The Messenger of Allah SAW approved of the minting of gold dinars weighing 4.25g and silver dirhams weighing 2.975g as the currency of the state. This is how the Khilafah state ensured stability in currency, and hence in the prices of goods and services that currency buys. Neither collapsing capitalism, nor failed communism can provide any solution to the rampant inflation that paper, fiat currency has unleashed.

Democracy's judiciary will move at lightning speed to secure verdicts that favor the enemies of the Islamic Ummah, including the release of Raymond Davis and clemency for Kulbhushan Jadhav. However, Democracy's judiciary drags its heels when it comes to the commands and prohibitions of Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ. The Federal Shariat Court (FSC) first delivered judgment prohibiting Riba in November, 1991, but delayed its implementation to 30 April, 1992, which did not occur. Then in December, 1999, the Supreme Court upheld the decision of the FSC and directed authorities to ensure its implementation by 30 June, 2000. However, in June 2002, the decision was suspended by the Supreme Court and the case was referred back to the FSC for interpretation of Riba. Now, two decades later, on 28 April 2022, the FSC has prohibited Riba but allowed five years for its implementation! O Muslims of Pakistan! Whilst Democracy delays the implementation of Islam, Pakistan is sinking in debt because of interest. In 1991, in the year of the FSCs first verdict, national debt was 825 billion rupees. By 2011, Pakistans debt soared to 10 trillion rupees and then it quadrupled, approaching 40 trillion rupees, in 2021. Pakistans rulers now spend over three trillion rupees, over half of Pakistans taxation revenues, on interest payments on loans. Pakistans rulers ensure interest payments are always made, without ever defaulting, by bleeding us dry for taxes, whilst taking on even more loans on interest, so our future generations face even worse than what we face now. Moreover, whilst Democracy delays the prohibition of interest, Pakistan invites war from Allah ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ. Allah revealed in the Noble Quran, يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَذَرُوا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّبَا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ (278) فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ “O you who believe, fear Allah and give up what remains of your demand for riba if you are indeed believers. If you do it not, take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger. (TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah 2:278-279). O Muslims of Pakistan! Reject democracy that drowns us in ever growing interest-based debt and invites the visitation of the punishment of Allah ﷻ upon us. Establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, which will abolish all interest based transactions from the moment of its arrival. Allah ﷻ said, أَفَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِبَعْضِ الْكِتَابِ وَتَكْفُرُونَ بِبَعْضٍ ۚ فَمَا جَزَاءُ مَن يَفْعَلُ ذَٰلِكَ مِنكُمْ إِلَّا خِزْيٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ أَشَدِّ الْعَذَابِ ۗ وَمَا اللَّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ “Do you believe in some of the Scripture and reject the rest? Is there any reward for those who do so among you other than disgrace in this worldly life and being subjected to the harshest punishment on the Day of Judgment? For Allah is never unaware of what you do.” [TMQ Surah al-Baqarah 2:85].

