It was BRUTAL. Ti Windisch and Rohan Katti broke down just how terrible of a loss this was despite Giannis Antetokounmpo doing his usual hard carrying of the team and another explosive Gary Trent Jr 30 point performance, and after summarizing what went wrong and how many ways Doc Rivers set the Bucks back they went through the whole roster and shared their gut check reactions on if each player should stay or go. There isn't enough talent on this roster to win and there are very few assets available to cash in. Jon Horst, time to earn that extension buddy. There wasn't a better way for the Green Bay Packers to break one of their longest-running customs Thursday night. With Green Bay, Wisconsin at the center of the NFL world by hosting the 2025 NFL Draft, the Packers seized on the moment when Packers president Mark Murphy announced that the team selected wide receiver Matthew Golden out of the University of Texas. The last time the Packers took a wide receiver in the first round of the NFL Draft was Javon Walker out of Florida State back in 2002. Furthermore, the Packers have now taken a wide receiver five times in the first round of the NFL Draft since the NFL-AFL merger in 1970. The previous four were Barry Smith in 1973, James Lofton in 1978, Sterling Sharpe in 1988 and Walker in 2022. Yeah, it's a pretty big deal. The Packers' wide receiver room goes into next season with Golden, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, Mecole Hardman, Malik Heath and Bo Melton. Christian Watson will obviously go into the year sidelined as he continues to recover from his torn ACL, so fortifying this wideout group was big on the Packers' list of roster needs. Join Jordan Treske as he goes through a running draft night diary. Are you struggling with constant meltdowns, defiance, rebellion, or other 'bad' behavior from your child—whether they're 3 or 23?Do you feel disconnected from them and like they won't listen, share, confide, or trust you? Here's the truth: “bad” behavior is almost never the real issue. It's a signal—a symptom of something deeper going on beneath the surface… usually a broken or weakened emotional connection with you, their parent. In this episode, we dive into the root cause of most behavioral challenges—and it's not what most parents think. Whether you're dealing with a sassy teen, a withdrawn preteen or tween, or a tantrum-prone toddler, the answer isn't more discipline. It's more connection. We unpack what emotional disconnection looks like in everyday parenting—and how to rebuild the bond in ways that transform your child's behavior from the inside out. You'll learn practical ways to:Rebuild emotional safety, even after years of strainAvoid the common parenting habits that sabotage connectionCreate small, intentional moments that build trust and attachmentRecognize when your child is asking for love — through misbehavior —without creating bad habitsThe tools we share can help you reconnect with your child at any age and create a family culture where trust, closeness, and cooperation naturally flourish.

The Bucks lost 117-98 despite Giannis Antetokounmpo's 36-point performance on better than 60% field goal shooting.Ti Windisch, Rohan Katti, and Jordan Treske convened to dissect why Doc Rivers simply has to change up the starting lineup, even if they don't think he will, after Taurean Prince and Kyle Kuzma combined for a grand total of 0 points and Brook Lopez predictably struggled with Indiana's speed and shooting bigs. They also discuss what went right for the Bucks, namely their Giannis and bench lineup that got them back in the game despite Gary Trent Jr and Bobby Portis Jr not shooting well from 3, and how nice it was to see AJ Green show he can knock down 3s at a high clip in a playoff game. The GSPN trio also discussed the impact Damian Lillard could have when he returns to the lineup, either next time out or for Game 3, but agree that simply inserting Dame for Ryan Rollins won't be enough to counteract the Bucks weaknesses on display from their starting group. As a former elementary school teacher and founding member of Humans of San Quentin, Diane Kahn is a fierce advocate for second chances and shared humanity. By spending the past seven years working inside the walls of California's most notorious prison, Diane empowers those incarcerated to earn their high school diplomas, tell their stories, and be seen not for what they've done, but for who they are. Today, Diane shares what inspired her to launch the Humans of San Quentin platform and why storytelling can be the first step to healing. Plus, we talk about the powerful impact of empathy, the surprising kindness found in dark places, and the importance of truly seeing others as more than their past mistakes. My friends, you'll leave this conversation with a renewed sense of compassion, a deeper belief in the power of story, and the courage to see your own life through a more grace-filled lens.
Welcome to "Thriving in Midlife Redefining Aging with Wellness" the podcast where we discuss how to live an extraordinary life in every aspect. I'm your host, Kellie Lupsha, a high-performance health coach, who is delighted to be your guide to vitality. In this episode, I dive deep into the timeless debate of luck versus preparation, particularly in the realms of health and personal success. Drawing from my own experiences and insights, This episode challenges the notion that good health or achievement is simply a stroke of luck. Instead, this emphasizes the importance of preparation, effort, and timing. Tune in for an inspiring conversation about taking control of your health and life—and why leaving things up to chance isn't the answer.Key Highlights:My experiences of being called "lucky" regarding my health, athleticism, and post-baby weight loss.Questioning if success is really just luck, or if it's preparation meeting timing.Contrasting proactive health measures with leaving things to chance (the "Russian roulette" analogy).Understanding when biological aging begins and the changing landscape of lifespan vs. health span.My personal approach to health: diet, exercise, hydration, stress management, etc..Revealing personal genetic predispositions and how knowing them creates a roadmap, not a destiny.Discussing the low percentage of adults with optimal metabolic health and the importance of knowing your markers.Applying the "preparation meets timing" principle to other areas like finances and relationships.Key Takeaways"Preparation and timing make amazing things happen in your life." —Kellie Lupsha“Don't just leave it up to luck. Prepare when it comes to your health, your finances, your relationship because you deserve it. You deserve to have a fabulous life, to have this aliveness in life.” —Kellie Lupsha*FREE GIFT

It's that easy.ESPN's Tim MacMahon, who covers the NBA's Western Conference and just wrote The Wonder Boy, a great book you should go buy detailing the Dallas Mavericks dealing with the pressure of contending with a young superstar in Luka Doncic, joined the Gyro Step! Ti Windisch and Rohan Katti took turns asking Tim a bunch of questions, including how he learned about the Luka trade and his first thoughts and how he had to add a chapter to his book but it tied into themes that ran throughout regarding the Mavs' frustrations with Luka. The conversation then shifted to the Milwaukee Bucks, including why Milwaukee has been so disappointing in the Damian Lillard/Giannis Antetokounmpo era, Tim's interview of Giannis that may have hit a nerve on their partnership, and what could happen if the Bucks yet again flame out in the first round.
