Kevin Rodgers, the managing director of KR Fleet Solutions Ltd discusses how to successfully launch a new business in the leasing and rental sector.
Joshua P. Rodgers knew that he would spend his life fighting for this country. He grew up in the shadow of 9/11. His mother, Vonda, remembers Rodgers always turning his face to the sky when planes flew overhead. As a boy, he dressed up in camouflage and played “army” while hidden in the grass. When Rodgers enlisted in the Army following his graduation from Normal Community High School, he took a first step toward fulfilling a lifelong ambition. He would go on to join the Army Rangers, an elite unit of highly trained soldiers. Rodgers was on his third tour in Afghanistan when his regiment took heavy enemy fire in Nangarhar Province. Rodgers was leading his team. He was shot in the leg and stopped long enough to tie his own tourniquet before charging back into the fray. The next shot was fatal.Joshua Rodgers was 22 years old when he was killed on April 27, 2017.As the country prepares to remember its fallen soldiers this Memorial Day, Vonda and Kevin Rodgers shared memories of their heroic son – a man who they say became exactly the person he always wanted to be.(Description from WGLT)Thank you to today's sponsors:Pamela Deaton | Health MarketsInsurance Agent for Health MarketsHelping you find the best Health, life, vision, dental, and disability insurance for you.www.pamdeaton.com(309) 287-2518InMotion Fitness Centerhttps://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085541333873605 North 4Th St, 61739, Fairbury(815) 692-2572Fairbury Furniture100 W Locust St Fairbury, IL 61739http://www.fairburyfurniture.com/(815) 692-3000Follow The Paul Garcia Show:Official Website: https://www.thepaulgarciashow.comFacebook: https://facebook.com/thepaulgarciashowYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/c/ThePaulGarciaShowInstagram: https://instagram.com/thepaulgarciashowSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/0DfWzOcJwgne3ffkD5VDqT?si=312b756e61604bc5Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-paul-garcia-show/id1534365630SEE Website: https://www.thepaulgarciashow.comRun your ads on this show:https://www.thepaulgarciashow.com/advertisingLet me make a commercial for your business:https://www.thepaulgarciashow.com/advertising#VeteransDay #copingskills Support the show

Welcome back! After a brief hiatus, we attempt to figure out how to do this in real time even though we never really had any clue, and I am making a New Years vow to never say, “We already talked about this on the podcast.” We discuss some Nintendo Switch games we have been playing including, Golf Story(again), The Messenger, and Katana Zero before diving into board games. We conclude with our final thoughts on Survivor Season 41 and its controversial(?) ending.Correction: During our conversation about Cartographers(which we love), I mentioned the designer as Keith Matejka, however the designer is Jordy Adan! If Walker doesn't want Mark to speak to excess, he really shouldn't be teeing him up by asking about Macross. Or Robotech either, because the difference thereto is a whole discussion unto itself. Of course, Walker is an accomplished troll, willing to return to any subject once raised. Mark has repeatedly been exhorted to not feed trolls, but really, that's just blaming the victim. At this point it's mostly just mutual trolling, like an ouroboros of nonsense.