جمہوری سیکولر عدلیہ ریمنڈ ڈیوس کی رہائی اور کلبھوشن یادیو کے لیے معافی سمیت مسلمانوں کے دشمنوں کے حق میں فیصلے دینے کے لیے بجلی کی رفتار سے آگے بڑھتی ہے۔ تاہم جب اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے احکامات اور ممنوعات کی بات آتی ہے تو اپنی ایڑیاں گھسیٹنےلگتی ہے۔ وفاقی شرعی عدالت نے سب سے پہلے نومبر 1991 میں سود کی ممانعت کا فیصلہ سنایا تھا، لیکن اس کے نفاذ کو 30 اپریل 1992 تک موخر کر دیا گیا تھا ، لیکن یہ تاریخ گزرنے کے بعد بھی اُس فیصلے پر عمل درآمد نہیں ہوا۔ پھر دسمبر 1999 میں سپریم کورٹ نے وفاقی شرعی عدالت کے فیصلے کو برقرار رکھا اور حکام کو 30 جون 2000 تک اس پر عمل درآمد کو یقینی بنانے کی ہدایت کی۔ تاہم جون 2002 میں سپریم کورٹ نے یہ فیصلہ معطل کر دیا اور ربا کی تشریح کے لیےمقدمہ واپس وفاقی شرعی عدالت کو بھجوا دیا ۔ اب اور بیس سال بعد، 28 اپریل 2022 کو، وفاقی شرعی عدالت نے ربا کو ممنوع قرار دیا ہے لیکن اس فیصلے کے نفاذ کے لیے پانچ سال کی مہلت دی ہے، اور اسے ایک بار پھر سپریم کورٹ میں چیلنج کیا جا سکتا ہے! اے پاکستان کے مسلمانو!جمہوریت میں اسلام کے نفاذ میں یہ ٹامک ٹوئیاں چلتی رہیں گی اور پاکستان سود کی وجہ سے قرضوں میں ڈوبا جا رہا ہے۔ 1991 میں، جب وفاقی شرعی عدالت نے ربا کے خلاف پہلا فیصلہ دیا تھا، تو اس وقت قومی قرضہ 825 ارب روپے تھا۔ 2011 تک پاکستان کا قرضہ 100 کھرب روپے تک بڑھ گیا اور پھر 2021 میں یہ چار گنا بڑھ کر 400 کھرب روپے تک پہنچ گیا۔ پاکستان کے حکمران اب قرضوں پر سود کی ادائیگیوں پرتیس کھرب روپے سالانہ خرچ کرتے ہیں، جو پاکستان کی ٹیکسوں کی آمدنی کا نصف سے زیادہ ہے۔ اور سود کی ادائیگی ہمیشہ بغیر کسی ڈیفالٹ کے وقت پر کرنے کو یقینی بناتے ہیں خواہ اس کیلئے عوام کا خون چوسا جائے یا ان کی چمڑی ادھڑ جائے اور پہلےسے بھی زیادہ قرض سود پر لیتے ہیں ، جس کا خمیازہ ہماری آئندہ آنے والی نسلوں تک کو بھگتنا پڑے گا۔ جمہوریت سود ی لین دین کو جاری رکھ کر اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے ساتھ جنگ کرنے کا اعلان کر رہی ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے قرآن میں فرمایا، يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا اتَّقُوۡا اللّٰهَ وَذَرُوۡا مَا بَقِىَ مِنَ الرِّبٰٓوا اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِيۡنَ ط فَاِنۡ لَّمۡ تَفۡعَلُوۡا فَاۡذَنُوۡا بِحَرۡبٍ مِّنَ اللّٰهِ وَرَسُوۡلِهٖ‌ۚ"مومنو! اللہ سے ڈرو اور اگر ایمان رکھتے ہو تو جتنا سود باقی رہ گیا ہے اس کو چھوڑ دو۔ اگر تم ایسا نہیں کرتے تو خبردار ہوجاؤ (کہ تم) اللہ اور رسول سے جنگ کرنے کے لئےتیار ہوجاؤ۔"(البقرہ، 279-278)۔ اے پاکستان کے مسلمانو! اس جمہوریت کو رد کر دو جو ہمیں سودی قرضوں میں غرق کر دیتی ہے اور ہم پر اللہ تعالیٰ کے عذاب کو دعوت دیتی ہے۔ نبوت کے نقش قدم پر خلافت قائم کرو، جس کے آنے کے ساتھ ہی فوراً تمام سودی لین دین ختم ہو جائے گا۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا، اَفَتُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِبَعۡضِ الۡكِتٰبِ وَتَكۡفُرُوۡنَ بِبَعۡضٍ‌ۚ فَمَا جَزَآءُ مَنۡ يَّفۡعَلُ ذٰلِكَ مِنۡکُمۡ اِلَّا خِزۡىٌ فِىۡ الۡحَيٰوةِ الدُّنۡيَا‌ۚ وَيَوۡمَ الۡقِيٰمَةِ يُرَدُّوۡنَ اِلٰٓى اَشَدِّ الۡعَذَابِ‌ؕ وَمَا اللّٰهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ‏ " (یہ) کیا (بات ہے کہ) تم کتابِ (قرآن) کے بعض احکام کو تو مانتے ہو اور بعض سے انکار کر دیتے ہو، تو جو تم میں سے ایسی حرکت کریں، ان کی سزا اس کے سوا اور کیا ہو سکتی ہے کہ دنیا کی زندگی میں تو رسوائی ہو اور قیامت کے دن سخت سے سخت عذاب میں ڈال دیئے جائیں اور جو کام تم کرتے ہو، اللہ ان سے غافل نہیں۔"(البقرۃ، 2:85)۔

