Ecoutez ci-dessous notre interview :
New York, LA & die Golden Coast!
Chad Steffen of Golden Coast Exotics discusses his reptile keeping and breeding hobby with a variety of very interesting and rarer snake species, as well as his passion in breeding high-quality, healthy snakes. He shares details of how he first got started in the reptile keeping hobby, starting in keeping Eastern Indigo Snakes, and the enrichment that he provides those species. Chad highlights the other species that he keeps such as bearded dragons, species of tree boas, Dominican Red Boas, Royal Snakes, and more, diving into the behaviors, diets, and breeding of each. He also discusses the interest in these kind of “left-of-center” species in comparison to the Ball python breeding obsession in the last fifteen years, saying that the diversity of the species we keep in the reptile hobby makes it all so much more fun and interesting. Chad also discusses his adventures in herping in Southern California, as well as aspects of loving the mundane chores involved in reptile keeping. Tambourine Mountain Golf Club is 30 minutes from the Golden Coast but feels another world away. Up on the Scenic Rim, it's a 9 hole course that rises and falls with the land and is pretty special - in fact, for a while, theirs was the best 2nd hole in the country. Neoborn Caveman is back with all the Roadhouse Disco energy! Well, the real one, not this afterburner straight to streaming wannabe copycat - and there is NC's famous rant about it!And of course, no government is safe from the insights and unveiling in the news commentary section, should it be the looting Britain from the times when Ghana was the Golden Coast, or the Californian democrats who think full control will bring Chinafornia even closer to reality - this time with driving. But hey, there is some good new: Neoborn found a politician who seemed to keep her word and now kids might be happier, healthier and the upcoming world a better place - all in Poland (watch and learn public school system!). Probably the most important part today is the farmers: no farmers no real food - and why do we need those freakish middlemen pricing out the real farmers and getting richer on the back (and wallets) of the everyday people (not to mention how the super-rich still wants to take advantage on the customers with the self-checkout tills)? There is a solution! And as the Brave New World meets 1984 in the West in America more and more, just another issue what a full surveillance can cause - and how impossible to battle back for one's right and the blatant truth. Plus some more. Yes, music and jokes as well! Will Neoborn Caveman be able to keep it together all along? Do you know any Leftugees from woke California moving to your red state? Maybe you still live in the California People's Republic and are experiencing a record-high cost of living as well as deteriorating city conditions. A former Goldman Sachs executive is sounding the alarm on the simply incomprehensible costs of living that come with residence on the Golden Coast. To live a normal, comfortable life in the Bay Area, one must make at least $280,000 a year, but the average salary in California is around $73,000. Besides just the burdensome and tyrannical social and green initiatives that California forces its residents to foot the bill for, Biden is trying to take the California model nationwide it seems as consumer prices across the board have increased over 17%. I am joined once again by two of the top patriots working in the parallel economy today, connecting patriotic consumers and employees with equally patriotic producers and employers. Andrew Crapuchettes, founder of RedBalloon, America's foremost anti-woke jobs board, and Michael Seifert, founder of PublicSq which is now functioning as the largest online marketplace within the burgeoning parallel economy. Highlights: “As people move from California we say: You are very welcome, please wipe the blue off your shoes on the way in, and don't vote the way that you wrecked the state that you're trying to move from.” - Andrew Crapuchettes “The good news is it seems like many of the folks that are leaving are not just leaving because of economic challenges in blue states, they are also leaving to migrate toward a state that more aligns with their own personal convictions.” - Michael Seifert “We are seeing in PublicSq businesses from red states partnering with businesses from other red states instead of some other blue states neighbors.” - Michael Seifert “It's an encouraging trend, Florida is going to have money in their budget and New York's not and it's going to start to cause a major socio-economic impact on those states.” - Andrew Crapuchettes Timestamps: [00:40] The growing number of Leftugees from woke California moving to red state [04:20] What is driving people to leave California [09:44] Are there any trends from people utilizing Andrew and Michael's services in tandem with relocating to the MAGA States [14:18] On the demographic advantage that red states have over blue states [16:58] The monthly Freedom Economy Index Report Trends - what we'll be seeing these 2024 [21:13] Which red states are we seeing making the most of this freedom migration [24:48] On the possibility of the creation of a ‘freedom economic zone' of all the MAGA red states [26:41] Donald Trump Jr.'s support of Andrew and Michael's company and what we can all do to reverse Biden's free-falling economy Resources: Join America's foremost anti-woke jobs board HERE: http://www.redballoon.work/freedomeconomy Join the parallel economy's largest and fastest-growing digital marketplace HERE: https://www.publicsquare.com/ Don't let Big Tech WIN by staying connected to Dr. Steve and joining the movement to reclaim our freedoms at: https://join.turleytalks.com/insiders-club=podcast Thank you for taking the time to listen to this episode. This is the 2nd official podcast episode of 2019 here on the Sound & Groove Podcast. This is the 2nd in a 2-part theme on songs about California. It could be about somewhere, something or some aspect of the Golden Coast state but whatever the case, I've chosen the best for these 2 episodes. It's all fair game for another series of tremendous tunes you'll hopefully enjoy.

# “Cala Osaka”, tercera parada. Descríbela a nuestros oyentes.
