This holiday season, we are THANKfully bringing you a new episode of 3 Happy Chappies! We’ll look at animated representations of both Native Americans and general hotness with Disney’s Pocahontas. We’ll then move from the New World to the World Showcase as we scope the libations at Epcot and share memories of Disneyfied inebriation. We’ll close it out with some classic Disney covers, from Peabo to Usher and everything in between. Be thankful that another fortnight has passed and the Chappies are back!
After a long hiatus, the Chappies are back with a bang! We’ll head to Sherwood Forest as we rob from the rich, feed the poor, and get all anthropomorphic with Disney’s Robin Hood. Then from Nottingham to Lake Buena Vista, we’ll get cozy discussing our favorite Walt Disney World resorts. And finally, we’ll make multiple-fortnight wait worth it as we discuss a favorite topic amongst most Disneyphiles: VILLAINS. There is much to discuss in this realm, including evilness, entertainment value, signature song, and underratedness. It’s like no time has passed at all! Oo de lally!
A lot happens in a fortnight, and things are getting dark on our newest episode of 3 Happy Chappies! We'll start by diving into the many horrors of the Disney's second full length animated classic, Pinocchio. How was this ever for children? We'll then continue with things not suitable for children as we head to the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, one of Disney Parks' most impressive attractions. And finally, the Chappies duke it out as we play our first edition of Convince Me, asking our fellow Chappies to reconsider Pixar films we're not so into. After fortnights of anticipation, the 3 Happy Chappies finally get to Bop to the Top of all other Disney Channel Original Movies and take a deep dive into the greatest of all DCOMs, High School Musical.
