Kern gets information on his missing wood elf family, Skully tries to drown his fears, and Aaron gets stuck between a rock and a ghost's curse. Di$count manages to separate the astral half of the hilt from the physical, making the astral form of Telderron whole and ready to remove from Grogmire's psyche, so the fate of who stays behind lies between Nimbus and Cloudy.
As Nimbus, Cloudy, and Trason try to come to Discount's aid in accepting his responsibility as a true hero, they are linked with Grogmire's mind and learn of The Purple Dragon's backstory and his hidden connections to Arminda and Telderron.
Arminda, Di$count, Nimbus, and Cloudy, are scattered in the Astral Plane. As they try to find each other Nimbus and wolf learn to be one while Cloudy is torn in two, Arminda faces her past, as Di$count confronts their future.
***Trigger Warning: Attempted Suicide and Intense Action***Â As Di$count tests out their shapeshifting, Nimbus and Arminda begin losing control of their own powers. The familiars scale up a treahcerous volcano where they are confronted by Grogmire, The Purple Dragon, and his newest pawn, Trason. Nimbus attempts to make the ultimate sacrifice in order to save everyone, but his friends won't let him go so easily.
Arminda, Nimbus, Cloudy, Di$count, Cubber, Maggie, Lucky, and Slippy, are all freed and back together. They discuss what is next for them all as the final chapter starts to set into motion.Â
Di$count, Arminda, Cloudy, and Nimbus venture into Cloaks dungeon to look for the famous artifact, Telderron. Well, half of it... but the moment Di$count realizes there are stashes of gold and gems everywhere. He can't resist going after them and trips a trap separating himself from the party. Which leads Di$count to a discovery about himself. During this Nimbus, Arminda, and Cloudy attempt to fight off the monster that protects the dungeon.Â
Due to the lockdown in the mall, our imprisoned employees have no choice but to duke it out with the devilish customers trapped in the store. Putrid is down and making death-saving throws and one well-placed hit might spell heartbreak for the gang.Â
When Arminda, Di$count, Nimbus, and Cloudy confront the three raccoons, the group learns that Di$count has some surprising connections to both these three as well as their next clue Telderron. After some rest and food, the group is ready to do some dungeon delving.Â
The party gathers together, though they are each still in turmoil over their visions in the maze and they escape into the vents of the mall. Whitney, now Casus, struggles with an existential crisis that Tamsyn talks her through in order to help get Casus to direct the party to safety. They find themselves in the worst place in the mall, the public restroom....
Sir Durmin is dedicated to creating the perfect gift for Constance's Birthday, Shatter is spreading her wings with the help of Glitter, and Constance is focused on finding a way back home. With some suspicious guidance from her father, she leads the team on what may be their last adventure together.Â
Der'rek, Tamsyn, and Lucian scramble to rescue Putrid from mall security, the disturbing chain devils chase him into the Little Devils' Play Area. Although while Whitney is starting to reveal she has some secrets to share with the group, but before she can they are all confronted with some harsh truths.Â
Di$count, Arminda, Nimbus, and Cloudy chase Cloak through Casseron. Our party tackles obstacles and uses magic and muscle to keep up, but they lose Cloak in the city. Thanks to Di$count though the team has a lead but receives quite a shock once they get arrive at their destination.
Der'rek, Lucien, Tamsyn, and Whitney team up to fight Cambion Karen, but this breaks the rules of the mall and so they come face to face with the devil that runs the mall. He must decide if the four of them should be " Fired" which is more literal in the 9 Hells.

Di$count, Arminda, and Cloudy have met up with Nimbus and Maggie. Back together with her little brother, Cloudy questions Nimbus on the wolf. Much to her surprise Nimbus, with the help of Maggie, has started to accept his wolf side. Tired from lack of sleep our four-legged friends head for Casseron, but things don't go quite according to plan as a supernatural storm blows in and puts the party under pressure.
Arminda, Di$count, and Cloudy are forced to discuss what to do about Nimbus and his lycanthropy. Meanwhile, Nimbus looks for help apart from his friends, which leads Nimbus to another distressed creature. By assisting this new friend, Nimbus comes closer to finding the answers he seeks.
