quit,” and pretty soon, you'll be swimming side by side with some of the biggest dogs in the industry, as long as you continue to keep going.
Happy Friday, Limitless Family. The fitness and nutrition space is filled with misinformation. After having a conversation with a client we just onboarded, I truly understand the frustration when it comes to knowing what to do. See, we live in a world where we're told that a new pill, skinny tea, or that shot will eliminate all of your problems. The truth is, all of those things may work for a short amount of time, but you'll be back to where you started within no time. It's not about, “What can I try next?” It's about being consistent and disciplined. This isn't only in your fitness and nutrition, but also in your recovery. Do take time to give your body rest so you can repair the muscle you have just broken down? The optimal sleep before burning the candle at both ends? Do you stretch? Making sure that you have flexibility increases your range of motion to overall increase your lifts. Are you drinking enough water? As it's one of the most simplest things you can do to aid in your health and body. These are the questions you need to ask yourself if you are looking to operate as a high performer. High performers are consistent, disciplined and they know that to be the most elite version of themselves, they will need accountability and more importantly, structure. Welcome to Limitless Coaching.
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family. We're going to talk about mentorship and why you need it. For 28 years of my life, I did not have a coach, a mentor, or let alone a life I felt was worth investing in. I knew myself and the thought of making an investment that I had to do the work was something didn't come close to crossing my mind. You may ask, “Clint, What Changed?” There's a point in your life where you soon realize if you continue on the path you are on, will you be able to live the life you truly desire? For me, that was the moment I woke up. I realized that by going out every weekend, spending money that I didn't have on clubs, drugs, you name it, I put it on a credit card, soon to teach me a valuable lesson. I have a very addictive personality. It doesn't matter what it is. I had to understand that I can use this to my advantage if I reprogram my habits to reflect the person I wanted to be. I started small. I made changes in my daily routine. I downloaded this new concept to me called Google Calendar and it blew my mind. Soon after, I time blocked my day from the time I wake up til the time I go to bed. I live by my calendar now, being able to be the most productive, and giving my time to the mission I have in front of me. Just those two things alone I learned from my first mentor that changed my life. When you think about, “Why should I hire someone when I can do it on my own?” The time you spend trying to figure it out will be much for effective given to someone who has it already figured out.
Happy Wednesday, guys. Let me take you back to 12 months ago, to the couch where it all started. It was the morning of May 5 th , 2021. I made the decision that I would change my life. I decided that the life I was living of instant gratification is over and it's time for a change. Those changes at the time were massive mindset shifts for me. When I was kicked out of my ex's apartment with my clothes and belongings, I knew that that moment in my life wouldn't change unless I did. One of the first things I did was tell every person I partied with drugs, that I am focusing on bettering myself. I cut off all toxic relationships. The second thing I did, was I joined Apex in which I found a community of people who wanted to be more than average and excel in everything that they did. I surrounded myself with winners. The third and most important is I met Marlon Lockyear, Sam Kehayias, and Alan Chapman, who saw the vision for Limitless Coaching. I learned from the best and I was always a student. The funny thing is, Limitless Coaching was second on my priorities as I started a real estate investment firm with Charles Rezac. Soon, you find what you are truly passionate about and for me, that's seeing people believing in themselves as someone had a belief in me. When I first started, I didn't know everything and you never will. The only thing I knew, that as long as I continued to be consistent, disciplined, and listened that in time my vision would become a reality. For those of you just starting your journey, I soon learned, not everyone will understand you. Not everyone will support you. Not everyone will agree with you, but you're not everyone. Once you have a vision so big it scares people, you know you're doing something right.
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family. We're going to talk about creating healthy habits and how and why they are so important. See, we're all creatures of habit. We tend to wake up at the same time each day. We brush our teeth. We have our morning coffee. We commute to work. We follow the same patterns every day. So, why is it so hard to form new healthy habits? We tend to look so far past that we forget about stacking, which is the key. The best way to form new habits is to tie them in with your existing habits. While you're making your morning coffee, take time to read for 10 minutes. While you're getting clothes ready for the morning, add in 5 minutes of stretching. While you're waking up in the morning, have that time to listen to a podcast, educating yourself before the day starts. When you start to reprogram your mind of stacking habits it'll create an identity within yourself over time and it will take time and I can tell you it'll be hard at the start. Start small. Work your way up. 28 days to set a habit. 66 days to set a routine. But if you start today, you start stacking those habits. Within no time, you'll see how they start to compound.
