As a working producer in Hollywood, Steve's most recent productions include: Justin Bieber’s 2020 Dance Videos, which received  80M views om You Tube in five months, Chasing Happiness: Jonas Brothers which can be seen on Amazon Prime, and the documentary Demi Lovato: My Truth. Steve's first Hollywood job was as an as an assistant editor on Roger & Gene Corman’s film, The Slams, which was followed by a 2.5 year stint as Orson Welles editor on The Other Side of The Wind that premiered last November on Netflix. He was only the second American to produce a TV series in Vancouver: Airwolf II for Universal/USA Network. A decade later, he produced the pilot and first season of the very successful Sliders TV series for FOX in Vancouver. Other TV Credits include producing Pacific Blue for USA Network, Mantis for Sam Raimi’s Renaissance Productions/ FOX; Scruples, a one-hour pilot for WB/ABC; The Amazing Live Sea Monkeys for Howie Mandel/CBS Saturday Morning; Slamball for Tollin-Robbins/ Spike TV and Black Sash for Tollin-Robbins/ CW; and Pacific Blue for USA Network. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands: War Within the Cartel, for Ubisoft that premiered on Amazon Prime. Steve's book, So You Wanna Be A Producer? being used in film schools. Steve produced five original Creature Features movies for HBO/Screen Gems: She Creature, Day the World Ended, How to Make a Monster, Earth vs. The Spider, and Teenage Caveman, with creatures by Academy Award winner Stan Winston. There were a trio of films for Warner Home Video: Rest Stop II, Otis, and Alien Raiders. and for Odd Lot Entertainment Organyzm and Wanted: Undead or Alive. The family film Space Warriors was produced in Huntsville Alabama. Zburbs is a micro-budget zombie comedy being distributed by Indican.   About Greg: Greg O’Brien, 70, is a career journalist, an old-salt-of-the-earth investigative reporter who’s written for many national and regional publications. He penned the international award-winning best seller, On Pluto: Inside the Mind of Alzheimer's which gives an inside look into his world as an person suffering from Alzheimer's Disease. Greg has more than 35 years of newspaper and magazine experience as a writer, editor, investigative reporter, and publisher. He has contributed over the years, among other publications, to the Associated Press, UPI, USA Today, The Arizona Republic, Boston Herald American, Boston Metro, New York Metro, Philadelphia Metro, The Providence Journal, Cape Cod Times, Boston Irish Reporter, and Boston Magazine where he was senior writer. The author/editor of several books, O’Brien has published 17 books by other writers, and was a founding managing director of Community Newspaper Company, established in Boston. He lives in West Brewster on Cape Cod with his wife, Mary Catherine. The couple has three children: Brendan, Colleen and Conor. O’Brien was diagnosed several years ago with Early Onset Alzheimer’s after a horrific head injury “unmasked” a disease in the making, as doctors note. His maternal grandfather and his mother died of the disease. O’Brien also carries a marker gene for Alzheimer’s.

Raised a proud Razorback in Little Rock, Arkansas, Matt Besser attended Amherst College where he learned how to collect CDs. After graduating, Matt toured the Midwest doing stand-up, while taking improvisation direction from Del Close at Chicago’s Improv Olympic Theater. In Chicago in 1991, he was a founding member of the sketch group Upright Citizens Brigade, and with them he has performed and written such stage shows as “Saigon Suicide Squad” winner of Best Sketch at 1996 U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen. Besser’s stand up albums include: “May I Help You Dumbass?” , and “Woo Pig Sooie!”, and “The 6 Most Important Sets in the History of Standup”. As an improviser he was a member of Chicago’s “The Family” and is forever a member of “Asssscat” the UCB Theater’s long-running flagship improv show. In 1996 the UCB moved to NYC and produced their sketch show “Upright Citizens Brigade” for three seasons (’98 – 2000) on Comedy Central. In fall of 2005 the UCB premiered their improv show “Asssscat: Improv” on Bravo. With the success of their tv shows, the UCB opened their own comedy theater and improv school which operates two theaters in NYC, and starting this summer, two in LA. After the UCB tv show , Matt teamed up with Method Man & Redman to create and perform in a hidden camera show on MTV called “Stung”. He was creator and star of “Crossballs” which ran 23 episodes on Comedy Central; “This Show Will Get You High” on Comedy Central; and also created and starred in “The Very Funny Show” for TBS.com. In this episode, I have the pleasure of chatting with comedian Matt Besser. Matt is one of the founding members of Upright Citizens Brigade and a hilarious guy to talk to. His credits include: “Children’s Hospital,” “Happy Endings,” “This Show Will Get You High,” “Undead Or Alive,” “Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story,” “Raising Hope,” “Modern Family,” and “Parks and Recreation,” just to name a few. Matt is forever a member of “Asssscat” the longest running and greatest improv show in the history of the world.
 And he also has a fully improvised weekly podcast called “Improv 4 Humans.”  We talk about everything from Little Donny’s appearance on the “Today Show” to the beginnings of UCB to wearing zombie makeup in the hot desert to what petting zoo has a “Hot Chicks Room” sign. He has directed stage productions including “Feature Feature”, “Immortal Combat”, “Sidecarrin’” (1998 U.S.C.A.F), and Todd Barry in “Icky” (2001 U.S.C.A.F). Besser’s one-man shows include: “How Much I Lied”, “May I Help You Dumbass?”, “Don’t Be A Dick”, and “RUhi?”. As a stand-up, he participated in the first USCAF. His most recent one-man show is called “Woo Pig Sooie!” and concerns his battles with God. As an improviser he was a member of Chicago’s “The Family” and is forever a member of “Asssscat” the longest running and greatest improv show in the history of the world.