نبی آخرالزمان محمدﷺکو ان کے رب سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی جانب سے حکم دیا گیا تھا کہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی خوشنودی کے لیے نیک لوگوں کی صحبت اختیار کرو اور ان لوگوں کی صحبت سے خبردار کیا جو دنیا کی چمک دمک اور نمو د و نمائش کے پیچھے بھاگتے ہیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے فرمایا، وَاصْبِرْ نَفْسَكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُ وَلا تَعْدُ عَيْنَاكَ عَنْهُمْ تُرِيدُ زِينَةَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلا تُطِعْ مَنْ أَغْفَلْنَا قَلْبَهُ عَنْ ذِكْرِنَا وَاتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ وَكَانَ أَمْرُهُ فُرُطاً "اور جو لوگ صبح و شام اپنے پروردگار کو پکارتے اور اس کی خوشنودی کے طالب ہیں۔ ان کے ساتھ مل کرصبر کرتے رہیں۔ اور آپ کی نگاہیں ان میں (گزر کر کسی اور طرف) نہ دوڑیں کہ آپ آرائشِ دنیا کے خواستگار ہوجائیں۔ اور جس شخص کے دل کو ہم نے اپنی یاد سے غافل کردیا ہے اور وہ اپنی خواہش کی پیروی کرتا ہے اور اس کا کام حد سے بڑھ گیا ہے اس کا کہا کبھی نہ ماننا"(الکھف 18:28)۔ اس طرح اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے رسول اللہﷺ کو حکم دیا کہ ان لوگوں کی صحبت اختیار کریں جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کو یاد کرتے ہیں ، جو اس (اللہ)کے واحد و لاشریک ہونے کی گواہی دیتے ہیں، جو اس (اللہ) کی تعریف کرتے ہیں، جو اس (اللہ) کی شان و عظمت بیان کرتے ہیں، جو اس(اللہ) کی بڑائی بیان کرتے ہیں اور دن رات صرف اس(اللہ) ہی کوپکارتے ہیں: اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کے مخلص خدمتگار چاہے وہ امیر ہوں یا غریب، کمزور ہوں یا طاقتور۔

The Final Nabi ﷺ was commanded by his Lord ﷻ to seek the Companionship of those of piety, for the sake of Allah ﷻ, whilst warning him ﷺ of those who desire the pomp and glitter of the life of the world. Allah ﷻ said, (وَاصْبِرْ نَفْسَكَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُ وَلا تَعْدُ عَيْنَاكَ عَنْهُمْ تُرِيدُ زِينَةَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَلا تُطِعْ مَنْ أَغْفَلْنَا قَلْبَهُ عَنْ ذِكْرِنَا وَاتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ وَكَانَ أَمْرُهُ فُرُطاً “And keep yourself (O Muhammad) patiently with those who call on their Lord morning and afternoon, seeking His Face; and let not your eyes overlook them, desiring the pomp and glitter of the life of the world; and obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our remembrance, and who follows his own lusts, and whose affair has been lost.” [Surah al-Kahf 18:28]. So, Allah ﷻ commanded RasulAllah ﷺ to sit with those who remember Allah ﷻ, who testified Him ﷻ as the sole Lord, who praise Him ﷻ, glorify Him ﷻ, declare His ﷻ greatness and call on Him ﷻ, morning and evening, loyal servants of Allah ﷻ, whether rich or poor, strong or weak. Those who are truly ambitious for the good pleasure of Allah ﷻ and zealous for the great bounties of Jannah, spend time with the pious, drawing near to them in Companionship.