Good morning, Limitless Family! Happy Monday. I hope you guys are ready to crush the week. I hope you guys have some big goals that you set for yourself. This morning we're going to talk about 91% of your thoughts are identical, but 9% are different. You see, Ed Mylett said this exact statement. The difference between winning and losing is that 9% of your thoughts go through your head. When you wake up in the morning, you have the ability to control those thoughts and here's a simple exercise you can do to envision the person you want to be. When you wake up in the morning, take 10 seconds to envision the person you'll be. When you go to your car, take 10 seconds to envision the car you want to drive. When you go into your office, take 10 seconds to envision the business you are building. When you go to sleep, take that 10 seconds of the life that you will have. See, being able to envision yourself repetitiously you will be amazed at how clear your vision becomes. And these habits that you set in your life triggers you to add new thoughts. As these triggers become habits it'll become more it'll become more obsessed for the life that you want. Taking control of your thoughts will position your life to a bigger way of thinking.
Apollo's mission to the moon was 98 percent of trajectory, while 2 percent remained on track. Even though, being off course, they still made it. You might be asking yourself, “Why is he talking about Apollo's mission to the moon?” See, this reflects upon your journey in your health and wellness. You will never be 100% every day of your life. There are times when you will want to be off track and you will be off track and you will feel as though you failed. Give yourself some grace. Understand we are human, and we are meant to fail. When that failure occurs, the mindset has to be greater than the failure at hand. What did I learn from this? What will I do differently moving forward? How will I plan better? You may be 98% off track at times, but that 2% of getting back on track, it will put you on the trajectory of reaching your goals moving you that much closer.
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family. Let's talk about your health and wellness journey and the three different levels to understand. So, beginner, you're at the first steps in your journey. You're learning how to implement daily healthy habitual habits. Intermediate. You are starting to understand macros and calories and how different percentages work in your body while having a foundation of fitness. And advanced. You understand nutrition, macros, calories. You're at the point of implementing refeeds, carb cycling, carb backloading, and various other tools to get to peak performance. Your training is now pushing you into periodization training using percentages based on one-rep maxes introducing specialized training techniques. Understanding your starting point is the first step in your transformation. And before you jump into any program, let me give you a couple tips in understanding your starting point. Do you have healthy, habitual habits set in your life? Do you drink enough water? 100-120 oz at least. Do you get at least 7500 steps in a day? Do you know the necessary amount of protein you need daily? Do you know your body type? Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph? See, within Limitless, I started to understand the different levels of clients that come to us and I started to create programs for each level. When you step into the journey of transforming your life through health and wellness, understanding where you are is the first step. If you aren't sure, or you need direction on what that next step is, we are here to guide you on your way to truly living limitless.
Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! As you get ready for the new week ahead, this is how I plan out my Sundays every Sunday. I'm going to give you a couple tips that are going to help you organize your week. Set non-negotiables in your life that will get done. For me, this is having my classes for camp scheduled, my cycle and yoga, workouts are scheduled, Icon ordered and planned out. Time block your week starting on Sunday. Don't wait until Monday when your week has already begun two steps behind where you can be three steps forward. Plan out your content, your posts, your reels, your videos, whatever it might be that you are going to make that is going to make it much easier to focus on the bigger task at hand. When Monday morning hits, the last thing you want to do is run around last-minute planning your day. I did it for years. It got me nowhere as far as I have time blocking setting non-negotiables. Set time for yourself during the week for you. It doesn't matter if it's 15 minutes or one hour. Give the time you need for yourself to progress forward. For me, that's in the morning, getting 15 to 30 minutes of meditation and prayer before the day starts. Do what works for you and get ready for another week to live out your Limitless potential.
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family! I'm going to share something with you that I normally don't talk about and it's the simple fact that there are a couple things that I don't like to speak about because they always in an argument, but I feel as though there is some reason why I'm going to tell you this and feel like it's going to impact someone in some way. Every morning I drop to my knees and pray. Immediately as I wake up, I smile and I thank God for another day, another opportunity to be in his presence. See, this has not always been the case as my spiritual side was shadowed for quite a while. When I was growing up, I attended a Christian school, bible studies on Wednesday and it was a non- negotiable in my life. Soon as I entered high school and went into the military I lost that connection. See, our plan is written for us and we take the necessary steps with our words and actions. There are two things I never normally talk about which are politics and religion, but something this morning, told me to share this with you. To whatever you believe in, know that you have awakened, you have another day. You have one more day to be the person you were meant to be. People have been brought into my life for a reason and some for a season of lessons to be taught. Our duty is to live our life with excellence with everything we do, everything we own, and everything we touch. God Bless.
Happy Monday, Limitless Family. I'm going to make this one short and quick. It's something that really impacted me when I heard it from Keith Craft. “Life comes in words. Words become sentences. Our sentences become messages. Those messages become experiences.” As we go through life, the words we choose, we need to choose carefully. The way we speak to ourselves makes the thoughts in our minds. Those thoughts are powerful. They can change the direction of your life. Where your mind goes, reality will soon follow. Your transformation is not based solely on your fitness and nutrition protocol. Your belief in yourself that you can and you will become the most elite version of yourself is a mental battle. Infinite possibilities come to those who believe. I believe in you. Now, you just need to believe in yourself.
How many people have heard that song? You gotta change the way you eat. You have to change the way you live. That's by Tupac. I'm bringing it back to these words because this is the truth. When you look at your life and the decisions you make, the overall outcome Is determined by you. Nobody else lives your life. Nobody makes your own decisions. As humans, we understand what we need to do but we choose not to do it and that's not always the right direction It comes down to doing the work plain and simple. The recipe for success in all areas of your life. You want to eat healthier? Do the work. Pick healthy options than go into your nearest fast food joint to pick something that's filling and void. Do you want to be in better shape? Do the work, creating movement in your life. That doesn't mean going to the gym. Get up. Move your body. Take a walk. Go on a hike. It's not as easy as it seems because the one thing that stops us is our mind. “I will never get to where I want to be.” “I don't have it in me.” “I was never in shape. I never will be.” “I have a genetic disposition for being obese.” These are the thoughts that go through peoples' minds every day and was similar to mine as well. As I started to follow a plan, be held accountable for my actions, surround myself with a community of people who wanted nothing more than to see me succeed, my life changed and yours could too as Limitless Coaching has founded. This program is not meant for you to make a quick fix in your life, but a long-term sustainable approach that you can use for years to follow.
Happy Friday, Limitless Family! Why is it so hard to see the person you can be, but you feel so far away? Because you are looking too far ahead which veers you further away from your goal. Take an example, for someone who wants to lose 40 pounds. You want to feel better, look better, have optimal gut health and energy at an all-time high. That 40 pounds seems like a far stretch. But we don't look at the overall goal but set smaller goals to reach your end result. Every week, I have a goal set for myself that I want to lose two pounds per week. In turn, if you do that for twenty weeks, that five months. You keep the weight off and reach your goal. But, don't stop there. Because it's not about the overall weight, but it's how you feel. It's your energy levels. It's your sex drive and confidence overall. You want this to be a sustainable, long-term fix and not another plan you followed and now back in the same place where you yo-yoed? Set small goals. They'll lead to big leaps to reaching your end result. And if you feel lost, you're not sure where to even start, or you have been yo-yoing back and forth, we're here to help, because I can promise you this. When you come through the Limitless Program, you're not going to yo-yo. You're going to reach your end goal and you're going to blast past
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family. We're going to talk about and how does it affect our mind? You see, 12 months ago, I was programmed in a mindset of drugs, alcohol, and living up to other peoples' expectations. I cared more about where the next party was than what I was doing to progress in my life. When I thought about working out, it was a task, rather than something I get to do. When I thought about eating, it was the satisfaction and taste, not to fuel the body. See, the programming that we run through our mind has the ability to change our desired state. Waking up early to go to the gym is not a normal task. Following a nutrition plan to reach your end goal is not a normal task. What you will learn is, as you continue to set these habits and reprogram your mind, they become part of your life. It may not happen overnight, but with setting realistic goals for yourself creating ease instead of discomfort. For those of you who struggle to set those habits, follow this exercise. I will work out three times a week. I will eat three healthy meals daily, and I will do this for three weeks. This is called “The Three Rule,” setting non-negotiables for you to follow. As you start to end week three, start week four adding one more non-negotiable to your daily task. Soon, you'll be programmed to make your health and wellness a priority by setting non-negotiables in your life and being able to stack the habits to create an identity within yourself that you can and you will be the person you were meant to be.
Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! This is going to be an emotional one for me. One more day. Ed Mylett said. I got the opportunity to listen to Ed Mylett's speech and I'm not gonna lie, it brought tears running down my face. He spoke about his father, being able to give one more day when he stopped drinking for his family and give the life they deserve. My dad did that exact same decision when he became sober after drinking for 20+ years, being able to give others one more day. And I promise you, if he didn't make that change in his life, I would not be the person I am today. He changed his life, becoming a drug and alcohol counselor being able to help thousands of people to live, one more day. My dad gave people the chance to live one more day and I will follow in my dad's footsteps. One more day to be 1% better. One more day to have an opportunity to wake up. One more day to help someone transform their life. One more day, every day, to live up to your full and true potential. Think about the people that you care most about. What would you do differently if this was the last day you'd see them? Would you hug them? Would you kiss them? My dad isn't on this earth anymore. I can't call him. Can't see him. All I can do is watch videos where I remember us together. My dad is looking down, saying, “Clint, you've got one more day.” What are you going to do differently today, if you knew today was your last day?
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family! We're going to talk about the force of average and how it comes into our life very slowly, creeping in. Last week was one of those. I'm going to be completely honest. I have no idea why. I consulted with one of my partners and he talks about when you have such high momentum and it comes to an abrupt stop, there's a sense of not owning up to your true potential. I hold myself to a very high standard as all of us do in this group. When we don't measure up, where we feel we should, then we need to take a step back. For me, it's understanding and evaluating the last week by looking at key factors in my life. What could I have done better? Where could I have used my time more efficiently? What changed in the last week? As I remember this journey is not meant to be easy and it truly pushes you to be uncomfortable to grow, understand that every setback is meant for a bigger and stronger comeback and that was shown tonight. After doing some research I looked at my Whoop stats and I noticed a trend. My sleep and recovery were way below normal while my strain was at an all time high. See, you can only push your body so much before it'll push back hard. You'll see that the last two days of recovery were at an all time low as sleep is reflecting the same. I was at a 44% recovery and my HRV was at a 15. This weekend will be spent doing a couple things to rewire the mind and body. Sleeping in and giving the body rest needs to recover, two refeeds both today and tomorrow, preparing for the next 12 weeks of heavy lifting. Don't sleep on recovery. It's by far one of the most overlooked components of your body. And if you feel like you're in a slump. If you feel like you're not moving forward, I want you to take a look back. See what changed in your last week. And if there's anything that you did notice, things that could have taken a small different route in your life, or the way that your thoughts, the way that you're thinking, the way that you looked at a situation. Those small things matter. But I want you to know, this all comes at us at different levels. We don't have a perfect life. You will never have a perfect life. But I promise you, as you overcome the force of average, you will continue pushing forward every single day and you will be successful.
Good morning, Limitless Family! Happy Monday! Let's hop right into it. 7 Pillars of Leadership — Planning, personality, partnership, priorities, presence, progress and professional development. Now let's break these down one by one. Planning: Understanding where you want to be, how are you going to get there, and assessing your progress. Personality: What makes you? You and your thoughts affect your life and may prevent you from taking action. Partnership: Helping others become successful is the first step in creating your own success. That's right from Terri L. Herren. Partnerships are meant to help each other grow and make a bigger impact. Priorities: Where are you focusing your time, your efforts, your energy? Write them down and be honest with yourself. You may be quite surprised. Presence: Are you creating a meaningful presence? A memorable presence? How do people remember you? Are you remembered or are you forgotten? Progress: Having regular checkups and check-ins and that's why having a coach or mentor is so important in your growth. Professional development: Investing in your professional and your personal development. Have you taken the time in investing in yourself? Understanding these seven pillars gave me a better understanding of leadership and will give you a better perspective as well.
Happy Friday, Limitless Family! I'm going to talk about one of my favorite subjects because it matters so much. Mindset. The established set of attitudes held by someone. Now, that is the definition from the dictionary, but let's break this down. We have two different types of mindsets that you see in people. A fixed mindset. You believe your abilities are fixed and they cannot be changed. Then you have a growth mindset. You believe your talents and abilities can develop over the time through effort and persistence. Most people in the world have a fixed mindset, believing that the skillsets they've learned are set for life and nothing will change. You need to have a growth mindset if you want to do more in this world. Let me give you some examples of a fixed mindset. “Either I'm good at it or I'm not. That's just who I am. I can't change it. If you have to work hard, you don't have the ability. If I don't try, then I won't fail. That job position, totally out of my league.” Now let me give you some examples of a growth mindset. “I can learn to do anything I want. I'm constantly evolving in work and progress. The more you challenge yourself, the smarter you become. I only fail when I stop trying. That job position looks challenging. Let me apply for it.” So how to do we fix this mindset? Focus on the journey. Incorporate a yet in your terminology. Pay attention to your words and your thoughts. Take on challenges and embrace them. When I first started my journey, I had a fixed mindset that I could only do a certain amount of things. I can only make a certain amount of money. I can only help a certain amount of people. But, when you change that to a growth mindset, the doors and the opportunities that open to you are endless!
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family! I hope you are ready for an amazing day ahead. Present vs desired state. This correlates to everything in your life and let me explain. When you look at your current state of where you are to your desired state we often lose the driving force behind us. We look at people doing incredible things thinking we are behind the power curve. Realize that the people around us have been doing this much longer than you have. When I look at the people in the fitness space and see how many people I've helped, it makes me think, “Am I doing enough?” But it pushes me to do better every day. Before, I would be jealous, looking at my current state rather than my desired state. If you're able to look at the bigger picture, seeing where you'll be in six months to twelve months down the road, instead of looking at where you are now, taking those small steps, making those phone calls, learning from the people you look up to, asking questions, and observing rather than patronizing, imagine where you could be.
Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! We're going to talk about fitness and understanding the deeper meaning behind it. See, when people hear the word fitness, they automatically think the gym. In all reality, fitness is what makes you happy. For me, that's lifting 405 pounds off the ground, squatting 495 pounds, pushing myself to my full potential. For others, that might mean running 13 miles, hiking 11 miles, going to yoga for an hour. Find what makes you happy. Fitness and nutrition saved my life. Understand your body is a direct reflection of your inner thoughts and how you carry yourself. Imagine waking up, looking in the mirror, proud of the person you see every morning. Imagine having energy all day because your body is working at optimal levels. Imagine your sex drive at an all-time high because your hormones are regulated. Imagine walking into a room and people notice you for the right reasons. Fitness is much more than going to the gym. It's a lifestyle that gives you more opportunities, more experiences, and doors that will open to limitless possibilities.
During my journey to the Upside Summit with Lisa Marie Platske, I had the chance to meet someone by the name of Mary Jo Van Horn. She specializes in limiting beliefs now creating an app that you can have access to being able to identify the limiting beliefs holding you back to truly live Limitless. Bio: Frustrated by the lack of resources for how to release limiting beliefs and inspired by her own lived experiences, Mary Jo Van Horn created The Enlightened Reframe, a transformational online and app resource for fully releasing beliefs that negatively impact our self-esteem, money, physical fitness, parenting, workplace, and business. As a speaker, Mary Jo collaborates with thought leaders and industry influencers that share her desire for a kinder, more joyful, and purposeful world. Link: https://enlightenedreframe.com
Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family! We're going to talk about energy flows where your attention goes. How many of you heard this before? The first step in becoming clear on your goal is you have to have the purpose and meaning behind it. This second step is focusing that energy to be surrounded by the right people, and the third step is putting in the work and seeking no instant gratification in the process. This may seem like a three-step, very easy program, but why do so many people get lost. Because you aren't clear on your end goal. Because you aren't focusing your energy on things that truly matter with people who are going to help you get there. Because you're not putting in the necessary amount of work, or you're not leveraging the network around you. See, a lot of times, we seem that we are doing all the right things, but really, we're far behind the power curve. I'm going to give you a couple of tips that helped me help you. Your time is valuable. Don't give it to just anyone. Stop hanging out with people that don't measure up to your end goal. Give until you can't give anymore and seek nothing from it. As I started to focus on the above, my life changed before my eyes. Positive energy will attract positive people.
Good morning Limitless Family! Happy Monday! This morning I want to talk about going into a funk. What that means, this last week for me was one of those weeks where I had to come back, recalibrate, look at my life, and really just take a deep look and see what I was doing that changed. See, we talk about the Force of Average and how it can come into your life very slowly, creeping in. This week was one of those. I'm going to be completely honest. I don't even know why. I consulted with one of my partners. He talks about when you have such a high momentum, and it comes to an abrupt stop. There is a sense of not owning up to your true potential. You see, I hold myself to a very high standard. And when we don't measure up to where we will, and where we feel we should be, then we need to take a step back. And for me, it's understanding and evaluating the last week by looking at key factors in my life. What could I have done better? Where could I have used my time more efficiently? What changed in the last week? As I remember this journey is not meant to be easy, and truly pushes you to be uncomfortable to grow, every setback is meant for a bigger and stronger comeback. And after doing some research I looked at my Woop stats for the week. I noticed a trend. My sleep and recovery are way below normal average while my strain was at an all-time high. See, you can only push your body so much before it'll push back. You see, the last two days, recovery was at an all-time low, as my sleep was reflecting the same. So, this weekend, I was able to get my body the rest it needed. I had two refeeds preparing me for the next 12 weeks of heavy lifting in our AFF program. So don't sleep on your recovery. It's one of the most overlooked components of your body and understand that your body, your health, your wellness, truly matters.
